Visited this office. Suprised at the guys response to our request. Having a bad day and on rhe hinge of swearing. My supervisor and I were then approached by his supervisor with a cheesy smile and said he did not know we were coming and said our superiors needed to contact him.
The drivers are rude and constantly slamming on the breaks to stop on the bus stop. No need to pressing the brake pedal so hard. Rudeness is related from people with poor background. The world isn't perfect including myself.
