This U Haul experience was horrible. I ended up driving to 4 locations before gettting my equipment and then I had to pay double for it because I didn't want to drive it back way out of my way. The location on Locust in KC, MO was absolutely the worst. Customer is not welcomed, they all had horrible attitudes. Never go here!

I got very sick and had to go back to stay with family in Texas. For the last nine months, I have been super broke.
