A very rude employee lied to me about the sizes that they carried and gave me attitude for even asking. A week prior I had purchased an item in that size, and asked if they had any left in stock because I wanted to buy a couple more, but she scoffed and told me "we don't make those in extra small". I wasn't in the mood to argue with a bitter, hormonal college brat, but I was appalled that an employee would outright lie to me. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Not really my store but went in looking for a trucker/baseball hat that they do have a varied collection of. Seems like a fun store to explore for fashionable young ladies and gents. Not cheap but the sale items are worth checking out. Best to visit via public transport as parking is limited and area is busy with visitors and students.

Overpriced. Employees were unprofessional. I purchased the wrong shade of polish and wanted to switch it.. She needed to redo the transaction to change the color. Although there was no line she made it apparent that she was put out. I walked out and should I return ill return both the overpriced polishes I purchased.

Slow day Sunday, not much of a crowd, and only two employees in sight. Cashiers were very friendly. Stock all laid out, but staff was obviously behind on tidying and straightening after customers shuffled and messed the displays. Because of this, I found it challenging to find my size or desired color in some items.

UO used to be much cheaper with better selections. Not sure what got to them but now all they do is bringing expensive brands' items in. I'm glad to see UO has its own line of clothings which is cheaper. I hope they stop selling mediocre brands that pretend to be a highend street brand.

They were 10 minutes from closing, my friend and I asked to try the clothes on and was given passive aggressive answers from the staff. The girls basically side-eyed the hell out of you. That's why you don't hire college students as retail staff.

I went and asked if they had this item that I was looking for but the employee said if it's not in display then they don't have it. I checked UO website and it said they had that in stock and the item was ready for pick up at that location. Why?

TERRIBLE costumer service. they were all incredibly unprofessional and smelled like moist cabbage. i would never recommend going into this store. it’s disgusting! clothes are lying everywhere and the store is generally a mess.

Good selection, great customer service :) helped me with everything. I really liked the vibe of the store, the only thing is that the men’s section is spacious but not a lot of variety IMO. Nevertheless worth the visit :)

They are always making me feel like I'm doing something wrong. When my girlfriend and I just wanted to look at the always up to fashion clothes they offer. I LOVE THE CLOTHES, BUT I HATE THE EMPLOYEES

Honestly if you're looking to go to Urban Outfitters, just go to the Alderwood Mall location the Udistrict one is always a mess and it seems like less stuff or maybe it's just organized that badly.

I was always hesitant about shopping at UO bc of my other encounters with UO sales associates, but the staff here (when I came) were incredibly friendly and helpful!

This place used to be a live music venue, and hosted a show featuring D.O.A. and Nirvana back in the late 80s... now its an Urban Outfitters... Go figure.

They could probably do a better job handling returns. Having the whole front end working on one return while people wait isn't optimal.

Not sure if there’s an elevator to get downstairs. I looked around but didn’t see one. Other than that we found what we went for
