I had 3 prescriptions here and transferred them to another pharmacy. Turns out they only sent one. The other 2 they filled. I assumed they didn't fill the third as it wasn't close enough to running out. I didnt question it as i was just happy to have medicine after a week of waiting. But I guess now I know it's just that they'd transferred only that prescription. Cut forward to the other pharmacy telling me the 3rd one was ready. Due to new insurance, I tried to transfer back to Walgreens. Can't do it. Staff told me they are short staffed so they require me to get a new rx from my doctor. Ridiculous. TLDR: This pharmacy only transferred 1 of 3 rx's. They won't take the rx back. And now I have to get my doctor to write a new prescription for one medication.

I shopped for a customer with DoorDash and the cashier even came from behind the counter to help me find some of the items. Customer was pleased with the substitutions offered and the really long list of items was able to be sorted in a timely manner. I even picked up an order across the street on time after shopping for the customer. If you are looking for friendly and expedient customer service, Walgreens is a good place to go.

This Walgreens was just like every other. Quite strict to the formula with the same layout and design as ones I have visited in other cities this year. I found the ATM in the lobby area and it worked fine. Cosmetics, personal care, greeting cards, candy, cold drinks and a full service pharmacy in the front. It was quite easy to make my purchase and be on my way this morning.

Went to pick up some glucose monitor strips yesterday since I was out. Someone in the pharmacy tried to tell me I couldn’t buy them without a prescription until a pharmacist finally came over and told her I didn’t need one. Opened and used a strip this morning before noticing the expiration date was over 2 months ago. Horrible service and they sell expired goods.

Unreal!! Just heard one of the Walgreen cashier tell a customer she can't help him find an item. She say their busy and understaffed. There is only me and the guy in store at present. But then the guy walks off. Her words, " I don't get paid for doing stuff like that". Actually, you do!!!!!!!

So rude. The people in the pharmacy hang up on you because they don't want to answer the phone. Also staff gives you different wait times and never fills my prescriptions until I call and ask which takes forever to get anyone to answer. Large turnover too.

Both the pharmacists are really nice but the assistant Tatiana is extremely kind and helpful! I had trouble transferring one of my prescriptions and she made sure I got it before they closed so I appreciate that and also that she recognizes regulars :)

Horrible Store!! Manager there was rude and had a bad attitude. Yelling and upset because it was almost closed time. Feel sorry for the employee Tracy who was kind and trying to help us. She was rude to him as well.

When I dropped off my prescription they said they could fill it online to come back an hour later to find tht they can't except my insurance they could have told me that from the go what a waste of time

Called to see if an item was in stock. Before I could even state the specific details of the item the lady working the store directory/operator yelled no at me rudely and then hung up on me.

Called, because I am in a boot now, to make sure they carried cast cases to avoid a wasted trip. Pharmacist transferred me to a number that noone answered! Guess I'll call CVS!

They have some of the most compassionate pharmacists I've ever met! They're full of empathy and patience ❤
