Front desk and nurses were kind and helpful. Was there for over 2 hours and never got to see my doctor before I had to leave for work. When I was trying to leave and reschedule all the nurses and front desk people had already gone home. Wouldn’t recommend going in the afternoon if you want to be there for less than 2 hours. I don’t think this wait was the doctors fault but something needs to be done. Update: The staff helped squeeze me in a month late with Dr.West. She says she is often behind but now I know why, she is a super good doctor. She sits down and listens to her patients. Would recommend coming in at 8am or 1pm before she gets behind though. This second experience will keep me coming back. Update… again I came in again today to get my blood drawn. I waited for over 15 minutes to speak to someone at the front desk. Ridiculous!

3 years ago I recommended this clinic, now I don’t recommend it. They make you wait for an appointment up to 2 months, they “lost” my husband’s lab results, made him to see doctor Varma just to reorder the labs, my husband requested that doctor Varma just reorder labs and then schedule an appointment for results, but they made our insurance to pay a doctor visit just to tell doctor to reorder his labs, of course copayment x 4 instead of just x2. Today y it happened to me, I couldn’t make it for my labs for my annual check and they said that the labs orders were expired, I kindly asked if doctor Varma could renew the order and I was told that doctor needs to see me again before renewing my labs order and then come back to know results. I just need to find another PCP. I HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE and DOCTOR.

I went here at 1:45PM today as I was scheduled for an appointment at 2PM with Dr. Lopez. I waited there until 2:30PM but the doctor did not call me. The front desk staff blatantly kept telling that she is with a patient. So my question is, why did you schedule me for 2PM? They don't seem to respect anybody's time. So ultimately the front desk person asked me," do you want to cancel the appointment", and I was like yes, please. I spent 30 mins in traveling from my home to the clinic, waited there for 45 mins and drove back home for another 30 mins. Being a doctor you should have time management skills. Not everybody has the luxury of time especially on a Monday. If you can't respect your patient's time they won't respect yours. Bad experience!

Zero stars…..stay away from this place at all cost. The person I saw believe her name was Dr. Matthews started by insulting my name. Didn’t ask what was wrong and stared at the computer typing with one finger like a first grader. Do not know how this person could possibly be qualified to work in the medical field. I felt embarrassed for her because she seemed lost and never got to discussing why I was there. Not my first bad experience with this place; I should have learned. Just worse experience I have ever had at a doctor’s office. She even make fun of me having cancer. Just a very, very poor excuse for a medical professional.

New patient experience. I have recently starting seeing Dr. Vasquez as my primary physician. My previous doctor was fine, just quite far away. I'm in my 70's and in good health and I was looking for a doctor that can provide guidance in order to maintain my health as time goes on. I am very happy with the interaction with Dr. Vasquez and would recommend her to anyone looking for a family doctor. As a side note, it is very difficult to get through on the telephone, so just know that in advance. If you live in the area, it might be worthwhile to stop by and enquire about becoming a new patient (rather than calling).

I am a mom who has been fighting for my child for four long years. Doors were being shut I didn't understand y ? I was recommended to Dr fuerro it was the best decision I have ever made. This Dr not only cares but you can tell his heart is with his job. I recommend Dr fuerro to anybody he's patient kind caring a very good listener he let me speak not once did he cut me off. This Dr is a true blessing he needs to be recognized more. Good drs are hard to come across I wish well for this clinic it's been a blessing being part of this jerney I'm very greatfull.

Was referred to this location and called in for a COVID test. Within the hour, I was able to have a Zoom appointment with Dr. Yuen who was awesome! Doctor took her time with me and was able to get me referral for the test based on my symptoms. I was contacted by the medical director shortly after who scheduled me for a drive up test that same day! Test was quick and nurse who administered it was very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Overall great experience and I plan on coming back to this location any time I need a doctor in the future ☺️

I would not recommend Dr. Varma. She finds a way to earn income fraudulently by entering codes to bill your insurance for every single little thing that comes out of your mouth. I mentioned that I took ibuprofen (over-the-counter!) for my joint pain, and she decided to bill me for a PRESCRIPTION code when she had not prescribed me anything. If you do see her, make sure to know your insurance codes inside and out. I am reporting her to the Texas Medical Board, as she is not only highly unprofessional but is actively scamming her patients.

This clinic is convenient, easy location to find and nice staff. Dr. KC West is amazing-truly one of the most compassionate physicians. She takes her time to ensure she understands what you're needing and doesn't make you feel rushed. She follows up and ensures her patients are receiving the best treatment. I really wish all physicians were like her! Thanks, Dr. West, for all you do!

I was very impressed with the clinic and staff. Laura was very nice, greeted me with a smile. She was very helpful. I liked how Dr. Iya introduced himself. And explained everything very clearly. Also the nurse that got my vitals she was very nice and friendly. The place was very clean. I’ll recommend the place to my friends and family.

No sense of urgency from office staff. Unable to get medication refills and after calling and sending messages in the portal the response would take days for a response. I don't have high level medical issues but basic primary care was not delivered. Gave this office multiple chances and the issues continued.Won't be returning.

I'm a patient of Dr. Varma. Every time I get to see her, she is kind, helpful and patient. She doesn't talk down to me but takes the time to explain everything. She answers all my questions. She is thorough. Her staff is courteous. My only issue is how difficult it is to make an appointment to see my doctor.

The office worked with me, was professional, and extremely courteous. The doctor was thorough and all my questions were answered. She took her time and documented everything for me to look back on for review. It was my first visit there and I was very pleased.

Dr. Varma billed for services not rendered, and when the issue was mentioned to staff, she became defensive and aggressively rude. She also violated HIPAA confidentiality (very loudly) in front of staff members and the waiting room. Very unprofessional.

Dr.Cadena is AMAZING. I would definitely recommend him to everyone! He takes time to listen to your concerns and doesn't make you feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares for his patients. 10/10 go see him! …

Love seeing Dr. Varma. After moving to San Antonio it was difficult finding a new PC. Dr.Varma was recommended to me. So glad I went! I now recommend her to coworkers. Always kind, listens, great care and service.

No one picks up the phone to book an appointment. Can’t book through MyChart as I wanted to change the doctor. Keeps waiting for hours and hours.

We see dr Mario Ferriro and we love him he is a great doctor . So glad we were able to find him at he’s new location

Doctor is great but it’s not worth dealing with their staff. Will not be coming back and do not recommend.

Dr. Varma is very compassionate and thorough. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
