Just moved back into this particular area recently, I have heard stories in the past of pilfering of one’s credit card information in the past years. Maybe not the same ownership or employees that own or work here today. I’ve been here at this facility (Gas bar) and a variety store inside with many items for sale i.e. pop, chips, chocolate bars and Lottery tickets etc. On this day of 08/30/2023 I got $50.00 of fuel, I went inside, and prepaid my amount for $50.00 the rate per litre on this day (at around 1:30 P.M.) was approximately $1.62.2 a litre for regular gas. I pumped my paid amount into my tank, the couple of times I’ve been here, I’ve always been greeted and treated politely by staff on hand. Also a big bonus this Ultramar facility is open 24/7 days a week for your convenience. After doing some shopping up at Meadowlands Plaza in Ancaster, ON a couple hours later, I noticed the Shell gas station ‘s (up at Meadowlands area) price was stated $152.2 a litre for regular gas? A whopping.10 cent difference? WTH, after being thought I was hosed at Ultramar, upon driving home I noticed that Ultramar has reduced their price down to the $152.2 rate also? Have no idea who controls these price fluctuations, but we consumers seem to be getting hosed. It all adds up, doesn’t effect me really I have a small vehicle, but someone with a large vehicle ( this would amount to several dollars). I don’t follow when these rates are going to rise or fall, but today I got the feeling I was hosed! Canada allows this to happen, when our Country has our own resources of petroleum? At any rate, my review is based on this particular gas outlet (it’s been fine so far) just the bloody Petro business in general in Canada. Just another disgruntled motorist in Ontario, already paying in this day and age of rising inflation of everything from rents, mortgages, food , transportation costs etc. Democracy Government is nice, but NOT when we the consumers are constantly getting shafted!

I went to fill up $30 of gas and it filled my tank from empty to less than half tank so I then proceeded to go on my almost 3 hour car ride and then was almost out of gas again before I arrived to my destination so I then filled up at a pioneer gas station somewhere off the highway near my final destination. When I filled my tank for $15 I got the same amount of gas that I originally filled at Ultramar for $30 previously. My conclusion is that either there is something wrong with the gas pump not filling the right amount of gas paid for by customers or this gas station is not giving the Accurate amount of gas that customers paid for in order to save more gas to make more money off the customers as a scam! I will be filing a report on this gas station so they can be looked into and I will also be alerting the owner of about this situation. Something is suspicious here and I will be getting to the bottom of it bc this does not make any sense as to why the amount of gas that I paid for is not adding up when I filled my gas tank for $30 tonight here compared to when I filled it at another gas station the same night which was all tonight!

If there is -0 star I could give them all. I bought full tank gas and asked for washroom, Freaking guys don’t let customers use the washroom, Simply telling people “ OUT OF SERVICE “ want money but don’t like to provide service. Just buy and Pay Lovers. Money Money Money, will never visit again.

it is open 24hours. i know people that work there. sign says 24hours. u been telling google for months it is 24hrs. they even have people calling to see if open due to what google says. great selection of stuff, great prices for a gas station. best price on milk. sells coffee, great staff.

I go in here everyday, & I'm happy with whatever I pay. They listen and get in stock the items I request. They are progressive and competitive overall with any store of the same type. They get my business 9/10 times because of the easy one stop shop, personalized convenience they provide.

We were charged twice for gas at this location. When we tried to fight it we were told they was no record of the transaction even though credit card statement showed otherwise. Felt like we'd been scam so definitely recommend staying away from this location. I know we'll not be returning

Pre-authorized the wrong pump, and then told me its just pending and would fall off my credit card. Well it didn’t and now I paid for someone else’s gas, ridiculous. Will be avoiding this gas station now.

Great place to buy gas from however they over price everything else they charge my mom 45 dollars for a small Scale. The scale price in amazon is 15 dollars. That is that

Gas is great priced. They also have good glass pipe and bong stuff for on the go cheaper stuff. The staff isn't always the friendliest but everything else makes up for it

I stop here often. I purchase lottery tickets and Bingo scratch tickets. The staff is friendly and helpful. My husband buys gas and is always happy with their pricing .

The gas station is not bad It is located at a very convenient location. They also have a UPS access point to pick up your shipment but it is very finicky and convoluted

Very clean. You can tell the pride of ownership when you walk in the door. All the people who work there are very nice. Fair prices on all the items in store.

Did not purchase gas. Just stopped in for lottery tickets. Staff is friendly, store is very clean and they even have a clean, well maintained washroom.

Worst station ever, pumps are always broken, it simpler to get gas elsewhere. Surprised Ultramar would allow a station to be in constant disrepair.

I'm from Dundas but make a point of getting my gas here. The price of fuel late at night is the lowest around. Pumps are fast and well lit.

They will keep you on unpaid training for weeks and not hire you. This is very unethical. Anyone going for training be aware .

Usual good competitive prices, convenient, and when I have gone into the store the gent is always polite, helpful and genial.

I mean it’s a gas station nothing special but it’s clean and the staff are usually polite. Never really busy which is nice :)

They never, ever have clean water for washing your windshield. Most often, it's no water at all. Staff just shrugs.

Great prices. 90% of the time, cheaper than other 2-3 hamilton west filling stations.
