We booked Frankie (1 year old French Bulldog) to get neutered and have his nare/soft pallet surgery to help him breath. During our consultation, we were greeted by the front desk staff and they were very kind and showed Frankie lots of love and attention. We were assigned to wait in a room very promptly after checking in. Once we were in the examination room, We we're greeted by Dr Grenier. He talked us through the surgery and explained in detail the process of the operation. He also offered options to check for other common issues that are known to the breed and had the receptionist do a break down to show the extra options. Dr Grenier did an excellent job going through the additional options and didn't make us feel forced to add them on like other vets we've been too. When we got our estimate and breakdown of additionals, we decided to get the added options, as we found it was an excellent value. We confirmed the date for the surgery, we were given a list of what to expect and how to help treat the next few days of healing and direction for the pills and antibiotics. The surgery went smoothly and Dr. Grenier did a fantastic job. Frankie's nares look perfect but most importantly, with his soft pallet surgery he can finally breath better. As for the neutering, he did an excellent job...can barely see the stitches and it's healed up very well. We couldn't thank Dr. Grenier and the staff at Carp Animal Hospital enough, and we would highly recommend them. Excellent service, great value, a happy customer and an even happier puppy!

I brought my cat here for a medical emergency and was made to feel like an idiot at the front desk, being asked "you know that we are appointment only?" After repeating my story with clear desperation she said she would check with one of the veterinarians to see if they could fit me in. My cat had ripped out several claws and filed the rest down to nothing overnight. The entire house was covered in blood. I also noticed some strange behaviour in the time between when I woke up, and taking him to the hospital; he would suddenly foam at the mouth and act crazy, running and jumping into walls essentially. I was told he likely got into some place new and had a "traumatic experience" as he couldn't get out or down from wherever he got into. He dismissed my concerns of acting crazy or foaming at the mouth as "stress". I was told to do nothing about his bleeding paws except watch for infection over the next few weeks. It wasn't until later that night, some panicked googling, and a 4am trip to the ER including a $1200 overnight stay that it became apparent something was seriously wrong. Dr Mathieu Grenier misdiagnosed Complex Partial Seizures with potential life threatening consequences. Thank god for the vets at VCA Canada Ottawa Veterinary Hospital on Boyd Ave, who took the issue seriously.

Edit; Dr. Stapley and the rest of the team at CRAH are incredible people, helpful and caring to the very end. After undergoing another procedure, Talitha lived a long and happy life. I can't thank the staff here enough for everything along the 3 years we've been attending. Tali loved coming here, and that was astoundingly beautiful. Much love. This is the best vet office in the greater Ottawa area. I've been to every single vet in the city and was disappointed with or even offended by their treatment of my cat. Carp Road Animal Hospital did a 6 tooth extraction on my poor Kitty's mouth and although it was costly it was VERY needed and she is doing incredibly well since the surgery. She was in pain and they extended and gave her an amazing life. I will most definitely be coming back whenever necessary, even though it's a distance from me, and is a slight bit more expensive, it is WELL WORTH overcoming any challenge to attend this vet over any other. THANK YOU CARP ROAD ANIMAL HOSPITAL!

Brought in our dog on concerns she would not lie down and stay down to sleep and other general concerns for a senior dog.Upon initial review the vet stated her heart was sound and lungs were clear and temperature was normal as breathing was fine and no coughing and he felt it could be a pain issue.. She looked OK as vet even agreed. We agreed to xrays where they stated a lung was full of pus gunk and whatever. Did not see our dog back for over an hour. We agreed to blood work and determined she had too many white T cells...then wanted a swab of her lungs. We stopped there as evident enough to me as a layman if this was true. BUT what I got back was a limp dog 10 minutes away from death. Her situation was not consistent to being pneumonia as stated as not even a fever. When quizzed on that ..'she was just hanging by a thread' I was told....things did not add up upon reflection but the bill sure did...never going back..rest in peace Sabrina

My girl was treated here for hyperthyroidism. The vet and staff were all super friendly, professional, and reliable in giving me daily updates during her hospitalization. Thank you Carp Rd! Note: The radioactive iodine treatment may seem expensive at first but it is very much worth it if your cat is eligible. It is the most cost-effective option. My cat was on methimazole medication for a few months before I finally opted for the iodine treatment. The medication was giving her bad side-effects and pilling her twice a day was stressful for both of us. You also end up paying for more vet visits (especially in the beginning) to monitor the effects of the methimazole and get the dosage right. It has now been 9 months since her iodine treatment at Carp Rd, she is doing better than ever and back to her old affectionate and playful self. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. (I also wish I had chosen the iodine treatment first)

This was my first experience at this vet clinic. We seen Dr Grenier for a consult about my boxers gum surgery. This was also a second opinion appointment as I had seen our original vet initially. I felt super relieved after this appointment, I felt the dr was really aware of the issues going on with my dog and felt confident in his ability to perform the surgery. I also have to add that vets and services are expensive regardless, but the initial consult was less then where I go usually and the surgery quote was 3 times less then where I was quoted before. And for that I am grateful because I would not be able to do the surgery if it was 3x the cost. The receptionists were also super lovely and Friendly and helpful. I was also able to get in relatively quick on a cancellation appointment. Really glad I decided to trust my gut and get a second opinion. I would recommend with my experience this far.

I have had nothing but the best service and care from the staff here. The office team is great. They quickly respond to my emails, are super helpful over the phone, and are always welcoming and remember me when I come in. I have had the pleasure of dealing with 3 different veterinarians here. I am very impressed with the quality of their work and level of care they put into it all. They are very knowledgeable and have always taken their time to explain everything. I never feel rushed out the door. Their prices are very reasonable and they never added anything extra to the bill. They have actually been very kind to my wallet, which I am very grateful for. All in all, I've had nothing but great service here. I only wish my health care was as nice as my cat's! I owe everyone here a million thank you's. I will keep on driving the 40km to come here because it is worth it.

My husband and I have 4 beautiful fur babies (cats).Carp Road Animal Hospital has been the care giver for our precious babies for several years. Today, I just want to say thank you to all the Veterinarians and the amazing staff for everything they do. They are all run off their feet, yet provide the most attentive care to all pets they see . I am always greeted with a smile and treated with importance. The Pandemic has made their job even more challenging with the new clients they have taken on (new adoptions during lockdown) and working around Covid restrictions without compromising the quality of service we each receive. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU Carp Rd Animal Hospital Staff!! All of you have done an outstanding job in what has been a difficult couple of years for everyone. Grateful and Blessed, Stephanie and Don

  • Tanya Milks

Amazing staff! Very friendly and knowledgeable! VERY good with the animals, very understanding and caring with your pets. Most i like about them is they are all about the best care for your pets and not just in it for the money. They give you every option that is available as well as different price ranges for the options that are available for what care your pet needs and let's you make the best choice for your pet and your finances that will still help your pet instead of just pushing one and only one option and normally that's always the most expensive option without any choices. They not only care about your animals but also care about the animals owners and what they are able to afford. Best veterinary clinic i have ever taken my animals too. This is my veterinary clinic currently for my teacup chihuahua!! Love them.

  • Colleen Fraser

We recently left 2 vet practices where we could clearly see the business aspect had overridden the care aspect. Once we checked out Carp Animal Hospital, the concern and attention they gave our animals showed us we were in the right place for their care. They willingly engage in multiple option discussions so you are well informed about your pet's situation and choices for improvement. Here you are not pressured to spend unnecessarily, but to proceed a step at a time to find the answers to your pet's problems. If you are unhappy with your present vet, schedule a visit here to ask questions and meet a vet to see if you prefer their more personal approach to animal care. Your present unhappiness means you need to start a search for a new provider. I suggest you start here.

I have been taking my dogs to Carp Rd Animal Hospital for almost 8 yrs. 5 yrs ago we had to say good bye to our Sheltie. The staff and Vet were wonderful. I continue to bring my 14 yr old Toy Poodle there. She has been a healthy dog until last summer. Dr.Oliarnyk has been giving her wonderful care. My dog isn't sick per se, but does have health issues related to aging. I am convinced that Dr.Oliarnyk has prolonged the life of my dog. My husband and I often discuss the great care given to our dog vs the care humans get from their Drs. The staff are very pleasant and thorough. Veterinary care is expensive. I find that asking about medication and procedural costs ahead of time helps me to make informed and practical decisions for me and my dog.

Got a puppy and the next day it was vomiting worms. My girlfriend called around and found Carp Road to be open and they were willing to take the dog in for an exam a few hours later. Met with the vet who did a small sales pitch but backed off after we said no and has been nothing but professional since. We always know what we're getting into pricewise. When we get a diagnosis all options are explained to us from the cheapest to the one where we have to remortgage the house, no surprises. Our dog loves seeing the vet and has seen 2 of the vets at this clinic, both of them are treated with high energy and kisses from her. I would be hard pressed to bring my dog to another vet if Carp Road was within a reasonable distance and was open.

  • Mike -

Dog passed out on the lawn, but it was a bad time for them because the doctor was on lunch that Saturday at the time I called. An emergency fee + 15 minutes of their time costed $400 to have our dog put down. Googling around I'm finding that $150 is more normal. Always ask for the price over the phone before going! Ask for a quote or a guess if you're dealing with an ailment. And write a review when you're disgruntled over cost. It's the only thing you can do to fight back against this type of private unregulated health system. If not predictable, you're out of luck, because walking into a vet office is like writing a blank cheque. One extra star for the clay paw imprint, which I did like though.

  • Sarah Bond

Dr.Grenier is an awesome vet. His approach is more fellow animal owner than authority and he never treats us like a paycheck. He's always very considerate about what he does to your animal and is very upfront about cost and what he would actually do in any scenario with his own pets. He's full of information and is an all around great guy - we will be asking for him every time we go in. If cost is a concern to the reader of this review - I highly recommend Carp Road Animal Hospital. Their prices are well below what we've seen at other vets - even just down the road. An example - our previous vet charges $90/needle biopsy for lumps - Carp road charges $60 for 3.

We had a very positive experience here today with our kitten who has an infection on his paw pad. When we called we were able to get in right away. The doctor was very thorough, gentle with our little guy and let us know our options and what to expect in various situations. We felt very confident with Dr. Smith and the other staff that we interacted with. The tech who managed to get the collar on our fiesty cat deserves a shout out too; I never would have been able to. The facility was very clean by appearance and smell, organized and was well stocked. We also never felt like we were being over sold, which happens at some places.

  • Samantha D

If you're looking for a veterinarian office, you can stop now. This is the one. I've been bringing my cats here for years now, despite the 40 minute drive. Spays, dental surgeries, radioactive iodine treatment, etc. I never once felt like they were over charging or just trying to get money from me. I never felt rushed and even when I acted like a crazy cat mom, they were patient and reassuring, by phone and in the office. Dr. Stapely changed my old cats life for the better and truly cared about her - the entire staff did. I will keep bringing my girls here as long as I'm living in Ottawa.

  • Stéphane Sauvé

Bringing my dog in for a followup chiropractic appointment with Dr. Sabrina Tracey a mistake or miscommunication lead to us driving in from the east end for an appointment that was in the system for 1 month later. Once informed of the situation Dr Tracey decided to fit us in later and took it upon herself to absorb the cost. Although I am 99% certain that I did not make a mistake, anything is possible, but their willingness to take extreme ownership of the situation is exceptional and admirable. Also, Dr Tracey's treatments really seem to be a big factor in our dog's recovery. Thanks

  • Trish Cohan

So disappointed in the level care they provide now that they are "Corporate". They don't have "emergency" appointments available if your pet is truly ill. Had to take my dog to another vet who was compassionate enough to make time for an emergency appointment, when my own vet wouldn't - an appointment 3 days later for a very sick dog is not acceptable. My dog passed away in the arms of a vet who wasn't even her own and Carp Road Animal hospital coudn't have cared less. A vet's primary concern should be the welfare and care of animals, not generating corporate profits - very sad.

  • Melissa O'DELL

This evening we brought our cat Kitty to the Carp Road Animal Hospital to be looked at. He was very ill and we found out he had a tumor in his stomach. He was 18 years old. We met with Dr. Marc Glavin and he was the best veternarian we could have asked for. He was compassionate, understanding and very knowledgeable. He took his time with us and made us feel very comfortable. This was one of the hardest things we had to do. Say goodbye to our kitty. Thank you Dr. Marc Glavin and your team for everything. I would strongly recommend Dr. Marc Glavin. -Melissa and Derrick Spidell

I have been a client of Carp Road since they opened. As an owner of exotics, rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters, I am lucky to live so close to a facility that takes care of my special pets. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional; vet care is second to none. My present vet, Dr. Catherine Oliarnyk, goes above and beyond to meet the needs of my present rabbit, Leo. She treats him with the same love and care she'd treat her own pet. I never hesitate to recommend Carp Road to anyone with any type of pet. In my books, they should receive an A+! Vivian McLean

Rude secretary. Made us to feel bad for not bringing in our old cat --who only recently started having issues-- into the vet more often. Told us when paying our (expensive) bill that, "just think of all the money you've saved not bringing her here all these years." Unprofessional and not the way to keep clientele. Over the years we have always taken our pets to Carp Rd animal Hospital, spending thousands and thousands of dollars on our pets, but this was the final straw with the consistently rude/judgmental atmosphere some staff put off. Some staff are awesome.

  • B T

They staff and vet were amazingly kind to myself and my dog. I had switched over from kanata lakes animal clinic because the vet there had no bedside manner interacting with my pup. When I came in to get him treated, he was quite nervous and scared because of the poor treatment at the other place. The vet here was very kind and took time to greet my dog with compassion to help alleviate his nervousness before assessing and treating him. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a loving clinic to help care and treat their pets.

  • Hermann Wallner

Something has changed!!!! After having been a client for over 25 years, with four dogs and five cats, having spent tens of thousand $$$ I have not been able to get an appointment in less that seven weeks. What used to be a friendly and courteous interchange with an effort to accommodate, has become a curt "sorry, no appointment for 7 weeks , if you have a emergency go to Alta Vista Animal Hospital! Got an appointment with Valley Veterinarian Clinique in Carleton Place within two days! Shame on you carp Road Animal Hospital!!!!!

  • Faye McDonald

Our 14 year old calico cat just was treated with I-131 for Hyperthyroidism and I couldn’t be more happy with the loving care that Mandy received by Dr. Clavin and Madeleine Veruurt during the treatment and her stay with them. Mandy came home happy, content and obviously not at all stressed by the entire event. It was wonderful receiving an update each morning while she was there and having my questions well answered. The other staff that we met at the front desk were also so very kind and wonderful. Thanks to all!

  • John Clark

They are all about extracting every last dollar they can from you. A pet from the neighborhood was loose and died on my property. Called the vet to see if I brought it to them if they could scan for a chip or see if they recognized the animal to find and notify the owners. I was told there would be a fee involved to do so and I would also have to pay for the disposal of the animal as well if the owners didn't come claim it. Ottawa Humane Society did a great job...for free.

  • Sarah De Gonzague

We had two pets with them when our dog needed help they only had an appointment 6 weeks away. The receptionist on the phone could not have cared less. It did not matter what was wrong they simply said they could not see our dog. I thought they would have an appointment within a few days for emergency care. When our dog needed you, you were firm in not helping. A vet should be able to support regular scheduled checkups and be able to help there clients when needed.

  • John Grenier

We have two pets with you for @10-12 years and when our feline needed help(we thought) you told us it will be 10 days, we went elsewhere and she was treated same day(not emergency). Should you have some slots for clients just .5 hours in a day maybe? up to you . We are moving on from you clinic. We needed you ( we thought) and you were firm in not helping. I do thank you for all the non emergency annual check up care help you have given our pets in the past.

  • Brett Butler

Been a client for 20 years, since Mark was treating animals himself. Tried to schedule an appointment for overdue shots so we could board our dog while away. I couldn't get an appointment for over 2 months, even for a shingle shot that a Tech could give. They seem to have more clients than Vets and availability. When I mentioned that I'd have to bring him somewhere else they said they'd transfer my file. Their customer service has slipped.

  • Ulrica McKim

The staff at Carp Road Animal Hospital kindly took my beloved dog in when we were suddenly desperate for help. Our Lily spent her last hour with us and under their professional, knowledgeable, and sympathetic care. Although our experience with this hospital was brief and under sad circumstances, I can attest to the quality of care given to our Lily and the kindness the staff showed to my son and I. Thank you Carp Road Animal Hospital.

  • J Hubes

They are willing to take your money for prescriptions and overpriced food on their time. Don’t even bother calling them if your pet has an injury or you need service that isn’t booked days in advance. Left my pet and I hanging out to dry, completely washed their hands of us. Will be switching clinics, they will not get one more cent of my money. Too bad a zero rating isn’t possible.

  • Janet Jackson

We have been taking our cats to Carp Road Animal hospital for many years. The staff are compassionate and are personable. We have been fortunate that most visits have been annual checkups. The more recent visit was for dental care. The doctor called to explain the work and we had a follow-up call the next day from staff to check on the cat. Would highly recommend this business.

  • Karen Benell

Twice in the past two weeks our family has needed emergency vet care and both times Carp Road AH came through. Tried three other vets in the area including "our vet" and no one else could see the pet same day EXCEPT Carp Road AH. We will not be returning to "our vet's office". Carp Road is our vet from now on. We have a dog, a cat, a bunny and a snake. Highly recommended!

  • paper bear

All five starts goes to Vets there. I would highly recommend this place for your little sweetie. Dr.Merchant was the best Vet in Canada I have met. She was knowledgeable and welcoming. For the receptionist, they are not good enough but who cares. I do understand that they feel overwhelmed with lots of calls everyday. They are Not that good. But understandable.

  • Hanan Tavasoli

They won't be there when you need them. Our dog had eye infection and they told us they are fully booked and can't see our dog even in a few days. They don't send us reminder for upcoming checkups or vaccine due time and when you call yourself they only had an appointment 6 weeks away. I don't know what kind of service we should expect from a vet?

  • C Rose

Although getting there was long, I am glad to have traveled the 3 hours it took. And the moment we walked in we we're greeted and seated. The vet took his time with us making sure we understood everything fully. Carp Road Animal Hospital are the only ones who offer certain procedures. I am glad they're around. Thank You for saving my cats' life.

  • Kimberly Pardy

I have enjoyed this clinic on an occasional basis for quite a few years. It's always been so friendly and sensible there. When I heard they were bought by VCA, I became worried. I still am concerned about the future standard of care, the increase in prices, and all of the things that go with becoming a VCA clinic. It concerns me.

  • Ellen Thompson

Our puppy had a reaction to Advantix. The Carp Road Animal Clinic helped us out over the phone and we were able to pick up an alternative medication without having to take the dog in for an expensive visit. Our vet was not available, but another vet was able to tend to our needs. This is a very helpful and compassionate group.

  • Dave N

This morning my wife and son were turned away from emergency services by the admin on the phone at this hospital because we were not yet registered clients. My dog bled out into shock in the backseat of my wife's car while they drove to the next animal hospital where he's now stable and awaiting surgery to close the wound.

  • Becky Agnew

Veterinarians are super friendly and interact with pets! Building is not very accessible. I had my daughter with me and there is no wheel chair button for the doors so juggling a stroller and dog that doesn't like other dogs was a challenge. Also the price for annual visit was a bit much! $111 for a 5 minute conversation.

  • Rachel Raygurl

I love how important they make my cats! They both have very weird names and tremendously funny attitudes! They always know who they are and even tailored Pongs after neuter paperwork into him name! I am a very worried mom who calls a lot and they are always happy and friendly while helping me! I highly recommend them!

  • Patricia Taylor

Everyone was pleasant, the veterinarians were professional and answered all my questions. I did find that the price I was quoted for my dog's arthritis was more when I ordered than I had been quoted. Other than that, all was fine. I was impressed with the chiropractic treatment offered to my dog.

  • Elyse H

Fantastic team of people, both the vets and the technicians seem to truly care about the well being of our pets, not at all about squeezing more money out of us. We even got follow up calls after our dog was neutered and another time for his allergies to check how he was doing. They are awesome!

  • Kerry Anderson

Called them , receptionist was cold and rude. Made an appointment anyways thinking she was just having a bad day . When we went for our appointment , receptionist was very rude , Vet was a little too pushy on the upsells.. I don’t recommend this place at all. Customer service really sucks

  • M N.M

My kitty came here for the very rare Radioactive Iodine treatment for Hyperthyroidism. It's very worth the high cost! Thankfully my kitty's treatment went very well and she is on the road to recovery! Thanks to the team for saving my kitty's life!! Many Thanks from Baby and her momma!

  • Sean Cooney

We had brought Jasper to the Carp Animal Hospital over the Easter weekend. Dr. Merchant had treated him. She seemed very concerned that Jasper was still not well and she worked very hard to get him better. The staff is wonderful. We are going to continue to bring Jasper back here.

  • Christopher Larock

Thank you Dr. Merchant for helping me through one of the saddest experiences of my life. Saying farewell to my best friend of over 16 years was sad but you put me at ease and I know that we made the best decision for him. You are a credit to your profession. Thanks for being there

  • jeff gauger

I have learned this place is just a money grabbing corporation style business. They don't actually care about your pets as much as your money. In times of need they will not be there for you! With the exception of Dr Grenier - He is the only reason we stayed there so long.

  • James Dean

My freshly spayed puppy managed to rip part of her stitches. My vet was closed but they were still open for twenty minutes on a Saturday. They agreed to see her and had her stapled with antibiotics even though they were minutes to closing. Absolutely amazing service!

  • Nancy Salgueiro

Chiropractic care for my 19 year old dog with Dr. Tracey has been a life saver for her. She was having a lot of trouble walking and was having continence issues but after seeing Dr. Tracey she is able to control her bladder and is joyfully running and jumping.

  • Shane

Very professional, attentive and informative. Prices are also very affordable (in comparison to other vets in Ottawa). This was our first time there after trying around 3-4 other places, and we are probably going to make it our permanent clinic.

  • Gabeistheman01

What a great vet experience.. Our cat needed stitches on the Thanksgiving long weekend . They where fully booked and they took us in after hrs to help us out . So grateful for there help and fantastic service .. thank you carp rd animal hospital

I just called regarding my 6 month old kitten. His gums are very swollen and bleeding. They talked to his vet asap and we are going in tomorrow morning. I can’t say enough positive things about this animal hospital. They have cared for 4 of

  • Darci Jean

Great service and staff! The vets really care about your animals and them getting better. They price very fairly and always tell you what is going on and the price. If they forget just ask as they are super busy, but always try their best.

  • Ray Lawrence

Brought my dog in last week with a large open wound on her butt. Worried like hell for her. They looked her over gave her a treatment. One week later my dog is fit as a fiddle. Amazing!!!! Thanks all for healing my dog. ❤️ …

On Thursday night I had an emergency with our cat Tazzi and my own place closed and when I came in they made feel like I was a client of them and explained the situation and everything was fine with Tazzi Thank you again

  • Sarah C

The vets are so thoughtful and really take their time explaining the details and going through your pet's symptoms and medical history. I also get my specialty pet food here and it's easy with phone pay and door pickup.

  • Patrick Bryan

Excellent animal hospital, the staff and doctors are all very nice, and knowledgeable. They treat my dog with great love and care, and that's why she loves her visits. That's also why it's the only place I'll take her.

  • Katie Soobrian

Thorough and courteous service. Never try to upsell and treat both myself and my dog with respect. Take the time to explain diagnosis and review treatment options. Always walk away feeling good and with a do-able plan!

  • Adrien Gervais

Only went there for the chiropractor. She was friendly and good at her job. She also didn't push more appointments it wasn't working for our dog. She helped us find a physiotherapist. She clearly cares about dogs.

  • Monica Kalistar

Excellent! Can't thank Dr. Oliarnyk enough for her problem solving abilities whenever I come in with a difficult health problem with one of my animals. Staff are also really friendly and helpful. Thank you!

  • Mike McDonald

Good pet care here. Leadership team balance your wishes and costs with well thought out options for your critters. Been going here for years for all pets at all stages of their lives. Caring and Trusting.

  • Robert Corriveau

Amazing and sensitive people. We must end the life of our dog because of health conditions. They did that very proffessionaly with respect and dignity. They have a great setup. Thank you to all the team.

  • J Bodine

The ladies at the front desk are awesome. The doctors we've dealt with are friendly and take time to answer any questions. They treat our dog like a princess. Would recommend these folks to everyone

  • Elisa Frost

Knowledgeable doctors and technicians. A great comfort when your pet is sick with seemingly unconnected mysteries symptoms. The time and effort they put into research is heartening and appreciated.

  • Dave Rothwell

Many thanks to Dr. Merchant and the staff at Carp Road Animal Hospital for the wonderful care extended to our beloved family member, Onyx. Onyx is our 12 year old cat and she is well on the mend.

  • Noemie Gauthier

Very good service. They called us each day that our cat was under their care to let us know how she was doing. They are very nice and take the time to explain everything. I highly recommend!

We've only been twice to see Dr. Seely, but really enjoyed the experience. We look forward to the future appointments with the hopes that some mobility can be recovered for my buddy.
