Thanks again to Jim and his team at Ultratune Watergardens. Their pricing is fair but more importantly their professionalism and quality of work is top class. I have taken my vehicle there several times now after having them recommended to me by my dad and have been very happy each time. Recently I had a service done and also had two new front tyres fitted. A couple of weeks later, I got a puncture in my ‘rear’ tyre. I called up and was given a fair price to repair it. My wife brought the car in and Jim did the repair free of charge seeing as we had bought some new ones from him earlier (even though the punctured tyre wasn’t the one we bought from him). Today I was shopping in the complex with my 4 month old son, who has recently become more proficient with his hands. As I got my car keys out of the pram caddy, my son immediately batted them out of my hands, and they fell through a grate and down the drain next to my car park. I was in a bit of a panic as my son was getting grizzly, and needed his bottle, and his pram bag was locked in the boot. As soon as the boys at Ultra Tune knew about it, two of their mechanics came out with a crowbar, lifted the grate, climbed down the drain and retrieved the keys in 30 seconds. What a relief! They were just fantastic. If their car servicing is anything like their service to the public, it would be a fantastic place to get it done. Thank you!

Everything was going well......and then i go to pick up the second of my cars being serviced and i could not get into my vehicle via the drivers side door. Booked both my cars in to get new brakes installed. Jim was great and all was going well. But then i get to my car, unlock it via the remote and only 3 doors remotely open. But not the drivers side door. Car was only recently serviced at BMW dealer and have never had an issue with it. Until now. So all the money i saved by Ultra Tune doing my brakes is now going to cost me more than if i had them done at BMW dealer. Walked away with a bigger problem then i arrived with. Real pity. Unfortunately i can't be going back after this experience..

My first discussion with Jim at Ultra Tune Watergardens was very positive and very appreciated. I had an engine light appear in my Focus XR5 which I used my obd2 device to diagnose the matter. Jim provided very helpful advice and was ready to look at my car the next day if required. I applied his advice and was happy to have cleared the matter. We get all of our vehicles serviced by the team and always receive excellent service. We recently had one vehicle serviced and repaired several issues. The team was very knowledgeable and helpful, fixed all issues and serviced the car. They even sourced parts that needed replacing, all within a reasonable price. Mechanics were honest and reliable. I had the vehicle ready the exact time I needed for work. Was quoted by a different company parts had to be replaced with a ridiculous price but ultratune were honest and only needed clips to be changed and shaft boots cleaned with a good price. Extremely impressed and grateful. Air con seized and broke drive belt 300kms from home when picking wife up from hospital. Had to come back following Wednesday for post op and contacted ultratune Taylors Lakes on Monday to see if they could fit it in at such short notice. They did a great job, much appreciated.

The guy is very rude there, tells me come 8am to change oil and filter, he said come around 12pm, 4 hours to check and change oil!!! He said if you dont want take your car and go!!!
