The first floor has Harry Potter goods, and the second floor has Game of Thrones and Viking goods. Compared to the 93/4 shop in King's Cross, the aisles inside the store are wider and more spacious, so you can shop in peace. I was able to enjoy chatting with the nice staff while paying the bill.
