This has been my second visit today (8th July 2023) and both visit has been marred by the unpleasant behavior of the committee members. One elderly committee member harassed my father saying that chairs were only for committee members to sit and he should sit on the floor. Later the same man during arti came towards me and pushed me away two steps back saying that only committee members are supposed to stand in front. A little later, we went to the above floor for refreshments and this gentlemen again huffed and puffed into the catering area rudely staring at us, making us feel very unwelcomed. I melt multiple members from this group and each one was more rude than the other. I met a few frequent members here and they apologized on their behalf. They stated that the committee members are always rude. It these are trusted people of the temple, then I'm sorry to say it is in a very sorry state. A new person should be made to be felt welcomed, rather the committee members try to share negative vibes. On my last visit, I found the temple priest to be talking more than required and many here have already shared how rudely they behave when someone calls. Attitude and behavior is set from the top, if the committee is only so unwelcoming, I wouldn't blame the priest much. I spend two wonderful hours in the temple in GODs nearness but the committee members behavior left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope things change.

Very Rude pandits I went there on several occasions 1st of all i went to take Darshan with my nani maa who is disabled and is in a wheelchair so we went there and they stopped us from coming In and said rudely you are not allowed to bring the wheelchair I asked why and he said very rudely the wheelchair is dirty and the wheels will make the mandir dirty So my nani maa was really upset that she was refused to enter the mandir 2ndly we went during Navratri and I went to give a Shawl to Mata Rani it was not red it was blue and he took it out my hand and threw it on the floor and said we don't put this shawl on her only chunni so I picked it up and took it back I was upset 3rdly we went to get prasard and we waited 10 min for him to finish his phone call on his mobile he saw us but ignored us. we had but our new shoes in the shoe rack and the committee people had picked them up and chucked them in the bin. They are very very rude and abrubrd committee and pandits. They need nicer nice people who know what manners are . They need to realise its bhagwan house not there own property.

On 20/03/16 - 16.15pm we went to offer our prayers. I am highly disappointed with the pandit ji present. He was extremely rude. He was standing on the left side of the prasad area reading a newspaper. My elderly aunt stood there for a minute but no response from him. The area had a notice ' prasad please'. She tried to take prasad as a blessing but the arrogant so called pandit ji stopped her abruptly in a very rude tone saying in Hindi "why are you taking without asking me, I am standing here. In your mandir you can take without asking permission but here you can't". He was so damn rude that all the pure vibrations were diminished. Firstly he wasnt sitting in the prasad area where he should have been and secondly he should have said it politely. I am sad that there are pandits such as him in this world.

Very bad experience. Sunday Satsang and after prasad (lunch) is routine. Since last few weeks mandir Committee personnel behaviour is very rude to the devotees. Very bad impression is going on to devotees. Today I have seen Mr. Mangat is saying rudily to devotees that prasad aap logo ko 3:30 baje ke baad milega jab wedding wale kha lenge. His mean is to say that uske baad bachega to milega. Very bad Attitude. if you people want to start prasad late then why you people have done the Aarti at 2pm in place of 3pm. After Aarti everyone want to go to take prasad. it was very Shameful of Mr. Mangat. Devotees se Mandir chalta hai. Anyway I don’t want to go long. But Situation is going Worst of All Time.

Interested to learn more about Hinduism and asked about this, staff were very rude and asked me where I was from (not quite sure what that has to do with anything) and then said if I want to learn about practicing hinduism I should go and buy a book. I explained I had read up a lot but was just asking if they knew anybody that would be willing to teach me things you may not be able to learn from a book. He could've just said "unfortunately no" but instead his attitude was atrocious. This is not the impression I had expected of a man of hindu culture.

Jai shri Krishna I hve been going to dis temple over 30years and all pandit s r really polite but radhe sham Pandit s got attitude problem, ppl goes to temple for pray and wen he talks to someone he talks v loud and I don't think dats good bcos v goes there to pay our respects peacefully, big issue is his attitude, always rude to ppl .2weeks ago I was talking to someone abt opening time but he starts interrupting and he was so rude to mehe is been rude to me few times for no reason.

  • Praveenkant Thaker

In the temple few pandits are rude and greedy if you're not helpful the rude pandits are very bad in manners and they staring at all unlikely people or family members moreover they are modern pandits in Hinduism they want nothing but money pounds and gifts all the times no one can use toilets without permission of pandits really it is same likely india plus management is also working for pounds not for mankind or Hinduism but they are running their kingdom they don't care

  • Nav Mohindra

Really impressed by the Temple and upstairs venue now, returning after many years. I was dreading going to an event recently in the heat but the venue had wonderful air conditioning . Makes such difference to the experience. Also better late than never. Bio-degradable food trays with dinner was amazing and emotional to see. Some optimism that things are changing for our kids future

  • Pradeep Jena

It is one of the two temples in Southall. We went on the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami we were really happy and excited to see how beautifully the temple was decorated. Right from the flowers to the sweets placed in front of Shri Krishna. The staff here does work very well and make sure that all the devotees are treated equally. We highly recommend this temple if you ever go to Southall.

  • Jessica Sinclair

Very beautiful Hindu temple filled with idols of Gods and Goddesses. On certain days they feed the community with free food in it's calm atmosphere. Everyone is welcome, not just Hindus. In close proximity to central Southall and all it has to offer, market etc. Roughly 15 to 20 minutes walk away from Southall Station. Do not go by car as you will have no joy in parking.

  • Harshil Shah

We booked the hall upstairs for the wedding, I cannot describe how amazing the decoration was and the whole setup of the wedding dias. The hall accommodated easily over 100 people along with separate place for dining. The service provided was exceptional and they catered to all our needs. Made my sister's wedding an amazing experience and hassle free.

  • Sanjay Soni

  • Jo Magnani

I phoned 4 times to ask if the Temple has a Vishnu statue or shrine. This rude man who answered the phone said 'this is a busy temple, come and see for yourself. This is not acceptable as I live far and phoned to check. Who employed this rude man? I called between 7 and 7:30pm tonight Tuesday 20th June 2023

The Pandits here think they are the pandits of the ancient times. Not realising that time has changed .To keep religion alive and interest from our younger generation we need to change. Anyone wishing to have prayers should be assisted not asked how often or when was the last time they visited the Mandir.

[NOTE: Religious places will always receive 5 stars as they are home to God] This temple is very big and nice. I love that people from different religions go there. It has a very good population and also holds special events which are amazing to watch. Overall This is a recommend temple.

  • Jiema

Am a visitor here, today on this pious occasion of Ganesh Chaturti, I phoned there to ask if is there Ganesh pooja, the one who picked up the phone was so rude by saying NO! we are not doing any pooja here and hanged up the phone. That was not nice at all

  • MOUNTPLEASANTROAD

The pot belly temple priests give the Hindu religion and the temple a bad name. They are rude, uneducated and unfriendly. They have no manners or social etiquette how to speak with members of the public. The temple committee should sack such morons.

  • M Agrawal

A typical, fully functional temple as you would find in India. Unlike other famous temples in London you can get close to deities, get prasad from panditji (no self-service), engage in a proper morning and evening Arati.

  • Ambar Verma

Visited this temple on first day of Chaitra Navratri. Loved the setting and the Aarti. Durga Saptshati paath was also being done along with Katha. Liked the peaceful and devine atmosphere. Will visit again in future.
