this place is terrible i c ant tell you how many times ive missed packages then went to pick them up the next day and they say they havent arrived yet why would i be left a not saying pick up the next day if its not there and they never answer the phone...worst customer service ever

I had to mail a ton of books via Media Mail for the first time, and Melissa was absolutely amazing at helping me with everything I needed to get set up! She was helpful, nice, patient, and knowledgeable; she’s a total lifesaver. I’d happily mail all of my stuff here!

Absolutely THE WORST Posf Office in San Francisco! Out of 4 tills, they usually have only ONE clerk, and she's normally the slowest. A visit to this PO never takes less than 30 minutes even if you have just a simple letter. Avoid like plague!

My experiences here have always been pleasant. Lines are usually not long and wait times bearable. Staff has been wonderful: courteous and always suggesting me a cheaper option to package and ship my stuff. My go to post office in the area!

I have not received my mail for the last 2 days. My required mail delivery is through the secured slot in our front door. The current carrier obviously does not like to climb stairs, and delivers the mail to the wooden box on the street.

They lose packages and have no clue how to find them back. It can take weeks until they find them lost in the back. No organization at all and completely impolite with their clients. Lines can last for hours because of their laziness.

Service from window person was good, and very profesional, and he was not the managing person. if this was my neighborhood i will suggest them to wipe down or wash them glass windows, so i can feel proud of my postal office.

Absolutely great service here when asking for a receipt for my prepaid packages to sell my items, not too bad of a line (either it’s quick or I have to wait for a few minutes) and efficient to say the least.

Worst USPS office. Packages lost. Packages sent here then sent to wrong city, then returned here, then an extra 3 days to arrive at house. Maybe someone here should take charge or take pride in their work.

I went there on a Saturday afternoon to pick up my mail that hadn’t been delivered because my mailbox had been forced. The person I saw was very nice, polite and efficient. Overall a very good experience!

This is my favorite post office in SF, I've been shipping via EBay for 8 years. The staff is friendly & patient. Location is ideal, there's usually metered parking spots outside...

Attitude is good but make mistakes too often ,lost 2 items and delivery 2 package wrong( not noticed the forward mail requests and hold mail requests) in just 1 month.

If you have a chance to go to other post office I would do that. Few women working there seem like being punished to have that job and are making anything a problem

this is the worst USPS in the neighborhood. They have graffitis sprayed on the walls for months that they never bothered removing.

Updated and improved the street parking last year...great place to get passport renewed. Popular site....there can be long lines.

Easy to park and usually short lines! Also have self service kiosk and P.O. Box for those needing one. Great staff!
