HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Went Christmas shopping this morning. Wanted to buy a TV and printer plus more. Asked Margaret in Electronics if she could get someone to take our large items up front so we could do more shopping. She said no, we would have to take them up there ourselves, cause she wasn't able to leave. We then asked her just to call someone to do it. Again she said no, she couldn't do it. But proceeded to put our TV and printer in a basket. We ended up taking it up to customer service so we could do the rest of our shopping. While on our way up to CS we were followed by AP to the front. We then mentioned to him that instead of following us they could of had an associate take this up for us. He didn't know what to say. We finished our shopping and then asked if we could get our TV and printer, only to find out that they had taken it back to electronics. Also they wouldn't go get it and sent us back to go get it ourselves. My wife goes back to electronics to get our items so we can pay for them. We also had got some liquor that we asked CS to take over to our Cashier so she could ring up and they said no that she could come over and get it herself. Meanwhile there was 3 of them standing there talking to each other with no customers. They at one point must of called a few mangers up because we were being watched by 2 managers and another AP while we were checking out. After getting home we went through our receipt to find multiple items that we were double charged for! Now to make another trip to get our money back, will definitely be calling corporate to get this mended.

4-14-22 I figured I can go thru the automotive center entrance so I can grab oil and some filters for my dodge diesel truck which is technically “automotive related items” and was refused entry and was not even greeted politely. The employee working in the auto center did not acknowledge me until I asked if I can enter because I was buying oil and filters for my truck. He rudely answered and said, “you need to go thru the front main entrance of the store” I went into the main entrance and went along with my business. I then saw a automotive center employee walk by me and he seemed to be “burnt out” of his job with black circles under his eyes. Im no expert by any means, but I can tell he wasn’t enjoying his position and I’m sure it’s because of short staffing and the excessive amount of pressure these men are under. I just hope Walmart can address these issues. On the bright side, a vision center employee was very helpful in helping me find a certain multivitamin. She went the extra mile in giving me a card and telling me to not to hesitate to give her a call for my vision needs. This location definitely needs more employees like this.

Terrible company I'm pretty sure the company goal is to downsize labor and maximize profits. Had a cart for about 120 put my debit card in to pay put my pin in. The money was then debited from my account. Then the self checkout gave me an error and said I still needed to pay. I then got a notification from my bank that I had just been charged 117.74 from walmart.so now they are telling me I need to go to customer service. So i did and they told me it was a bank error and I would get my money back in a few hours. Here I am the next day still waiting to receive my money back. The customer service employees were very rude as well. I then went down the road to Albertsons seeing as how I still needed some groceries used the exact same card with no issues. So now I'm probably going to end up waiting 3-10 business days for my money back. Probably won't see it until after christmas.i would give 0 stars or negative if I could. I will not return to this location ever again. I would advise you do the same. here we are 5 days later and still haven't seen my money back. Walmart says its my bank my bank says it's Walmart.

We have been racially profiled today while checking out. Having a blended family for us is shopping for two households, two separate shopping carts, and two separate transactions. We completed our transactions and I had to make a second transaction to pay with a different card when the associates flagged my register. A popup screen appeared reading an associates will be with me shortly. I waited when the first associate wanted to see what I scanned. The associate walked away when two more associates came to just look at the screen. They walked away without helping which was odd since the screen required their assistance. I gathered the stuff I rung up to another register and checked out. Meanwhile the associates asked my children for their receipts. The associate responded, "oh you made two separate transactions." Yes we came into the store with two carts, went to two registers, and made two separate transactions. My children are of various backgrounds and you need to treat paying honest colored people with dignity.

A WALMART WORKER STOLE FROM ME! I was shopping here yesterday and lost my purse. I came back and was able to get it but didn’t notice until the next day that my AirPods were missing from it! I tracked them and it led back to the store! A CART PUSHER BY THE NAME OF AGUSTIN STOLE MY AIRPODS! Someone who works for Walmart and is suppose to turn in anything found. HE WENT THROUGH MY PURSE AND PICKED OUT MY AIRPODS AND I WAS ABLE TO LOCATE THEM BECAUSE OF THE FEATURE “FIND MY” ON MY APPLE DEVICE. I would not have found them otherwise! Management finally found my AirPods- only after I threatened them several times with calling the police. Be very careful with your belongings here- I was told that this happens more often than we think! WALMART management did not give me the thief’s information so I could report him to the police! It honestly seemed like they were covering up for the thief. I do not recommend shopping here since the employees are the ones you have to look out for!

This place has really gone downhill. First, if you park near the front by the south east side of the building, it always smells like sewage. There's never any carts inside. They took away all of the cashiers and replaced them with self check out. Also they took away bags unless you buy them. You have to scan all of your items first, put them to the side table or in the cart, then enter the amount of bags you want to buy, then they'll give you bags. So you basically have to handle all of your items twice. There's usually only 1-2 CSMs up there so even if you do buy bags you have to go tell them you're buying bags because there's no other indication. I could be wrong but last time I was there, my friend and I went all over the store looking for a price check machine, so I think they did away with those too. I know its not the employees faults, so please dont get mad at them for corporate choices.

Just came up to to automotive 1/21/2022 at about 4:25 and got refused entery by a manager unloading a Sami truck, he said I can not enter the doors unless I am getting a service. I informed him I was getting Power steering fluid and tire rotation. He still continued to deny my entery to the store an became aggravated with me, he told me I need to get in line and get written up before I can enter the store! So that's wat I did, after parking my truck in line and getting my paperwork together to present to them, I walked up an gave the paperwork to one of the employees, he chuckled an talked to another guy in the shop saying something in Spanish, then he denied me service!!!! Said they didn't have time!!!!! This is beyond ridiculous service!!!!!! Especially after I've paid a little over $1600 for my M/T tires and the extra for balance and rotation for the life of the tires!!!!

But not for the reasons you think. Walmart is a perfect example of the problem. These people got to the top, and changed all the rules. They in fact, put a price tag on our food. Sure, i didn't hunt the food myself, i didnt prepare it, and i sure as hell didnt process it. But should that mean that i deserve none of it? That i have to pay with my life or starve? We farm everything now, we completely and utterly dominate the food chain. Processed and packed food is common place now, we made sure of that. So why is it a luxury? Whats next? Our water? Our air? That would be preposterous. Living costs and the total domination of the "living" economy is a real issue. That we accept as reality and just how life goes. Its a human made system, therefore its flawed and we need to update it and change it. Or we will all perish, its been clear for centuries

I went to this store the other day after many years of not shopping at Walmart. It was still disappointing & I won’t shop there ever again. I now remember why I don’t shop there & now it’s compounded for sure. We went in to buy a cart full of groceries & there were 0 assisted checkouts. It instead there were over 20 self checkout stands. We had to work with a cart full of groceries & about a 2 foot by 2 foot pad/table. It really sucked. When I compare what I bought here compared to my regular grocery store, I really didn’t save much over a full service store. I’ll be going back to Alberstsons and forget Walmart. It was probably the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. From the screaming kid that could be heard 5 isles away to the self service checkout. If I wanted to check groceries I’d get a job there.

There was a guy/employee at the electronics section that was trying his best to understand this family that seemed to mostly speak Spanish. So both sides were struggling and I gave them a hand. The employee thanked me and was so nice. Asked me if I could also translate that he would personally help the family with their exchange and getting them to the customer service area so he could explain the situation for them there. He could easily have told me to translate directions or plainly told them they had to go there first. We could even say "it's his job to do this" but I'm sure most people have seen employees not be able to do their job and he did his wonderfully. Respectful and helpful! He may not even know how much even the family themselves were happy with him.

Today, this Walmart Super Center was spot on! It was clean, I even witnessed a manager moping, and all of the associates I encountered were very pleasant and helpful. The floors were clear, as they usually are, and the shelves were neatly stocked. The curb side pickup associates were scurrying around, but very kind in that they always stepped aside to let shopping customers get by. Is this Super Center always A+, no, but it's the one I shop at most often and very rarely have any issues. Lines move fast, and self-employed registers are almost always working with plenty of them available. I will say this, any stocking that is being performed is never in the way of shopping, so all in all, this is a convenient and comfortable place to shop.

  • Michael “Ragnarok” Chmura

I love coming to this store, the staff is nice and I have a good selection and the store is generally clean most of the time. The only bad thing I have to say about this store is an employee, a male with a bowl cut, I was walking down the aisle towards the dairy section, and this kid had the audacity to shoulder, check me while on the clock and in front of his co-workers, I dodged his shoulder turned around and said, excuse me, and he said, oh, sorry, I didn't mean to which was a complete lie. This kid is about 5 foot, 10 brown hair, brown eyes, and he has a bowl cut. Seriously, who elects to have a haircut so horrible and to boot has an attitude that is equally as bad as his haircut.

They refused to take back a laptop that broke only 2 weeks of us having it. We had everything, order number, receipt, id, and Martino refused to refund the money. The Lenovo IdeaPad is known for getting black screened, don't buy it. And don't buy electronics from this Walmart, they'll refuse if they don't like you. Luckily corporate refunded our money in full and corporate said there wasn't any reason they should've refused a refund. We had everything. They need to restructure the management team here and actually hire people that care about their job. There are also shady people that like to hang around the parking lot. Just go to a nicer Walmart, if that even exists anymore.

  • glen sullins

Visiting from Hawaii. Didn't pack anything for the cold. Loaded up the cart and found a air fryer in the "black Friday today" section and bought it for my mom. When we got to the register they said they could not sell it because it was black Friday only. I told them half are missing so they must be selling them to someone. They said other customers have brought them up and that the manager made a mistake. So, they knew about the mistake and didn't fix it. Just waiting for someone else to tell them no. Absolutely the worst experience with Walmart, not sure why I would expect more.

  • E M

I usually go to the other one but I started going here the prices are pretty good. Only one exception when you're buying something and it comes up the wrong price they hesitate to change it for you. Once you recognize it and let them know it depends on who it is and they follow up. But I was lucky that I've received some good Associates that care about their customers and they help me and they took care of it. Just like humans that we all make mistakes sometimes they don't price the items that it's supposed to be price correctly just be aware. Overall they're generally nice.

  • Jami Ross

It's a Super Store, in South West Albuquerque! It's easy to get in and out but, closes at 9pm. The shelves are always fully stocked, It's one of my favorite one's to visit, I just wish it was open later. It's in a huge complex of more than 30 different well know businesses, at Rio Bravo & Old Coors Road S.W. The retail area out here is still being built! I remember the area when it was just Alfalfa field's! It's a regular stop & on my way. A large pet section that you can get chicken feed, horse feed any dog food that you might not find elsewhere. I like the store alot!

  • William L Grandstaff

This store is not safe. They have no security to protect the customers and staff. The manager told me they have a soft policy for shoplifting. I tried to report a crime in progress and they opened the security doors to let the guy walk out with two back packs full of stolen merchandise with alarms ringing. There is a false sense of security. The guy was by my car onloading the back packs and heading back in with a different jacket and hatand laughed at me.I will never shop at a Walmart again. My family felt threatened.I am born and raised in the South Valley. S AD

  • Germaine Torres

I wish I can put a thumbs down I wish you could put zero stars!!! I don't understand why they MUST see your receipt, first of all you want me to scan my own items then you must trust me that I paid for my own items! And if you don't trust people being in your store then what kind of business is this? I understand there is death but that is what you have lost prevention for. I used to love this store because it was our first Walmart in South valley and has brought a lot of business to us in the south for what's next to strip search when I leave?

  • Vanessa Espinoza

Worst Walmart in Albuquerque! Paid for my items that were IN STOCK all for Walmart to not RELEASE MY ITEMS because “they were not in stock” when I clearly went in the store and seen multiple items on the shelf! Employees were rude and don’t answer the Walmart phone! Contacted Walmart support and they could NOT get threw when calling to talk to the manager because WALMART staff does not answer the phone! This Walmart needs better employees especially when people already pay for there items it should have to be a hassle!!!!!!

  • Rose Padilla

This visit I rate -5 stars. I had to wait half an hour to get an associate to come help me at the electronics department and on top of that, I had to go find an associate to get someone over to that department.. I waited about 15 minutes and again no one showed up so I had to go find another associate so that they could get someone to that department. Very frustrating especially because the kid that helped me wasn't very helpful so basically I was on my own and all he did was cashier in the product that

  • Michael Miller

I'm not sure why but this Walmart here seems way different from any of the other ones. At least to me it seems to be laid out really different and really I think stupidly. They didn't have what they said they had when I called since I was down at the propane place. And nobody acted like you knew what I was talking about. That Walmart I don't think she ever should have been built. Every time I've ever gone there which isn't very often has not been a good experience at that location

  • Carla Ortiz's

I shop there regularly and on this particular visit I got upset. I paid with a hundred dollar bill and on the first attempt it spit it out I then flipped it around and it took it and proceeded to give me my change and receipt I went to hand my receipt to the door person and I over heard security on the radio talking about me being the person the hundred spit out is my receipt legitimate it's just unprofessional get ear pieces so your customers dont get offended it was rude

  • Isabella Garcia

The horrible woman who was working at “assisting” the self checkout in the yellow vest accused me of stealing twice. She didn’t believe me when I told her that I had done two separate transactions and would not allow me to show my receipt. She continually watched me the whole time but apparently didn’t see me pay either time. The other girl at the register was very nice and helpful but the older woman “assisting” was behaving inappropriately to say the least

  • D Martinez

No cashiers except in make up area and what you get there has be paid there , if you have other items limited to what they will ring up. Girl said no more 10 items, other girl flat out no if not from that area. Then all is self checkout with few workers saying #2 open . Lots standing there not even when they did have cashier's where there that many. Least they do help you that's a plus! Been doing online since COVID, big change. Don't like it.

  • KR M (KRM)

Had to use this pharmacy because Mom got sick while traveling. I had to ck out of a campground, and the pharmaceutical attendant was determined to have me wait a full hour to hand me two pre-packaged prescriptions. I finally got her to agree to hand them to me in 25 minutes because I had a deadline. Choose a pharmacy or another Walmart. The store is a marketplace, not a super Walmart. It will meet most food and basic needs.

  • Manny Ortiz

Product prices are good. They are back to charging 10 cents for a grocery bag, as if they don't make enough money. Another down side:, I was in the store when it was busy. Line was moving really slow and I had only one item. I went to electronics to check out (no customers in electronics at all), the sales associate told me that I can't check out in electronics during busy hours. Walmart customer service at its best. Lol

  • James Grantham

I'm not really sure who buys groceries here anymore as there are much more affordable options readily available. Their only appeal seems to be the one stop shop. But even that loses its charm after they mandate self checkout and then have the audacity to try to search your items as you leave. They used to make sense when they were affordable but I've reduced my shopping here in recent years and will continue to do so.

  • Daniel Elizarraraz

So far every time I have came into this Walmart it has been a pleasant experience. I've had multiple bad experiences at other Walmarts where I notice employees following me around as if I am going to steal. Maybe it's the way that I look or something so I'm not upset about it but it just feels good to shop around without being judged. Customer service has been great and I enjoy coming here because I can shop in peace

  • Carmen Lovato

We always call our grocery list in and the next day , like today we went to pick up our order they didn't let us know they changed a food item They replaced it with something we didn't like .the staff needs to be able to read our list so we can get the right food we ordered. They should have a manager on this area to make sure the staff gets the right food we ordered or call us about the changed of food !!

  • Ray Marez

Again this Walmart thinks were stupid here in the South Valley their products are have expired dates be careful be aware check your food when you buy it I bought some roast beef for sandwiches disgusting black be aware they think we’re stupid in the south valley pay attention to your products at Walmart they’re so busy pulling stuff for other people because other people don’t care I guess

  • Exxeter Organization

Not crowded. Close to a bus route. The produce and meat departments have a good variety, and are maintained properly. The store is spacious, clean, and pleasant to shop in. The staff is courteous and helpful. The only negative is that there wasn't a single checkout manned by a real person. Only those self-operated one, which are slower than one operated by a trained cashier.

  • Mila Gonzales

Went to senior hours 6 to 7am. Did not get in until 740. Did not think I was going to make it because of very low temps. Many seniors some with serious health issues in line. Some needing just to pick up prescriptions. But having to wait. Once inside though, found everything I needed. Will use shopping online next time . Even if I have to wait 2 or 3 days to get supplies.

  • Peter Horan

Walmart has never been a place I'd want to go. Being open late when I needed something was one of its few redeeming qualities. Went there at 9 today and it was closed, as is apparently their "extended" hours. They'll be open until 8 tomorrow. Cool. Well that was the last time I'll ever find myself going there now. I'll just stick to Amazon. You guys are worthless!

  • D Gomez

Without a doubt, this is the BEST Walmart in Albuquerque. The employees are always working, helpful, kind and polite. The store is spotless, well stocked and organized. Several employees monitor the self checkout, which runs very efficiently! The management team led by Michael must be absolutely phenomenal!!! Well done Michael!

  • Marissa Karina Ortiz

My daughter got touched (grabbed her behind) in store. Sadly, two other little girls as well, by the age of 12 and 10. We yelled ran looking for someone by the time security got to us, The stranger man got away run out of the store please be careful ... As for us, we don't go there anymore. Smith is better and fresh.

  • NOSTY

I went to buy a cake for my wife’s birthday and ask to have the lady (Dana) to put Happy birthday on the cake and she wouldn’t do it…she said the were already closed….it was seven o clock…. So asked the gentleman at the deli and he said the bakery people leave at 1 she just didn’t want to do it.

  • Christopher Rimorin

Honestly it's very disappointing to see a million dollar business treat their employees the way they do and no less nobody's working when you go in to check out every Walmart I can think of their several registers that are sitting there empty and open and nobody's working what's going on Walmart

  • Ash L

As expected; it was clean and well-stocked, had everything I needed as well as great prices, a friendly employee at the entrance, quick self-checkout, and ample parking. This is also the only Walmart I've ever seen that had a freaking CLAIRE'S in it. That sure was something!

  • Alex Kolkena

Arriving and parking is a pain in the butt simply because of the layout of the roads. Other than that, the produce was fresh and the shelves well-stocked. Perhaps the best feature is the vast amount of machines in central checkout. Even on a busy day, I didn’t have to wait.

  • Alexx Pachon

You need to change your rule on that we can't get alcohol if someone over the age limit forgets their Id in the car. We defianlty won't be back to this one we will just go to other Walmart with better customer service. And no it's not a law that everyone must have their ID.

  • Tony Cordova

I was picking up a order for my daughter. But I did not have the app. So the door greeter helped me as much as he could so the main asset protection guy tried but couldn't find it so he told me to just go to curbside pickup. You should have a class for all your employees.

  • Monique Lopez

Walmart is ridiculous. I did a pickup order and was told one of my items only had 2 available. I need 3. None received. Went back the next day and there were 4 of the item. Laziness of the picker is why I did not get my item and I had to go back and go in the store.

  • Sherry Kosmatka

0 cashiers , only 1/2 of the self checkouts were opened. Line of people were +10. What's the purpose of having self checkouts if you're going to close them? Lack of employees? So much for getting out quickly, which would be the ONLY reason to use self checkouts.

  • Frank Crockett

Great service, everything looks clean. Every shopping cart sprayed and wiped for the next customer. Their kindly regulating the amount of customers coming in as well as making sure everyone has a mask to help decrease CORONA spread. All around GREAT SERVICE.

  • nacho meza

Those from the Brosman security system discriminated against me because I was working and during the discussion I told him that there are people inside to steal. He hypocritically told me that if people enter to steal from the store it was not his problem

  • Tammy Costa

Store was clean and organized. However there were some items that the shelves were empty. Mainly plastic bins. Store was very involved in reminding people to wear their masks. I actually saw someone wiping down carts as customers were arriving.

  • OranjeKola

The store personel are very friendly and helpful. The lady at our self checkout reg was so sweet. Idk how to explain her other than she had a baby doll with her but give her a raise. She was so kind and friendly wish more people were like her.

  • Eloy Gonzales

walking into this place is like walking into hell its always hot they never have the a/c system on everyone is always walking around trying to fan them selfs off because of how hot it is. workers avoid helping at all cost worst walmart ever.

  • Nikki F.

Just overall rude employees, and lazy employee teens play around don't bring in the baskets like they're supposed to, that's why it's called a "JOB". They whant a job but don't want to do the work.... typical‍♀️‍♀️ …

  • Gary Steve Dunlap (Wonder)

I was at Southwest location of Walmart around 3:30pm on 10/4/23 My experience today was surprisingly enjoyable, compared to other visits. Staff was friendly, store was well stocked, and prices seemed to be reasonable. Refresh I'd say..

  • Monsters of The Midway

Great place to go shopping, for just about anything you might need. Also wal-mart has a great service for your auto, oil change, filter for $22 +tax. Very cheap. Or if you might need new tires also great prices. All around great store.

  • Tony Johnson

Get more cashiers. Not everyone wants to use the job stealing self check out without getting an employee discount. Customers should not be pushed into doing the work of a cashier. More cashiers might curb some of the loss prevention.

  • Michael Brooks

It's unfortunate that Walmart tends to be the go to place for so many people. They've run more mom and pop stores out of business then I could count. The people at this Walmart are actually great people, they give great service!

  • Doris Romero

I consider any Walmart a necessary evil. I don't think the prices are any different from other stores. There is a large variety of merchandise, but unfortunately a lot of it is locked up because of all the theft in the city.

  • Norman Burton

I am a seventy-five-year-old. I spent over $100.00 for sodas and requested help to load into vehicle. The clerk refused to help me so I had to call a manager to get someone to help me. I will be looking to shop elsewhere.

  • Jessica Guzman

This walmart is very ran down lots of people coming and going. Selection is not the best and some produce are bad or go bad fast or they are out of products your looking for most of the time. customer service is lacking.

  • Edward Kibbee

Depending on what you need, it's convenient and well stocked. I found that small tools like pliers, side cutters, needle nose pliers etc... are locked up. Tried to find someone to unlock the cabinets.. forget it.

  • tabitha sanchez

Well what can you say it’s Walmart but usually always stocked up on products even when I order on the Walmart app 99%of the time I get what I ordered best part is the delivery is free if you sign up …

  • Alondra Beltran Chavarria

I come here all the time and the employees are always willing to help. The one thing I don't like is that they've made the aisles more cramped. High chances of head on collisions with other distracted shoppers

  • Roxann Hudson

Very clean store and kind employees. They have a new self check out area that is so much larger then the Carlisle store. Plus they had 4 employees in this area and we didn't have to wait for help. Great store.

  • Rodney Carmona

Everything i organized well. The only issue was limited seasonal stock but that was expected. I enjoy the multitude of self checkout lanes witha decent amount of ledge space to pack your belongings in bags.

  • Vicktoria Flores

I really commend this Walmart superstore because every time I've come to this Walmart everybody agreed not all the Walmart are like this in Albuquerque I wish they were very clean very organized thank you

  • Ronnie Tunnell

I saw an employee named Jennie go over and beyond to be nice to an old man who just wanted a little attention. She made his day and mine. She was busy but took the time. Kindness only takes a few minutes.

  • Thelma Lovato

I liked it alot because they sold a big selection of Mexican stuff like some salsas you won't find in other stores. I also found the carne asada meat for tacos. Other stuff you cant find at other places.

  • Charles X Gurule

Workers are efficient and don’t get angry when talked to, unsure about the ones that stand around at the self checkout, but the ones that bring out deliveries are always pleasant and happy to help

  • Criztina Carrillo

Associate's at this Walmart are rude. everytime I have a question of where An ideam is they just say I don't know or just point and say that way with a big moody face. Awfulness customer service!!

  • Megan Richards

Overall a good store, has most things and you can get your grocery shopping done here. They only have self check outs though which is usually OK but they always have a ridiculously long line here

  • Jan Ruiz

Employees were very helpful, especially Gina in produce. She went out of her way 2 locate pomegranate juice! Its so rare these days 2 get good help. Employees at self check were equally helpful.

  • Felix Jacquez

Today's visit was just for a return. Greater was polite as I walked in. The service desk persson was helpful and efficient with me and the 2 people that were before me. Quick and easy return!

  • Ron Brown

So much Under One Roof you got to love it even though the self-checkout can be rough at times I buy a lot of meat there and the guys back in the meat department always helpful and courteous

  • Derek Stewart

Walmart pick up is horrible at this location. They take extremely long and don't go in any kind of order and your either missing items or it's smashed I'd say about 70 percent of the time.

  • Angelica Garcia

John in the order pick up was very Rude told me I was being cocky for picking up 2 uber orders. He seemed like he was under the influence of something. Today's date is July 18th at 9:22 am

  • Maria C. Gomez

I loved all the great savings, and the staff were wearing their masks. The only think I didn't like there was no cashiers, you had to do your own check out. The line was very long.

Went in to get my Walmart tires balanced. Was told it would be at least 3 hours. From past experiences I know that means at least 4. I don't have time to sit at Walmart all day.

  • Michael Bahr

It's you typical Walmart. Employee are nice enough Don't expect a cashier to help you. It's all self check out. And their clothing fitting room dosn't open until 10 am. Ugg.

  • LoveNest Tree Service

Sick of doing walmarts job for them, not getting paid for it, then treated like I need to show my receipt. Grow up, hire cashiers, and stop treating customers like thieves.

  • Eileen L. Smith

Clean, fun and found everything I need. Employees were helpful and happy. I saw hot air balloons go by. One landed right next to the parking lot. This is a great location.

  • Sally Trujillo

Fast and friendly but still don't understand stand why there are no cashiers. It boggles my mind. I don't get paid to be a cashier or a discount for scanning my own items.

  • Marcos Gallegos

This store only has self checkout. Wow. With no discount for doing your own picking and packing. Rude workers that do not look happy or worth approaching with questions.

I'm a OTR/Regional Truck Driver. I needed to get some more groceries for this week. The manager was nice enough to let me park my truck there so I could do just that.

  • Olivia Rope

Nice and clean BUT i find it ridiculous to have to buy grocery bags. Other places give out FREE paper bags. I still have food scattered in my ride from the other day.

  • patrick scahill

All in all it was a good visit. The parking lot security made rounds quickly and that gave me peace of mind while I shopped. Also checkout had low wait times as well

  • Windy

Extremely very slow pickup for me as customer, I'm going to pickup my order inside stead it's faster, no more curbside pickup for me! I waited over 30 minutes!!

  • C L BISPO

This is my neighborhood wal mart. I like the ample parking. Employees are helpful and the check out line moved quickly. Pretty good especially tax free weekend.

  • David Vallez

They pretty much have everything you need. There is just certain days when I go there that it seems like the holiday season. Too many too little employees

  • Diane Madrid

It would be a most amazing concept to educate and train your employees on what a cargo net is and how it works! It is not a difficult concept to grasp!!

  • April S.

Walmart's never have what I'm shopping for or they cost way to much. It shouldn't cost $50+ for 6 food items and a couple first aid items but it did

  • Richard “Rick” Thompson

I hate all Walmarts, they all have the same type of staff working for them. They all act like if they are in a cult. BOO WALLY WORLD!!!!!

  • Arturo Pineda

Horrible management of a supercenter. Employees need training and need to remember they are the employee. Garbage store to say the least.

  • Jamie Santillanes

I have been using the pick up since it's inception prior to Covid. They are always on time and have excellent people skills. Thanks.

  • Charm Waites

I hate the self check thing they are doing now. You have to stand in line forever because the line is halfway across the store.

  • Empress Xenn

This Walmart has great selection of goods, a great selection of vegan friendly food items, and polite customer service.

  • Angelita Garcia

SO SO SAD! CLOSING AT 9PM WE ARE THE BIGGEST CITY IN NM CLOSING AT 9PM WHAT DOES WALMART HAVE A CURFEW. SO EMBARRASSING

  • James Ryan

Avoid unless you like being corralled like cattle through self checkout, then enjoy your second job I guess. ‍♀️ …

  • Isaac Browning

Didn't know I worked here. Yet they make me scan and bag all my own grocery. Wish I could steal more from this place!

  • Jonathan Padilla

Close to the southwest side of Albuquerque, growing rapidly with many new businesses opening around the area.

  • Linda Torres

You guys need to go back to opening the checks Downs why should I have to pay high prices and do the work too

  • Antoinette Silva

I hate all walmart's. It's unfortunate that I have to do all of there jobs myself and still get charged more.

  • Angelica Sherman

Has great variety of things Don't like the scan and go even with the weigh machine it doesn't work on app

  • Erik Kenton

Still got what you need, but the workers just treat you like cattle at the checkout... …
