Today I went in around 2pm and noticed every single time I would go into the dressing room the guy wouldn’t talk, wouldn’t say hello, and wouldn’t ask for my name. I wasn’t carrying a purse or a backpack. At first I went in with 6 items and then 4 items. He would write down a description of me and every other white girl would be asked what their name was. This happened twice so it wasn’t like he just forgot to ask me for my name. I love UO and have been shopping here for multiple years.. I ended up buying the gifts for my friends but the whole shopping experience made me feel like I wasn’t welcome. Let’s not forget how he watched the girl check me out and oversaw the entire transaction. I want to know why he kept writing down what I was wearing on my door and not what my name was?? WHY I was the only person he was doing this to if it wasn’t him being racist?? Thank you for coming to my Ted talk. UPDATE: he still works there six months later after I wrote this. White boy with multiple arm tattoos. Pretty sure one was a ghost. Skinny and tall. Same racist sketchy behavior.

I really like the store but I am getting older and the fashion is surpassed my age group. There are still things that I can find in there that I like and that I can still purchase but they are fewer and far between these days. But I really love the place and I love that it's a part of fashion and I'm glad that they do well. I remember in my younger years and there was not a place called Urban outfitters to visit in Jacksonville, Florida. I'm glad it's here.

First thing, I HATE the mall. Any mall. And this one in particular. There are times you have to go gift hunting and this is where I go. Great inspiration. It may not be the cheapest store but the stuff is unique and the quality is good. Employees are always helpful if needed. Nobody is pestering you. Simply peruse the store and make up your own mind. This is the way I want to shop.

Staff are great, clothing quality for the price isn’t. I’ve purchased a few tops from here and 2/3 have started falling apart. The go for the gold out from under top and the heart crewneck. Both are so cute but entire seams have started coming undone, it’s a good thing I can sew. The store itself is very nice and the cashier was very sweet but I couldn’t recommend the clothing.

Overpriced and the quality of the items here are not as good as they used to be. They used to have so much high quality beautiful stuff and now it's just like the high priced hipster h&m. The only thing we bought was photos at the photo booth. Basically all the stuff in this store you can find in other places with better prices. Company is going downhill.

Three stars because the displays are very well designed and shopping here is kinda fun. But I was here for half an hour and not a single employee asked if I needed help. Not particular to this store, but the prices are outrageous. A tiny piece of cheap cloth that they call a woman's tank top sells for $30 when it should be closer to $10.

Store seems cool. Trendy and on point. Cute clothes right up my alley. But only in Small and Medium? It was difficult to find a size L (about one to every 10 items I checked) and finding an XL never happened. They need better inventory management for sure. Disappointing in a Town Center-calibre store.

I am sure this place is great for the younger generation but I am over seeing so many Tshirts books and other items covered in foul language and themes. There are definitely unique accessories and gift items however I was taken aback with the mix of overtly strange strange stuff!

Honestly people can find hipster clothes anywhere. The price for the cloths do not match the quality. The service at this location is mediocre, the staff just stared when I walked in. Interesting vibe... Maybe I'm too old to be shopping at this store!?!

I never travel urban climes without first a trip to Urban outfitters for necessary supplies like novelty Xmas flasks and vinyl reissues only extant because Urban outfitters made a turntable in millennial pink. Also, that sale section omg wtg gml whoa.

I recommend this store by far for all your retro needs, you will find some items you probably haven't seen since you were young, the store is very organized and the staff is very friendly and helpful especially JACQUI M., when I asked her

I tend to like the clothing sold in Urban as it's trendy and you can still find some classic pieces but this is changing and it's become focused heavily on trends. Typically the staff doesn't go above and beyond, they seem to do the bare

I love the clothes they carry and every time I go the staff members are really nice. However, I can barely find anything in a Medium or Large. Everything is either XS-S or XL. More inclusive stock needs to be ordered and kept in stock.

In my younger life that was my go to apparel whenever I was around one. Fast forward fifteen years and they've still got it. Cool shop, friendly employees, hip customers. The random merch they have always makes for good gifts.

Great customer service...even 2 days before xmas the staff were very nice and had the lines moving super quick. But if you've ever shopped there before...you know they are a bit pricey. Other than that it was great.

My daughter bought some string lights from here that caught her bed and pillows on fire! No warnings on the packaging either! No one will return my call from Urban Outfitters either! I'm contacting a lawyer today.

Ambiance and style is here in spades. Urban Outfitters is located in the St. John's Town center. There's plenty of on-trend clothes, accessories, and random selection. The pricepoint is quite high, unfortunately.

Its great, the overall vibes are nice and the store is very clean. The dressing rooms are very nice and comfortable. The clothes are very expensive though so if your on a budget i would not recomend this store.

Meh, about what you'd expect. Grossly over-priced blended t-shirts made by tiny, underpaid Asian fingers. Other than that, its pretty cool I guess. They do have some vinyl records for sale...so that's neat.

Mostly clothing these days, less furniture. Definitely carries fewer interesting items and more commercialized retro stuff that's expensive but low quality (e.g. a pink miniature turntable with a speaker).

Huge store with tons of options for clothes, self-care items, makeup/perfume, jewelry, and home goods. This store has lots of fun things going on as well as a nice sale section near the dressing rooms.

Staff is alright. Only helps you when you ask multiple times. Product quality doesn't match the price. You can get better quality products for a much lower or price. Way too expensive.

Years ago ( like 10) they had super cool knick knacks and more variety. Everything now looks second hand or shoes you can just get cheaper at the brand store. Miss the old UO.

Get the latest trends here. The staff greeted me upon arrival even though I'm not their typical customer. Parking can be a trick but be patient and a spot opens up.
