I tried to ship international here. First, no clue about what the offer is. The office is poorly organised, none or limited visual information available. Therefore... I ve queued to enquire information. When asking questions staff member would not answer but instead shoot a loud "I'm telling you, you're not ready" followed by a spitted speech, in barking mode. As I was asking her to repeat the different amounts corresponding to the different services so that I can make my decision, she barked at me again saying that she had ALREADY provided that information to me. It's unfortunate that USPS associates are never, ever, able to offer a smile (even a fake one would make it) and assume that they'll get the business anyway. Well, not mine sorry. I took my parcel back and ran to another well known company, F*dEx. Same customer (me), this time in a very bad mood thanks to that barking USPS lady, but their customer service made all the difference! Pretty sure the experience would have been equally good at UnitedParcelServ*** ... Cause USPS competitors have a totally different approach to the business. Bottom line: - Unorganised office - Uncaring staff - Confusing offer - The staff member I interacted with was probably the "employee of the month" for her arrogance skills and total lack of education and customer service. ... Skip that post office... (if this review helped you, I'm not an influencer nor prentend to become one, but I appreciate your thumb up ;-) )

I have had the displeasure of going to this Post Office and the workers there behind the counter are all awful and rude. They dont know what they are talking about and dont even understand basic mailing concepts. More recently I had to drop off two packages and was using pre-addressed and postage paid that was provided by the company i was returning the boxes to. The people behind the counter kept saying this was wrong. I did it all wrong. I will have to pay to ship it? I was confused and tried to explain to them I was using a label I was provided. It looked perfectly fine to me. It had the shipper address and addressee showing clearly and a huge Bar Code that Im sure they could confirm the package with, but they instead just wanted me to pay and would not let me get a word edgewise. I grabbed my packages and walked out. I couldnt get them into the mailboxes outside because they only accept letters but found another mailbox a couple blocks away and dropped them off there. I was able to track the packages and they arrived just fine to the destination. I would recommend never to use these people if you can avoid it. I would give ZERO stars if i could.

I have been using this Post Office for 20 years and I have had a box there for 15 years. The customer service reps were so helpful, hardworking, and nice. Sadly, they retired and the crew working there now is HORRIBLE. Every interaction with them negative, especially with one employee - she is a heavyset woman in her 30s, Black, no glasses. For example, today I asked her if she can give me the contents of my box because my wife has the box key. She dead-faced looked at me and said with an attitude, "NOPE! NEXT CUSTOMER!" She literally didn't want to get out of her seat. The attitude and lack of helpfulness was something I never saw here in years past. Now its common at this location. Such Lazy employees. With employees like this, there is little hope for the USPS. If you absolutely MUST use the USPS, go to the Coral Gables or 27th Avenue branch.

I like the ladies that work there. I've never had bad experiences with them and I love them but there is a single person who works there who's just a plain miserable person and always angry. Constant attitude and badgering when dropping off items. They let the drop off box fill up and don't empty it through out the day so people won't drop off anymore and if you still drop off said employee hassles you about it. I wish I knew her name so you could try to avoid her but you'll know her when she's there. Can't miss her. It's a shame she makes this office a terrible experience for people and I wish she didn't have such a bad attitude. I'd say do yourself a favor and don't go here but I'm pretty sure that's what she wants.

Went today to drop off a package which did not fit in the box they have outside and I had my baby with me in a stroller and my small dog which I was not aware that only service dogs were allowed. My box had a paid label so I just needed to drop it off. As soon as I walked in with a crying baby I told her I just needed to drop off the box since it had a label and with attitude she asked me if my dog was a service dog. Instead of helping me and providing with customer service. The fact that she saw me with a newborn baby, a stroller and a baby and did not want to help or had any intention of helping was very sad. Horrible experience!!

There are two African American ladies that work here, a tall one and a average/shorter height one. The tall one is the most angry (gives meaning to the phrase "going postal"), rude, hysterical, downright mean person I have ever encountered. If you get the wrong label she screams at you at the top of her lungs that you got her stuff out of order. Her co-workers freeze like they've seen it happen before .... The shorter lady is kind and always a pleasure to deal with. If you go to Shenandoah Post Office let the person behind you ahead if crazy postal worker calls out 'Next'.

  • ERICA

MOST AMAZING POST OFFICE EVER!!! The people that are leaving bad reviews I bet are nasty mean customers…I have witnessed those types of people myself. Especially in the parking lot they are so selfish. So entitled and rude especially for that area. The ladies that work there are very sweet kind and patient. Emilean is always so welcoming with her smile. The lines can be long but they move so fast and are always so helpful. Fast customer service. I love this post office. Best in Miami

  • BUNCH OF LOVE

I have come to this post office for a long time now; however, I will mention the same woman in her 30s who is African American, chubby and whom you can’t miss in this place. She is always talking on the phone in front of her supervisor, so yeah, this place is a disaster. She is pretty rude and lacks professionalism, and she needs training in customer service. I have read old reviews, and it seems that she is at the core of all the bad things happening in this place.

  • Stephanie Quintero-Merino

This place should be ashamed of being open. Not only are they slow but just plain rude they have conversations while there’s a huge line of people waiting. They go to the back and drink they’re coffee and on top of that they’re rude when it’s finally your turn. Customer service is just bottom line terrible hire young people that are quick and efficient not these 60 year olds that are just not doing they’re job. They have one person ! One person ! Unbelievable

  • Kevin Meneses

I went to the post office today for information on my package and I have never received such bad attitude from a person who works in customer service. The old man that works there has the worst attitude always talking down to customers and seems to hate his job, it happens every time .He shouldn’t be working in customer service with that attitude there should definitely be done something about that worker. ITS YOUR JOB TO HELP OUT CUSTOMERS.

  • Lzr Cl

The staff at this location is polite and I feel they try to assist every customer to the best of their ability. Yes!, you’ll need to wait for service. They typically have 1-2 employees at the counter. This location, just like the majority of them, are under staffed. The location needs some construction improvement, it feels run down. They did improve the holes in the parking area.

  • .

This place changed few years ago when new employees came here. They are lazy, have bad attitude and very unprofessional. Most of the time busy talking on the parsonal phone or each other then taking care of the customers. I believe people who coming here for a long time as I am feel the same way. Number of one star reviews explained how bad this place became.

  • Just a Human

Worst Post office ever. HUGE LINES. The representatives ARE SUPER RUDE AND MEAN. The place is also super dirty. They hate to explain things to customers, they will literally ignore you and ask the next customer if you dare to ask them a question. They have a NO MASK NO SERVICE sign in a Federal Building and this is Florida, right, Ron Desantis?

  • marian Alvarado

I don't usually write reviews, but the poor attention to all customers in this place, makes me write something. The worst customer service you can find in Miami it will be here!!! The older lady treats customers very badly. I do not recommend this branch at all! They should change the staff to see if a good service is achieved.

  • Jennifer H.

No matter what time you visit this post office it’s always packed and they’ll have one to two ladies at the front. I think maybe another post office needs to be built in such a busy area or have more places that accept packages. To make things worse nine out of 10 times the staff is in a bad mood and have an attitude.

  • Nicolas Bohl

Ridiculous, i show up with a prepaid label from USPS and a box, i say I have no tape can you secure the label on the box, the lady said no, i cant take it like that, buy tape... Buy tape to literally use a little piece ??? Grabbed my stuff and walked out. No one has ever been so rude at a USPS. This lady is tripping

  • Lamya Wu

I arrived there at 6:10, but spent like ten minutes to find a parking...and it turned out that you have to cross a very narrow road to find the parking place. After I finally parked, it is 6:15, and the office is already closed! I don't like this at all, I still like the one on South Miami.

  • Mista M

absolutely great service! I came in trying to return a package to an eBay seller but the boxes I had would not fit the item. Both employees found a box to insert my item into and we made it work. Highly recommended service. Five out of five stars!

  • Kim Usiak

Worst post office I think I have ever been in. The front space is a disaster...full of junk, carts, etc. On top of this, USPS has gone down to only one counter person which is a joke with long lines and everyone upset at horrible customer service.

  • Alex Falcon

The best post office around. Super helpful ladies behind the counter. If you need an envelope or mailer size that isn't on the rack, definitely ask if they have extras behind the counter. Come at an off hour (not lunch time) and there's no wait.

  • tandos mama

The staff are always super friendly and show incredible patience with the many customers who are unfamiliar with US postal regulations. We're going to miss our local USPS once we move to a different south Florida neighborhood. Thank you all!

  • Dennis Brewster

This is my favorite post office- there are 25 parking spaces and 1 handicap space - Patrice and the clerks are always super helpful and informative, and nice! All my packages arrive quickly when I send from here. Thank you for your hard work

  • Juan Colome

Can't get any worse than this place. The staff is inept and un educated with very little tolerance for treating customers. I'd clean house with new staff that really care to work, not those clowns making 22 to 35 an hour doing nada!

  • Reef Addiction

Staff is friendly and helpful but they need more help!!! Only 1 person scheduled on a consistent basis. I come here almost daily and line is always long no matter what time you go… please schedule more staff!!!

  • Rosita Federico

I very nice personnel but never go at lunch I waited 25 minutes and only one attendant. Should put a sign for people to check zip code an address. More Instructions for people who don’t know how to use service

  • Paula Andrea Carmona

The people who work there have bad character. They don't know what is kindness and customer service. If they don't want to work like must be then must go because there are many people would like to work

  • ACZ

There is always only one person serving and a long line of people to serve and the one who attends is rude, not friendly at all, she guides people. Very bad service. The place is very messy and dirty.

  • Mark Sobocienski

Lock the door before 5 PM (in 2021 we know time is synced by satellite so it's not a question of fact). Won't accommodate just buying stamps, more in a rush to go home than help anyone. Awful service!

  • Michelle D.

I know going to the post office is never fun but the older lady needs to really drop her attitude. Just because she hates her life doesn’t mean she needs to be rude to everyone else that’s passing by.

  • V Bmort

After reading all the Negative reviews concerning employees being rude, disrespectful. And the possibility of Miami USPS losing my package to be shipped - I have lost my trust to do my business here.

  • Walter Padrón

The staff is very polite, professional and assist you in every way that's is possible. I appreciate all their advice. Parking was available and didn't wait at the line. Very good customer service.

  • Krista South

Customer service here is better than other post offices in the area. I was helped while in line and greeted with a smile once I reached the cashier. I had a surprisingly pleasant experience

  • Rosie Valdelamar

Came here early in the morning and they were closed despite Google said open and same now in the afternoon , management should be aware they are not opening and closing as they should.

  • Yani Guerra

This place has a African young lady probably in her 30s she has. A horrible Attitude and Worse Customer Service. She Really Thinks She Can Treat You like Garbage. Shame on Her!

  • Mariana Nunez

good service from the staff! but lousy delivery service! I have paid for a shipment outside the US in 6 to 10 days and it has not reached its destination for more than 1 month!

  • Silvio Montero

Although Shenandoah post office had excellent employees in the past; the two black ladies working there today 09/08/2022 are antagonistic towards the public. AND RUDE@

  • Constance Urzua Nieto

I would give them 20 stars if I could! great energy great personality simply amazing transaction thank you ladies at 18 00 Coral Way for making my visit amazing

  • Mira M

Everyone was really kind and helpful, I hardly had to wait . The staff was very attentive and patient , good service . I always love coming to this post office

  • Jessica Lorenzo

Hands down the best USPS location in Miami. The employees, and especially Patrice, go out of their way to be helpful and enforce masks and safety measures.

  • V

Being a smaller post office on Coral Way and 19th Avenue, I definitely prefer to come here. Usually few people in line, quick and nice postal employees.

  • Nicolas Nadal

Horrible service! The ladies that work there treat people with such indecency! A customer service course for the people who work there is way past due.

  • Alejandra Falconi

POOR SERVICE, HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. Please change the work staff !! There is not the option, otherwise I would give it ZERO STAR !!!!! …

  • Das

Never scan packages dropped off at mailbox and lose packages all the time. People that work there are garbage also. Avoid if possible!

  • Roberto Becerra

Yes the facility is a bit run down, but the awesome staff more than makes up for it. Always friendly, patient and super helpful.

  • Robert Ruiz

Nasty, depressed, and feel oppressed employees at this facility. A truly disgusting atmosphere - one can sense the resentment.

  • Glomenco

Horrible service by the older guy who works in this office, bad attitude! He should be fired. He acts like he hates his job.

  • benjamin lucas

Amazing Post Office. I go here all the time. The staff are always happy and smiling. I love this post office!!

The young lady that works there is very sweet! Even does a little happy dance when she gets you what you need.

  • Carlos Ramirez

Horrible service don’t understand why not have people to help or Bilingual person. Very rude staff....

  • Alain Leon Fernandez

The two Afro American ladies are so rude, specially the tall one. They are always in bad mood.

  • Miriam Mendez

I just went and Clerk #13 is AMAZING. Great Customer Service. Very helpful and Happy Attitude

  • Mauricio Gómez

This office has the worst service. Staffs are rude, disrespectful and even aggressive

  • Ber Ben

They do not abide to their schedule, you better be 10 min or more before closing time

  • A. Voci

One person working…. Slow AF, screaming children… no boxes available. Nightmarish

  • Benjamin Kihei

Its not a holiday - no lights on and everything is locked up. 8:31am...

  • Manuel Diaz

They did treat me very good. As expected. Very diligent and friendly.
