Purchased a Denon a S540BT receiver at the store on Dundas/Dixie but they didn’t have it in stock so they called ahead and sent me to the store on Matheson. Left the store at 7:35pm drove 120kms to make it there by 8. When I arrived they didn’t have it stock. Spoke to Sukhi and he was in shocked that I drove all this way for nothing. He offered me the S570 instead at a good price for the inconvenience. Best customer service I’ve experienced in awhile. Sukhi turned a negative sitting into a positive and not to mentioned his sense of humor which lightened the situation because I wasn’t happy for obvious reasons. I was shocked when he told me he’s not a manager but after this experience he should be with a promotion. I have to mentioned I called back to the original store to air my displeasure with the previous sales agent Yuvv he was very empathetic he immediately called the store spoke to Sukhi and between them I left the store with a positive feeling. Kudos to Yuvv also. Vision Electronics you have a few keepers working for business and with this type of customer service you will remain in business for decades if not more.

If you need help with your home entertainment needs I highly suggest this location and more specifically, Peter. After purchasing an open box item online that arrived with missing components I was struggling to resolve the issue with online customer support. I called this store and Peter offered to bring the missing piece in from another location. After making the arrangements and ending the call, Peter called me back within 5 minutes and said he found a floor model I could have if I was okay with that. Of course!! I immediately drove to the store and upon realizing I still needed a HDMI cable, Peter sold me one at a great price and quality. Thank you Peter for all your help, my home entertainment system has never sounded better If I could review Visions online customer support I would give it a 1 star. I called 3 times and each time after saying the wait time would be 12 minutes, the automation returned to say no one was available to take my call and hung up. Opening a ticket online took two weeks to receive an unhelpful response and in the meantime Peter had solved my issue.

I was looking to purchase a TV as a gift to myself for my birthday. Could not decide which TV I wanted except it should be an 80+ one. Sheldon F, one of the store associates offered to help me. He was friendly, professional , most helpful and had quite a lot of patience. He used research and calculations to help me decide. Finally, I bought a TV. The next day I was still not happy with my decision and returned to the store to speak to Sheldon again. As usual he was patient and helpful. I noticed one of the TVs i previously looked at price had fallen. I decided to get that TV instead and Sheldon was accommodating enough to make all of the necessary changes. I am happy now and mainly wish to say that Sheldon F should be commended for his professionalism and patience.

I can't believe that I spent $50 on a soundstage "gaming" headset went to put it on to try it, and they broke. Poorly built. Now I went back into store the next day to exchange them and was told physical damage can't be exchanged. I would understand after 30 days, but I didn't even get to hear them play. Now I'm stuck with soundstage headphones down $50. This will be the last time I buy anything soundstage. Employee was rude telling me "we can't do nothing about it you can go buy another set or get out" ofcourse after hearing that response words were said but I'm extremely disappointed in the service and quality. I'm a frequent shopper at visions to be treated that poorly I must say I was disgusted

I had the pleasure of purchasing a 75” TV and warranty from Rashid and Amrit! Not only are they extremely knowledgeable but it is evident that a positive customer experience is their top priority. I had a TV on hold with a competitor and decided to check them out as I was in the area. Rashid immediately greeted me, effectively built rapport and offered a TV that was much better quality and suited for my needs. I would highly recommend these reps if you want to deal with sales people that don’t feel like sales people, genuinely want to offer the option that fits you and actually enjoy their jobs.

Went to the store to get a coaxial cable and and was walking around to see their subwoofers they got but had no clue about which one, Paul's salesmanship helped me get a 10" JLsub in a custom box on a great deal, which just made my day. If you're looking for anything like car audio, speakers or even a home theatre, Paul's your guy. Their over all customer service was really helpful and Reliable. They were also really knowledgeable and would actually educate you about the tech as well. The operations manager Jacob was really informative in that sense as well. Thank you so much guys.

I went into visions expecting to be up sold to a television I didn’t need. I was on the fence between keeping my existing TV, and upgrading to a 75 inch model. The last thing I expected was for the store manager Sheldon to explain that the TV I already own outperformed my potential upgrade in every way. He could’ve easily sold me on the TV I didn’t need, but instead chose honesty. The last thing you'd expect from a big box electronic store. I don’t think I’d buy a TV from anyone else at this point. Sheldon was a total class act.

I made the best purchase here for a dashcam! I was sold the dashcam by Paul and it was installed by an asian guy. This dashcam ended up saving me $1,000 of car repairs. A moving truck in my area rear ended my wife's car. They denied ever hitting the car assuming that we had no evidence that it was them. My car that was parked on the street ended up catching them on video through the dashcam. We presented the video and shortly after they paid for the car repairs. Everyone should get a dashcam from Paul!

Visited this store during Black Friday. The staff were friendly and informative about different products. In the car audio section Paul helped me understand the different components involved in a car audio system with a live demo of each component and how each of them will make a difference in the overall listening experience. Though I didn’t buy anything this time I will definitely be back to the store if I am going to buy any of the electronics they are offering.

Worst ever experience at this store. AVOID AT ALL COST After waiting patiently for 7 weeks for an order when I called for status update and agent took call and put me on hold after taking all necessary details telling she'll come back with an Expected Time of delivery. 30 mins later someone else comes on phone and starts asking same order details to start all over again. This didn't happen once but twice. These guys have no respect for customers time.

The two women who helped me in customer service were wonderful. This was my first TV purchase, so it was a big deal for me. The TV I brought home had some damage from the manufacturer. This is the only Visions location I will go to. Whether its TVs, home theater, or other, Paul and Sukhi have always been great. If I ever need to check stock or if I'm looking for something specific they're both always willing to spend the time to explain in detail. Visions' warranty is also great, if I don't end up claiming the warranty within the time span it's transferred to a gift card as credit.

At first, it was just a typical, quiet electronic store. But when peter started accommodating us, we loved his honesty to his product, that he was able to convince us to buy and even made us feel comfortable with our experience. Purchased a watch from here and was not told when I bought it was a final sale.
