Only good thing is cheap prices. Rented from them in December and they accidentally charged the deposit and whole amount on my credit card. Their policy is to send a cheque and they can't just put the money back on the card which is fine but after a month they still couldn't tell me when a cheque would be sent. Thought I'd give them another try and rented from them in March. This time, I paid for the rental on my debit when I returned the car and this time they accidentally charged an amount to my credit card of the person who rented before me. It's been 2 months and still no cheque. Even if their price is cheap, better just to pay a bit more somewhere else so you don't have to deal with the poor customer service and policy.

I recommend spending the extra money and going to a more established rental company. Communication was frustrating, do not assume anything with them. Please make sure you have in writing where pick up and drop off will be, and the operating hours. We thought verbal communication would suffice but the employee we dealt with gave us completely inaccurate information, which led us to driving around Winnipeg for hours and several other unfortunate events.

Staff were really nice & helpful, great customer service by the Manager. Had to wait 20 mins for my car to get it clean and ready but it was worth it. I got a really good deal for my husband's car rental. I'll definitely recommend U-Drive to my friends and community and I'll definitely rent from them in near future. Keep it up guys!
