Always a good vibe here. Whenever I come to this post office, the ladies behind the counter are all smiles. Very playful and kind, they make the wait time fun. They are helpful and you can see that they get along as they work as a team. During today's visit for example, the Lady in charge (I believe) was replenishing the boxes and envelopes section before she went behind the counter and joyfully asked her team members about their night with few words and smiles before one of the ladies asked me if I am ready to ship my package. You know, I glanced at some of the previous reviews. I couldn't but notice the big amount of negative reviews about the mail deliveries and such. 3 ywars living in this area I receive my mail (I get way too many mail/packages on weekly basis). Never lost one package or one letter. If anyone experienced problems with the mailman/mail lady, in charge of their block, can contact their mailman by leaving a note in their mail box or can lay a complain at the post office if not happy. This is a well structured organization, tgere is always a way to solve problems. Throwing a one star review will not help, instead we can all be/become part of the solution. Example, assume I had a bad experience with my mailman, what would a very negative review do and how does it solve the problem? On the contrary, your one star review is only going to make around 100 hardworking people feel bad because of one person. Take the time and seek explanation instead and contribute to the solution. This is what I feel lacks in general and it saddens me. If any of the staff at this post office is reading this very long review, I want to thank you and make sure to let you know that I appreciate you. This is a very difficult job. Rain pr hot sun and unbearable humidity you are outside doing your job, making sure we get our mail sith a smile on your face. Or, attending to difficult customers at the Post Office. You do your best and we will try and do our best as well, harmony, nothing better than harmony

Well, the service at this PO sometimes is good and sometimes is not that good, at least in my experience when I go to the building itself. What I can't stand is the delivery of packages. Not once, not twice but, several times, they have lost packages or they've been delivered much later than they were supposed to. You go to the office, tell them what the situation is, they call the postman and then they tell you that the problem is solved. Then you go to your house but, nothing, the package hasn't been delivered or if you're expecting two or three boxes, that were supposed to arrive together, you find only one and they're not able to explain to you, what happened with the other two packages. The last that happened to me was just today 5/6/2020. I got confirmation via E-mail that the package was arriving today so, around 4 something PM I received the E-mail sayin that it was delivered. I thought ok, I'll go later to pick it up from my mail box. And to my surprise, less than 5 minutes after receiving the E-mail, there's a knock on my door. I opened it and there's an elderly guy, telling me that a package was left at his mail box and it was not even my building, it was the one next door. The smart postman just looked at the apartment number and not the building number. Thank God that old guy was honest and took the time to come to my door, to bring me my package. As I told you before, the service good and bad is most of the time bad, it sucks big time. Only God knows how many letters and packages have been lost, because of the horrible service, simply garbage.

This post office is equivalent to the depths of hell. Pray that your package doesn’t get sent here. The customer service is poor at best. First instance my package was undeliverable and that I needed to pick it up at this location, I came it wasn’t here and they told me to open a claim which I couldn’t do because the company I purchased from did not insure the package. I was able to talk to someone and have the company resend the item to a different address and with a different carrier. Now I’m currently in line again because Amazon used them as a carrier and my package was undeliverable and sent to this location. They open at 8am I arrived at 7:50am and the doors were open. A few other customers and an employee were waiting for someone to even come to the window. The employee was able to flag someone walking by to open the door so she can start her shift and the person went to “find someone”. someone finally came to the window at 8:14 but couldn’t look up anyone’s package because the computer needs to load, so she walked away. There’s currently 9 ppl waiting and it’s 8:47am. If you couldn’t actually see the people ignoring you from the customer service window you’d think nobody works here. It sucks so bad. Update: at 9:08am I was handed my package. I was completely prepared to hear the worst, especially after the customer in front of me told me he’d been trying to get his package since July 12th. It took me over an hour to pick up 1 package and I’m now late for work but at least it was there this time.

There are good days and bad days. I personally don't get treated unfairly but I've seen instances where workers can be nasty and frustrated with customers. My only gripe is package delivery. They are so inconvenient when delivering to my building, especially after hours or on a weekend. .we have a call box that they don't use. Ever, then the website isn't updated with a status so you end up waiting It out to find that they will forget about it and you have to play detective for your own delivery. Eventually, you go in and pull up the tracking, I do not like the package window at all....the wait is beyond obnoxious sometimes. Then, they pull it out and act as if the package was abandoned by you, when in fact it was abandoned by them. They don't update the website and even though, I have a box, it's not always convenient for me to go there to pick up my things which is why I opted to have my packages shop to my home address. It's my right, and each time they take it away from me by not caring enough to redeliver. It sucks I will say, I wonder if their treatment as employees is a reflection on how they handle their business sometimes. I hear too many war stories, enough to assume, it is why most times they come off rude and nasty to people and will act like they are doing you a favor when it's not. Again, it's not all but a few. Some ladies and some men are exceptional and it's unfortunate that they get drowned out by the bad ones.

The employees that work at this location need an attitude and professionalism bootcamp. I came in at 4:53p and was informed by Hannah to go to the other side to pick up my package. I go to the other side and wait in line with 2 other people to pick up their packages. The lady there told me she wasn't giving me my package and someone else could because they were closed. Mind you they close at 5p and on the other side of the post office their was a line basically outside of the main door of customers waiting to be serviced. When the lady refused to give me my package I went to the other side to inform Hannah who is the supervisor and she said she would be over. She never came over and I went back to the other side and asked her if she could give me my package she proceeds to tell me shes busy and the post office is closed meanwhile it is 4:56p by this time and behind me were still customers with a line out the door. Disgusting behavior and attitude problem. I am not sure who gives these kinds of people customer facing jobs. Please hire people who actually care to work and who dont refuse to do their basic duties while on the clock. These people were clocked out and not working while customers were still there prior to close waiting to be serviced. Disgusting! Hire people who have basic customer service skills and people skills not ratchet/ghetto people for positions like this who interact with people just trying to get their mail.

The laziest government employees I’ve ever seen! These people don’t deserve to eat because they don’t work! Unhelpful and rude! The only person who actually works in that place is the janitor! The AC is always broken and it’s florida in July!! Lines don’t move for hours! Absolute disregard of people’s time and human dignity! Nobody cares here! They sent my International package that I’ve been waiting for for a whole month back to India although they are the one who delivered to the wrong place then said it was refused although I’ve called more than 10 times and the call center said I can come to this torture location to retrieve it! After waiting for an hour and a half the employee at this location told me that the call center LIAD to me making come to retrieve package was already sent back to the sender! Now a hard-working third world country individual has to refund me because of a laziness of our entitled and ungrateful government employees! They don’t understand the consequences of their actions on other people in undeveloped countries who try to earn money to survive and improve their life and the effect on the environment as well. Who sent a package back to India!

Employees were nice but they take too long and they only have 2 people, while I waited in line for 50min with 8 people in front and 15 behind… and more got there when I left A guy came with more than 10 certified envelopes and then only one employee as available. When I was already about to be attended another employee, a lady with a Red Bull in her hand came walking slowly to ask everyone in line if they already had their envelopes, some people who waited as long as I did didn’t have their stuff ready because there was no pens or they didn’t know what envelope to grab and the lady just pointed to the back where there was all kind of envelopes and told them to just grab the envelope there, when someone asked if she was grabbing the correct one no one answered. The third employee (the one still with the drink in hand) then proceeded to tell the employee who was scanning the package I was sending that she would finish the transaction. A lady also came to complain there was no one on the pickup window and the employees just told her to wait, 15min after, when I was leaving, saw the same lady still waiting. The place is also dirty, with papers and trash on the floors

I see the reviews, and I too, and am wondering if we are all referring to the same location (1or 2 comments are like mine). I went there yesterday, on a Friday afternoon, around 15 minutes before closing time. They did not close early; they even attended to one customer who showed up minutes after closing. The woman who sold me some stamps was fine, and the other woman was fine with her customers. I believe that at least some of these comments must be valid, especially since there are so many, and over a long period of time. I do wonder if some of the customers bring in attitude, for whatever reason, and that may add to the effect of poor service. No clue... but rudeness is ALL OVER Miami, as well as laziness, poor work ethic, attitude issues, and overly high expectations of being treated like royalty. Not sure what goes on at this PO on a regular basis, but they were just fine the day I went—yesterday, 15 March. Oh—the line went quick enough; way less time than I’ve ever experienced at Ludlam, or even Sunset (super nice people there).

Here it goes. Another bad review for this post office. Wish I could say things will change, but when you have 1.7 stars on Google, it seems unlikely. This place is way understaffed. You would think that having a PO Box at this location, you would get your email faster, but that's not the case. Especially, if your package is not a U.S. postal service package like Amazon, Fedex or UPS. These packages are delivered fast to this post office, but good luck getting the packages fast from this location. At the moment, I have an Amazon package that arrived on Thursday Oct 26. As of Tuesday Oct 31 (4 days later) there is no package ready for me to pick up. And of you ask, they will tell you that they need the 16 digit number, something that Amazon doesn't provides in most packages. If I go to the window to ask for the package, most of the time there is a long line, and we are not even in Christmas season yet. So my advice, get a private parcel at an UPS Store or similar. It will coast you a little more but you will save yourself the headaches.

I have never had missing packages until moving to the area of this local post office in 33101. My unemployment checks were being delivered to a completely different building and LUCKY the person was nice and found me to drop it off. (Yes my address on the unemployment envelopes was correct including apartment #). I had other mail get lost. SEVERAL pieces of mail that said it arrived at the 33101 post office and then it was just LOST , never to receive a "delivered" confirmation just GONE. Customer support (IF they even responded) would just send an apology email and recommend i Contact the sender when the items were limited edition and weren't in stock anymore / never would. So many times my mail that was *actually* delivered was sent to wrong addresses bc it was say delivered in mailbox and it wouldn't be there (I have a key so it couldn't have been stolen). I spent 12 months receiving mail here it was the most exhausting period of my life always trying to find packages and lose out on a lot of money. Unreal.

Let me tell you about this Post Office. I try my hardest to give as high a rating as possible.... But this place is a NIGHTMARE. Besides telling me, "your package will be delivered today," just to get me off their back, they have the rudest employees anywhere. I came yesterday morning because my package said "IN A PARCEL LOCKER". I was told it will be delivered. I knew it was highly unlikely, but thanked them and left. While I was here, a lady named Judy was being ripped a new one by the two supervisors on staff. Nothing to do with me. Left and returned at 4:40 because they close at 5. The same Judy was rudely turning people away at 4:40 because it was the end of her shift. She closed the door on our faces. I said, "the end of your shift isn't my problem," She replied with "well it is now". Ngl, that was a good one... But luckily, the postmasters sister was there and is handling it formally. Ariel and whatever other supervisors run this post offi e need to get rid of this lady... She's miserable.

I almost always give 5 stars but the lady I talked was very rude, yelled at me, and lied to me, all because of a simple problem she was to lazy to do anything about. This place is absolutely terrible and she should be fired. Never come here unless you absolutely have to. Update just to talked to someone who was actually willing to lift a finger to help me. So I sent a package to my mom and the post office tried to say I made a request for it to be picked up at the post office which I never did. I then called and asked if they would change that to go out for delivery and the lady who yelled at me told me it would be delivered today. I then talked to someone else who told me there was nothing showing it would be delivered at all, confirming the lady was lying so she could get off the phone with me and not have to do any work . This place is literally the worst experience I've ever had with any sort of business no wonder every review is 1 Star . Don't come here unless you have no other options

  • J. G.

This post office is a disgrace. They will let the phone ring 20 times and not pick up. I finally got to speak with someone after calling 6 times consecutively, only to have a woman, named MICHELLE, tell me the only reason why she answered the phone was because she "was tired of hearing it ring". SERIOUSLY??? Who does she think she is? Then she proceeded to lie to me about the location of my package. They had my package sitting on their shelf for 3 weeks before they decided to send it back to me. I called consumer affairs and they couldn't even get in contact with this branch. I had to make 3 cases before my package was returned to me. This post office is a joke and they need to FIRE EVERY SINGLE INDIVIDUAL there and give people who actually need a job their positions. The people that work there obviously think that YOU owe them something for working there. USPS, you need to look into this branch and reevaluate the management.

  • B. Pierce

This place scans your tracking mail as available for pickup at post office and when go to pickup they tell to wait another day or two. Bad attitudes there. Poor customer service. And they sometimes close 5 minutes early. They don't give care about their customers. Arrogant personalities work there. If you can find another post office, go there. This location is the worst. Sarcastic employees with rude attitudes. Unhelpful, you will leave there frustrated by the unnecessary comments the employees make while in your presence. Stuck in their ways of being arrogant about their job. Just mean uncaring people. This location gives the postal service a bad reputation. Wish I could give them less than one star, should be no stars. The unwillingness to be truly helpful to the customers is deplorable. Treat you like you're unworthy cattle to ushered in and out as if they're above you. Very sarcastic employees.

  • Joseph Ledbetter

Reviewing these reviews 1.8 Stars makes complete and total sense in regards to the service quality of the location. I would like to believe that it would just be a case of being horrendously underfunded but when it comes to intelligence and sense of urgency at this location, there is literally next to none. Only one individual was a young man that actually noticed I had been waiting in the area for 45minutes and attempted to assist. The other workers including supervisor named Eddie was extremely slow and not helpful in any way, and the young mans co-worker pretty much disappeared as soon as people started lining up to figure out why their packages were never delivered. This location should be anyone's absolutely last resort to go through because if something enters this facility you better plan for an additional 2WEEK DELAY IN RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE IF AT ALL.

  • Death and Taxes

This location is unable to effectively process priority express shipments. If you need a package in 1-3 days choose another shipper UPS/FedEx. 7 out of 10 times your 1 day shipping through USPS will take 5 or more if it goes through this Miami distribution center. The almost $30 you spend each time to ship priority express will not be refunded. You're paying for their incompetence. This is a continual issue that the location (Miami Florida) has been unable to identify or remedy despite repeated calls to change and service requests. Which not only speaks to processors, but management. During COVID their processing was far better than it has been in 2022 and now 2023. They take your money & leave your package to sit for days despite it's urgency and guaranteed shipping & delivery. Please don't waste your money using them if you're shipping from this area.

  • Shane Campbell

Nasty, unprofessional, unorganized, vindictive, poor management and unreliable. This place is a disgrace. Call your State Representative and Senator to report the nastiness of these people. They can joke smile and be giddy with each other but they cannot even offer a greeting of hello. When I said Hi I got a grimace as if the guy in the business center was offended. I purchased a PO Box so that my mail was not interrupted they still managed to screw this up as well. The sad part is that this reflects on management either she is incapable of leading her staff or she just doesn’t care. Either way customer service nor reliability is anything you can get from this location. They have no respect and it reflects the way that they treat people on how they treat themselves.

  • Wilfredo Montijo

Drove over there today because my amazon package was scanned as delivered, but at this facility's parcel locker. The clerk ignored me. Her coworker assisted me but then handed me off because I guess my mail was part of her zone. She was on her air pods on the phone. Made a rude gesture that she was done for the day (1000 am). Then proceeded to explain that she has told her employees not to scan those packages in because it causes issues. She didn't check the parcel locker at all and claimed the package was on the truck and out for delivery. The package still hasn't arrived and shows delivered at their parcel locker. Horrendous personnel with no customer service skills or work ethic. Gives USPS a bad reputation.

  • Stephanie Marquina

Worst service ever. After 9 years they still haven't assigned us a permanent carrier. The carrier's are always putting mail in the wrong box or leaving our packages on the table in my building's mailroom. Some days they don't even come at all. They have lost and damaged many of my packages. I have had a that I mailed out arrive 5lbs lighter and in a different package than I sent it in. Not only was contents missing, other items were damaged inspite of the fragile labeling put on the box by the post office of orgin. We have made several complaints and nothing is ever done. Most of the staff are rude, and move at the same pace as 5pm, Miami 95 northbound traffic.

  • Julio Anderson

I made an order through Amazon that was scheduled to be delivered through USPS, I was supposed to receive the item yesterday, but however I had gotten a notification that the order was delivered on Sunday which was impossible because USPS does not operate on a Sunday and the receiving area by the hotel which I live is also closed on a Sunday. I tried calling to get clarification on where my package is but no one cares to answer the phone, this is also a trend because in December USPS said they delivered my package and it was not , I ask Amazon many times to please not give my packages to USPS because they keep delaying them then lie that they delivered it.

  • Ae W

This branch is just a microcosm of not only the USPS, but nearly every public service provided by the federal government except maybe the national park service. Entitled, work-phobic employees will resist you every chance they get. They leverage (abuse, really) the fact that they control the mail in order to fire-proof themselves and the way they carry out their duties. Newman from Seinfeld is a perfect representation of the workers you’ll encounter here. Average wait time to pick up a package is over 30 minutes, most of which will be spent looking at a counter with no one attending.

  • Nykk Carr

Worst post office. I didn't see the rating prior to going but now I know why it has 1.8 stars. Customer service was terrible and the people behind the counter had no sense of urgency or slight motivation to help the customers in line. No one was even greeted. One of the females must have just started work because she walked to her register and took her sweet time to call the next person. I only went because I HAD to. Thank goodness for amazon prime, might as well continue doing away with usps. Guess they are taking advantage of being paid by the hour.

  • House of Ego

18640 NW 2ND AVE has to have the most RUDEST and UNPROFESSIONAL workers there! In 10 years of serving this country I have never been treated so horribly after simply asking can they check to see where my package was that was supposed to be in my P.O. Box the lady with the high top cut was arguing with an elderly man when I walked in and she cut off the line with me when I was before the person in front of me. Horrible service, I will definitely be moving my P.O. Box!

  • Leo Elly

WORST SERVICE EVER. I THOUGHT BUENA VISTA WAS BAD!!! USPS tracker states "Available for pick up" appartlently that means it is "out for delivery". I called the tracking phone number and it says it is at USPS but the manager or employee say something else. They do not care here. Where is my package. If it was out for delivery why did my mail come today and not my package? You can't call the store because they do not answer the phone. I guess I need to go back again.

  • Natalie Alvarez

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. They have consistently either stolen my packages or delivered them to the wrong mailbox. All I know is that the tracking will say "delivered in/at mailbox" yet no sign of my package in the mailbox. Not cool to waste our time and MONEY that way!!!! Their mail delivery people all need to be fired as well as whoever is in charge of answering phones. "For delivery you can rely on, choose United State Postal Service" HA!

  • Mari Alva

Beware...this post office DOES NOT open at 8:00 a.m. The doors were opened PAST 8:00. The clerk STARTED booting her computer at 8:09. It is now 8:20 and the computer system is at fault, according to her. It doesn't take a genius to know that EVERYTHING should be set by the time the doors are open to the public, 8:00 a.m. according to USPS. I am now late to work because they did not get to theirs on time (or whatever haopened). I was just serviced at 8:21 a.m.

  • Scott Kiley

Terrible service. Well, you expect that from a government entity. No one picks up the phone. They said they tried to deliver the package that was transferred from DHL. What a joke! I have lived here 7 years. Then, they said they left a pickup notice. Nothing in the mailbox. This is why people use other carriers and pay bills on line. This is NOT the 1st time this has happened either, when the address was proven to be 100% correct on the package or envelope.

  • Marce Restrepo

I waited for almost an hour just to ask for a package that had arrive at my house when I wasn't there. The guy told there was no package without even checking, now I inputed my tracking number online and it turns out they did have my packet since the very day I went to ask for it, the employee was just too lazy to check. That package had important documents inside it and I lost many potential job opportunities for not having said documents at hand.

  • Alina Rodriguez Abreu

Today I was helped by the amazing crew of the USPS, Flagler Station and it's remarkable their dedication, persistence and responsibility. I was scammed and they did an extraordinary job to intercept the package so the thief didn't got away with his plan. Thank you again to the team for your help. I really recommend this office for any service, they are willing to help and go to the bottom of the problem just to support the costumer!

  • Ugat (Shaun Morgan)

Every single package I have bought that had the pleasure of working with this postal service has not once been delivered to my apartment, every single time it’s “customer requested shipment to be held for collection” which I never once did. I have a very busy schedule and after just moving into this new apartment I need to take even more time to physically go to usps and pick up packages that I should have had several days prior.

  • f k

They sent us to the midtown post office, which sent us back here. The guys have no idea what's going on at this location. He told us to wait while he checks on our priority express mail... one hour later and everyone has already left the building. The guy working there Saturday when they were about to close literally let us wait for 90 minutes and didn't even come back to update us and left without saying anything......bizarre.

  • HisenBurg Lar

So, they do not answer your call whatever we know that. But here's what happens when you continuously call for an hour. I lived a bit further away plus the earnings so I do not want to visit the in person. I ended up calling continuously for 1 hour. Here's what they do: first they ignore your call, then they redirect you to USPS call center, after about 40 mins they just pick it up and left no answer .... I'm speechless.

  • luis robles

Thieves. The next day I sent a package I received a text asking to update the information for delivery, and then a credit card number was requessted to pay 0.30 USD to reschedule delivery. I went there to the USPS office to ask and they said it was fraud. So, I asked them how the thieves got my cell phone number, the lady did not respond. So, for sure the workers of USPS are associated with the hackers to do the fraud.

  • Michael DeNight

Since moving to Miami *a week ago* I have had a half dozen packages either returned to sender or marked as delivered with no delivery from this post office. I would highly recommend avoiding using USPS in this area altogether if this is the office your parcels will be processed in. Unfortunately, this is a serious recommendation. It is terrible - the worst USPS staff I have encountered anywhere in the country.

  • Oliver Lustado

Really bad customer service, the old lady with the short hair has zero customer service. I ask if a could use a simple scotch tape and she said that we don’t provide it when her colleagues next to her just gave a customer a scotch tape. This kind of employee put the place that you don’t want to go back too. 1 star is not the reason for the tape but bad attitude, zero customer service and unprofessional.

  • Christian Rivero

Honestly had never had an issue with USPS, but I dropped a package off on 11/27 at this location and it is completely missing and was basically turned away with no resources or attempt to help other than redirecting to the company website. Should have definitely read the reviews before sending through this location. Be careful and preferably choose another location if sending out something important.

  • Nathan Alvarez

An extremely HORRIBLE post office sent a complaint today to corporate! Most (not all) workers have attitude and expect you to know everything and walk in their and walk out in 15 seconds. on top of that packages never get scanned and show NO movement until they are delivered so I always have to guess. Today IS THE LAST DAY IM 20 YEARS OLD no reason for me to struggle to get a package out every time.

  • Jessica Rodriguez

Have a package that the website says was delivered but never scanned in. It never reached my front desk reception. Have been calling all day and all they’ve been doing is picking up and hanging up. Was told by the usps it was originally shipped from there’s been multiple scans from this miami location on my package that sat both delivered and delayed. Just trying to figure out what’s going on.

  • Sofia K

I didn’t believe the reviews…yes it’s the worst Posy Office in the country. I can’t believe how understaffed this office is. There was 2 people at the windows helping. One in the front and one in the back. This is not fair to the people that work here. There were 14 people in the front line and 8 people in the back waiting for packages. Shame on the USPS for not staffing this place properly.

  • Anzol Starlink

Plenty of parking Sometimes police cruisers use US Mail parking lot Staff are very professional and courteous. They will help you but make a line and wait your turn Much better than others US Mail branches in the area Always you will find weird people and homeless in the building some with 2 iPhones They have thousands of PO Boxes

  • Lauren Schlanser

Literally one of the worst experiences. The employees are ZERO help. You wait in a line for over an hour for them to basically tell you that they can’t help you and then they offer no additional solutions to help resolve your issue. Do yourself a favor and take your package to FedEx. The extra money is well worth avoiding having to deal with this lack of service.

  • Edgar Garcia (Xtr3m32ou1)

I called HQ, they provided me with the location phone number. I called them for my package and tried to give authorization for my brother to pick up my package because the customer service suggested that. However, I called them multiple times but they did not answer the phone. How can they support the customers if they do not answer the phone in that location?

  • Jorge Jarquin

I do not understand why the service in the area that this location covers is the most disgusting. Packages not deliver as expected or lost and nobody has an explanation not even an apology , when you go find out the where abouts your packages , you are ignored. Mail delivery the worst , wrong mail left , missing mail . USPS should be privatized

  • Jem Chang

Missed my package, scheduled a redelivery, it never came back to my door step... (Edit) Coen to realize the mail woman just ignores my entire building om purpose because she doesn't want to leave her truck. I literally watched her drive past my building. And she had the nerve to say she tried to deliver it. Freaking. Annoying. I want her fired.

This post office need better management & staff. They never, ever, ever, ever answer the phone. Packages be late most of the time & the staff always looking mad like they don't want to work. Been waiting on other 1of my packages. Its says out for delivery 8:32am its now 7:00pm no one ever showed up. Nobody in my building got they mail today.

  • LCS 666

I NEVER leave a bad review anywhere but man, I've come to accept the bare minimum as the standard for all USPS locations. the bare minimum.. but when you get less than that which is most of the time it really makes you wonder 1. the hiring process 2. how you can get away with terrible customer service 99% of the time and still have a job.

  • J C

If you dislike your fellow man then you should not be a mail clerk. Horrendous customer service and as soon as it is closing time , they are quick to kick people out. I have been lied to and treated like herd at this place. It seems like this is a continuing cancer among many post offices and it's just too bad for rest of us. …

  • Lenox C

PACKAGES DELIVERED TO PARCEL LOCKER AT 33101 means that they arrived late at the post office and will be delivered the following business day again. There is no point in wasting your time and energy searching for an answer to this question at this location. Their response time is extremely slow, and they prioritize customers last.

  • Unique Ninki

Horrible, the ladies at the pickup window, one in uniform and two others in tee shirts black older ladies at rare entrance/parking lot entrance, the tone in their voices says, I DON'T WANT TO BE HERE. It's not fair for already stressed people to walk in such toxic atmosphere, hence the bad reviews, WHEN WILL THIS STOP?

  • B C

God help you if you have to receive a package here. I did once on a layover of a few hours and they immediately and confidently informed me that my package had not arrived. After arguing with them for a while they finally bothered to go check and, yes indeed, just like the website said, it was there ready and waiting.

  • Pretty Posher

Customer Service is terrible. They just don’t care at this post office. One lady sitting there on her phone. She sees the line and she’s not servicing anyone. I would never come back to this post office. I’d rather drive to the next local one. I can’t stand mfs who don’t want to work. Just want to collect a check.

  • FEDERICO GIURIA

Worst service ever. Seems they are trying very hard to break a record on how many people they can turn down per hour. Shame on all the staff working there. Another costumer told me that they provide a subpar service, and they steal packages from customer. Avoid any purchase that use they service at all costs.

  • Sammy Cordahi

Should be 0 stars. Over a week of them unable to simply drop off the package to my address. Call and they say it’s at the office, go in and they say it’s out for delivery only for it not to be delivered. It’s crazy then they say it will only be held for 15 days before being sent back. Are you serious?

  • Stephanie Quintero-Merino

This place is a total disaster it’s honesty embarrassing that I get here at 8 right when they open and I wait an hour to be attended. It’s unacceptable people have jobs to get too and they have one person looking for 25 packages it’s just not fair hire more people or just close down the location.

  • Anastasia Forte

Probably the slowest service in Miami…. Which is a big accomplishment. Came here to pick up one package, there were six people in front of me- and it took one hour. Either they are highly under staffed , have no urgency, or both. Just a complete miserable time, avoid this location at all costs.

  • Scott Deutsch

Why can't they be nice? Because they are government employees they they feel entitled. It's easy and feels good to be kind. They close there doors 3 min before closing time. .. stating they need to prepare to close. The mail shoots are filled up. One day soon they will privatize the USPS.

  • Ismael Allendes

Horrible service especially at general delivery window I have been waiting on my mail for months and they still have not found it. I asked the lady Elizabeth where my mail was and all she did was shuffle some papers and say it's not here. They don't deserve their pension.

  • David Eraso

If you don’t want your day or possibly week ruined by these creatures, stay away from this place. They will treat you like a worthless POS. Bad customer service is a luxury compared to what you get here. And this is government operated… Worse than a third world country.

  • Diego Fernandez

God forbid if one of your packages gets sent to this location because they will take around an hour to help you. There’s always 4-5 ppl waiting before you and the employees are extremely slow. The place is also strange and not really equipped for customer service.

  • Jack Stempky

This is the worst run organization I have ever seen. A team of 5th graders could do a better job. I have been unable to get a letter that has come into possession of this location. Every time is a new excuse. Multiple failed pick up attempts over a 3-month period.

  • Steffanie Jacobson

0 starts if it was possible. By far the most INCOMPETENT and LAZY employees you’ll ever meet! If you have to go here to pick up a package good luck to you!!! You’ll probably be there close to 2 hours twiddling your thumbs and they might not even have it.

  • VV V

The issue is this: you will not find a single person employed at this location that wants to work. You will witness the absolute most minimal effort a human being can produce. Not sure anything can be done to correct this. It is what it is. Good luck.

  • S BH

I went to USPS and the woman who works there was super rude and wouldn't even look to see if my package was there, she said it wasn't there but the package was. She told me to leave and I was left without my package, and the website says it's there.

  • Akia Baker

I Have Been Waiting Two Weeks For My Package Still Have Not Received It Or A Letter Saying It Would Be Delayed Or Anything I Keep Contacting Them And There Is No Answer... I Just Want My Refund At This Point Clearly I Can’t Get It Cause Ion

  • Mojo Jojo

There was a lady that Goes by Kristen Barret which was very rude to the customer before me after the customer discovered that her package was broken and some things were missing and the customer wasn’t rude she stated that she mailed it to

  • Jessica C

Words cannot express how annoyed I am with this post office. Personally I do not have any problems with their customer service. The last time I was there to track a lost package I had to wait 40 minutes to talk to the manager, I understand

  • Jennifer Brusko

We saw the postal van pull up to our building, then drive off and not deliver post to our building. The package I was waiting for that was transferred from UPS to USPS for delivery is now only for pickup at this location because the driver

  • Aaron Thomas

This post office needs to be shut down, or they need to hire some new staff immediately. The worst customer service ever in my life. Very unprofessional and will tell you ANYTHING have you waiting a hour, and just to say they can find your

  • Rafael Alhama

the most terrifying experience someone can have is coming here to Business Caller Services here at this USPS… the worst customer service of my entire life… waiting for more than two hours without a single answer as to where your package is…

  • Dominique Schoepe

FEDERAL EMPLOYEES STEALING YOUR MAIL. Do not come to this post office- horrific customer service and fraudulent tactics conducted to ensure your packages never leave the post office and are profited by employees. If you attempt to inquire

  • Chiara C

they never pick up the phone, if you have an issue you have to go there and they are just rude. They seem to be annoyed with life. When they deliver a package they just throw it at your door they don't even bother to knock. If you have a

  • Gilmore Gil

Absolutely a garbage fire. Standing in overflowing garbage in a like of 25. Government systems on fully display. Needs to be closed down, the fact this is place is “operational” should result in someone high up at usps losing their job.

  • Alexander J Vasquez

11/28/2023 I understand that the postman is tired but don't lie, he or she said that I had postponed picking up the package at the post office at no time did I say that, bad service, they should close the post office

  • Lynsi Battaglia

I love this office. The ladies are great and always helpful. I think difficult people give the negative ratings. But I think tthe location would benefit greatly with a kiosk- would speed up the lines tremendously!

  • Topmed SEO

Terrible service. I'm picking up certified mail from a note left in my home mailbox. Currently waiting at the window 55 minutes and still didn't speak to anyone. Plus took the time to drive here. Unbelievable!

  • Maria Cruz

The manager in this office and the mailman who delivers the mail in Brickell went above and beyond to help us locate a Green Card. Truly one of the most helpful teams we have encountered in USPS.

  • deniz aktuğ

They don’t even deserve one star , they are lying to people saying that manager has a meeting it has been more than 2 months I don’t receive my mails and no one helping about it

  • Armando Rodriguez

By far the worst customer service of any post office you can possibly go to in Miami! You can always guarantee the staff will have a crummy attitude and no rush whatsoever.

  • J R

Weekend hours are inadequate for post office box holders. Hours for post office box holders should be until 4pm on Saturday AND ahould be open for some hours on Sunday.

  • Dante Lacks

Can never process a shipment properly. Drivers need to stop incorrectly scanning packages and just get the job done. Always causing unnecessary visits and stress.

  • Petr Vencovský

What a waste of energy running company like that. Better to flush your packages to the toilet, its cheaper and less stressful than deal with USPS.

  • Rafael Guillen

It's 8:15 in the morning and they don't open, they should correct the opening hours. because they definitely do not open at the indicated time.

  • Katya Popovych

Horrible service, they lost my package - it didn’t leave this building! Worst experience ever.

  • Susan Doel

Can't get anyone to pick up the phone ! It just rings and rings, then goes to a dial tone.

  • Taylis

I went there and it was close but the website says open not good for people like me

  • Pablo Smith

Most horrible service, very slow, doesn’t seem like they care about packages.

  • Anton Krasun

Hell. They hire incompetent idiots there. Avoid USPS by all means

  • Gürcan Merdal

Good luck because only luck can help you find your package here.

  • ariel campos
