Bought a 77" LG TV OLED Oct 2023 from this store. I was buying first from Best Buy and then changed my mind for bad service, then my friend suggested to try Visions. I called and a sales person over the phone, that you cant get from Best Buy offered me a much better deal. I picked up same day, great service from the sales person and even the store manager stayed late to help after closing. That was a great service, best price around, you cant get better, even from Costco. Thanks guys and appreciated you for staying after closing to meet with me on my purchase. They misguide the customers,I was there to get a subwoofer setup for my car and on inquiring for return policy the owner’s son said there is no return policy if you are not satisfied with product.He was more interested in selling products from where he can have higher margin and can apply labour fee whereas the product is wanted was plug and play. I called Vision’s customer support and they confirmed I can return product if i am not satisfied and in the defence the owners son said “my store,my policy”. Very arrogant and non professional behaviour.

Ronuk has provided exceptional customer service consistently since I first visited the store in 2022. Although I had no intention of making a purchase during my initial visit, Ronuk's exemplary customer service skills convinced me otherwise. As a result, I ended up purchasing a massage chair and a 75-inch television. This year, when my parents expressed interest in purchasing a television, I immediately thought of Ronuk, who provided excellent service and a good deal. I commend Ronuk for his remarkable customer service and dedication to his work.

Recently purchased a TV from Visions Dundas. Ronak was the gentleman who helped me with the purchase. He was informative, knowledgeable and not pushy at all which I greatly appreciated. He helped me with a purchase of a TV and kept me informed of delivery date and arrival of the TV. Also followed up on the day of delivery with a call to make sure everything went smoothly. Great overall service and price. Would highly recommend Visions and Ronak to any one interested.

Nick and Rukuzudzo did a great job getting things in order and installing the sound system for my 2001 BMW 740iL. They suggested I get a single DIN that pops out a screen and i couldn’t be happier with the results. The speakers and amp they installed with it sound absolutely amazing. They also did a great job getting things cleaned up and looking flush. If you ever need a sound system for your car, definitely consider popping by.

Went in for a 77 inch LG tv and Nick went above and beyond to give me the best deal. He was honest and genuine. Nick stayed after hours to explain everything and make sure I was completely satisfied with my TV, sound bar, and wall mount. Not to mention he gave me an unbelievable price. I had an online order ready for pick up today. I made the trip and there was an error. Representative Yuv apologized right away for the mishap and offered me a solution. Purchased 4 tablets and 2 TVs online recently. Most of the order was fine, but 1 TV arrived with the panel smashed, even though the box looked OK. Was told that I'm on my own because it was reported more than 24 hours after the order arrived. They suggested that I claim my credit card or home insurance.

I purchased Canon Camera from this store. Got excellent assistance from Sanchit. He was communicating well and gave pretty much good responses to all my queries. Proactively he has given information about all the necessary things and discounts. I would definitely recommend to purchase from this store.

I recently purchased a SAMSUNG TV from this store. The staff in the store was receptive and the store manager Nick was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and helped me make an informed decision. I liked this store and the staff really make you feel comfortable with a great service.
