I encourage anyone considering a purchase from Value City to look at other options. You pay for your furniture, protection plans (if desired), and delivery fees at purchase. But, then you go into "hope" mode as to WHEN you will actually receive your furniture. We were told our chairs were "in stock" and delivery was schedule for a few weeks later. We received 1 chair... but not 2. Since then, we've been in a perpetual delay loop with this company. I've called and spoken with multiple representatives, and NONE of them provide any help. I'm only told "delivery dates aren't guaranteed" and "no one knows" when it comes to actually receiving what we purchased. If you're wondering, I'm on my 4th reschedule. But, I'm not holding my breath because it's "not guaranteed." I can't recall a time when I've been more disappointed with a customer experience. Be warned in advance if you plan to purchase anything from this company!!

Purchased a couch last year that had defective stitching. Tech diagnosed the issue as a warranty related problem but told to main office it was wear and tear somehow forgetting he specifically said it was a manufacturing issue. After much discussion with management a new couch was authorized and we purchased the extended warranty in August. New couch was to be delivered on Oct 2nd, was pushed to Nov 3rd, and then to Nov 24th. We then asked for full refund. Manager Greg offered a partial refund with a 15% restocking fee even though the defective couch was not going to be picked up. In a condescending and arrogant tone manager Greg, a pro at patting himself on the back, told us he was "doing us a favor" and it was "the best he was willing to do." We called corporate and received a full refund along with the defective couch picked up.

Everyone is extremely helpful! I had an issue with one of my cushions on a new couch. I called to see what could be done and they assured me they could take care of the problem. It did take a few days for someone to finally get in touch with me. As a result one of the employees made sure to follow-up and expedited the service order. The customer service is top notch! I really appreciate how well businesses solve issues and they did a great job. In addition, I got a nice little care package for my furniture! I would highly recommend this place. I have a friend that works in the fabric business and was impressed by their custom fabrics. Great prices for great quality.

I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service at Value City Furniture. Mya P. And Quesha were both incredible! Mya was my sales person. She walked me through my choices and trouble-shot all the math for my adjustable bed! I don’t do math! Anyway, Mya also helped me pick a mattress. She absolutely knows what she’s doing! I’m thrilled with all of my choices. Mya even made sure I would get a fast delivery. I wish I could give her 10 ⭐️ Quesha is the manager there and was out of this world awesome! She definitely made sure that I had everything I needed. I even got a few bonuses! Go check them out! They will get ALL of my business from now on!!

Value city furniture is great and their costumer service is perfect but they use UST as 3rd party delivery services and they subcontract owner operators. UST is killing Value City reputation because of the way how they treat their sub contractors, they do not pay for the days they worked, they build their routes in the way subcontractor are working from 5:45am until 10-11pm and that's the reason it takes so long to receive our furtniture. Value City managements should stop this bleeding if they want to keep the great reputation you have as furniture vendors.

This is ridiculous, my delivery day confirmations is today sep 28th from 8:45 to 11:45 they not even call me I was missing all morning from work waiting for my delivery, when I call to the store they not let me finish talking and talk me some one is going to call you today when they are in the way. No one call me. I wait until 5pm to call again and guess what? My delivery is no going to be here until October 25th this is ridiculous. I I place my order in August 25

Gor was my salesperson, he was courteous and nice. He understood right away that I knew what I was looking for and had a price in mind. He took me right over to the love seat recliners and worked with me on different models and price. I ended up picking a beautiful faux leather recliner that met my needs exactly. He never once tried to suggest something else or try to go higher on price. He has the mark of true salesman, he reads his customers and gives them what they want. Kudos to Gor and the store for employing him.

This was probably the worst purchase decision I've ever made. Purchased sofa and love seat in early February 2023...was promised 4 to 6 week delivery. Finally got the love seat today 8-15-23 after months of delay. Would never recommend anyone purchase anything from this outfit. In all fairness to Value City they took my review seriously and eventually refunded a small portion of the amount I paid to compensate for the delay in shipping. They were very nice folks and I will reconsider my opinion of them.

Brandon helped us purchase our new couch and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable through out the process. He educated us on the options available and provided helpful information around the quality of the furniture and how it was made to ensure we were picking the right option that would last. He was very friendly and also did not push us to make any decisions. We appreciated his level of customer service and would recommend anyone needing to purchase new furniture find Brandon and ask for help!

Store customer service is very poor, they don’t properly update you about delays on your purchases, they also lie and tell you that they have items at the warehouse ready to be delivered just so you can pay for it. Bought a couch at the beginning of September and still waiting for it to be delivered from their “warehouse” to the store so I can pick it up. Would never use them again! Save your time and money and go anywhere else.

Ordered and scheduled a specific delivery date. We rearranged our day to be home at time of delivery and they did not show up. I called and said my order had been delayed for weeks but no one reached out to me at all. I called and nothing was done to help or offer anything for the poor customer service. Asked to speak with the manager and no one called me back. Decided to cancel my order and go elsewhere. Would not recommend.

I have purchased alot of things from them. Narissa is the best rep I have had. Price is good along with great quality without breaking the bank. Stylish trends. Delivery team was punctual and very professional. I have alot more things to purchase for my home and I will continue to use you guys. 3 legged stool..... Price, Quality, Service. I'll be back. Haven't even taken the Styrofoam out of the Entertainement center yet.

Absolutely terrible. Read a review down below and had the exact same thing happen to me. They will tell you something is in stock and call you just 3 days before saying everything is as scheduled and good to go then delay your delivery over a month with no explanation. Then the sales person tried to say his couch is worth waiting for and had no sympathy whatsoever. Awful and extremely disappointing experience.

Purchased a couch here recently and my sales person, Mya, was wonderful. Showed me several options I wasn’t aware of prior to coming in, and even gave me her personal phone number in case I had any questions, which I did. She was more than helpful (and fast) at finding me some assembly instructions that weren’t included when I picked up my couch a few days later. Highly recommend!

The salesman, Gor, was very friendly and willing to go out of his way to help with our purchase. Also, a woman, whose name we did not get, went above and beyond to help Gor finalize our purchase. Very organized. Received confirmations 3 days all the way up to the day furniture was delivered. Received text messages with status of delivery driver. Communication is to tier. I love my furniture.
