Horrible experience with the pharmacy at this location. They did not have the medication in stock to fulfill a prescription that had been called in and did not alert our physician nor us. Worse, they provided no help in transferring the prescription - asking me as the customer to check other locations for availability.

Have been here for two hours acting as the middleman for a simple prescription. They obviously have way too much to deal with, the phones have been ringing nonstop and they are running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Not feeling especially valued or considered, not coming back.

No OHP coverage. No communication with me or my Healthcare proffessionals about lack of coverage. Wanted to charge 100 dollars for prescriptions that would otherwise be free. Walgreens should support the community and accept more commonly held insurance plans like OHP. Will not be returning.

I had a prescription accidentally sent here (wrong Walgreens location) over 3 weeks ago, figured I would give them a try but it has yet to be filled up. Never received an update call that they were going to take their sweet time with it. This is ridiculous.

I called the pharmacy to ask if they had a vaccine in stock (in the past they canceled because online it said it was when it actually wasn’t) and was on hold for 40 minutes with one caller ahead of me. Then I got hung up on before speaking to anyone.

Often problems here. They close for an hour that isnt shown online, in which the entire pharmacy is unwilling to assist. They also text and call that medications are ready but then ask you to wait 30 minutes to fill it when you arrive. This

Went to pick up some developed film I had dropped off. I was told “it could be a month” when the signage states 7 days. When I recommended they change their signage both ladies laughed at me and then looked at each other shaking their heads

There is a staff member at the check out who has never worn a mask since the beginning of Covid pandemic in 2020 until it was mandated and then she would only wear a clear face shield (not safe against spreading germs). I banned the store.

Closest pharmacy to my work. Staff is always fine when I visit but 20+ minute wait times for the drive through isn’t out of the ordinary and inside isn’t open. Often have not had my medication.

Vaccine site was a wreck, not sure what happened exactly i just saw a clumsy run around by the pharmacist, unhappy patients waiting to be vacd, in/out of door using same gloves.
