Our company came out to this Walmart to accommodate a client who was shopping. This elderly woman requested our services and to not inconvenience her due to her age and her physical situation, We accommodated her by coming to this Walmart. She left her basket inside and came out doors to meet me. We were immediately greeted by security the one in the green outfit, and the greeting was not pleasant. He was very rude. He was very abrupt. This treatment was very startling for my client. We were kicked off the property. He called a manager from inside which we placed a photo of and there was no valid reason for the treatment. We have contacted Zach at the store and filed a complaint as well as corporate, and we are awaiting a response. The manager that we placed a photo of she immediately told us we were not allowed to sign any papers. Without asking what it is we were Doing she immediately jumped to a conclusion and kicked us off the property. The elderly woman told her she was shopping and left her basket inside, and nobody seemed to care. The treatment from these people that are managing our community stores needs to be examined. This is very traumatizing to my client, and can definitely create future damage to her because of the treatment she received. it was clearly evident that we were not causing any problems and I even informed security and the manager that people walk out with merchandise and they don’t even approach them and here we are being harassed and targeted for offering a good service. And not doing anything wrong. I have filed a complaint with Zach from the store who said he’s a coach and I have filed a corporate complaint, and I have informed them that we will not file harassment charges until we hear back from them. This was a very traumatizing experience, and a very unnecessary experience , I personally feel the man in green and the lady in her Mickey Mouse gray shirt should be fired for treating the community in such an improper manner. They should be there to protect and to be good servants but unfortunately they are part of this world and very ugly ugly to our elderly. I will not lay up until this matter is addressed appropriately, and we will take this to every level we need to, to make certain it is addressed the way it should be. I personally will never visit this Walmart again, and I will make certain that none of my elderly clients get treated this way again!!!!

It seems like every time I make the mistake of coming to this Walmart, I have problems. Two incidents come to mind. About a month ago, I came here in purchase some food, and sat on one of the bench has provided out front of the store. You know, for people to sit on and do things like eat the food they purchased. A Bronson security guard came by and told me that I had to leave the area because it was an employee only area. There was no sign or anything to indicate this. When I went inside and asked at the service desk to speak to a manager about it, I was told no manager was on. Which is strange, because when I worked at Walmart several years ago, you couldn't even have the store open without a manager on duty. Then tonight, I had a flat tire on my bike trailer and went in to get an inner tube and air pump. I was running late because things kept going wrong, but I got in before they closed. The associate at the door was very rude to me about it, saying I had 2 minutes to shop when it was very clear that it was 7 minutes until 9. I went right to get what I needed, and an employee said they would have to get somebody to unlock it. While I was waiting, a security guard tried to shoo me out. I did eventually get what I needed, but while I was trying to verify it would work, another employee was rude to me about it, even though the item was not properly attached to the packaging. The front end cashier was at least friendly enough, but in the time it took me to wait in line I could have easily gotten all the other things I had intended to shop for. What kind of a Walmart closes at 9 pm? I've never seen a Walmart close so early anywhere in my life, except maybe on a holiday or other special circumstance. I know that Walmart as a company has shifted away from customer focus a lot over the past few years, but this store must be a pilot store, because they are at the forefront of that shift. And I haven't even touched on the creepy in-store security guards with theocratic-fascist undertones plastered all over their vehicles. Or that they don't have cold rotisserie chickens that are EBT eligible. An employer gave me the excuse that they don't have some kind of flash freezing machine — but neither did any other Walmart I've been too, and they had cold rotisserie chickens. Tons of issues, endless poor excuses.

UPDATE: 09/06/2023 There has been so many mistakes and errors with my grocery delivery orders from this store that I stopped using this store. I accidentally picked this store today and, wow how I regret it! I have been sick for 3 days and I ordered medicine, food that would be gentle on my stomach and things to help me stay hydrated. Halfway through the day I got a text message saying that my order was delayed by a maximum of 2 hours. At 3 and 1/2 hours still nothing. I called customer service and after being on a short hold they told me that the driver returned my grocery order to the store but left no reason why. I called the store, they apologized and said they would get another driver to deliver my items. That never happened. At 8:30 p.m. I started calling the store. I got hung up on three times and then sent to voicemail. Items have still not arrived. I am very sick and very weak and not able to just go into the store myself. Thanks for lying to me Walmart and not following through. OLDER REVIEW: This is one of the items I received in my delivery order from this Walmart.

UPDATE 11/26/23 This location has reduced scan and go to a single self checkout lane so that they can look through your items. This means you have to get checked twice (once while checking out and once at the door) which means it's faster to not use scan and go. Who had this idea? ----- This is probably the worst Walmart in the city and I wouldn't be surprised if it closed like the San Mateo one did. The aisles are a mess. The store map is often inaccurate. I showed up 40 minutes before closing and rushed to the electronics section. No one was there to help out, so I waited for 10 minutes. Tracked down an employee who said they would call someone to help and waited again but no one showed up. Eventually, I left because by the time someone opened the cabinet the registers would have closed. This is really the common thread at this walmart. Two registers open at any time with minimal self checkout available. Everything is locked up with no one around to help.

Nothing wrong with the store, more of an overall gripe. Trying to find tires for my car, several options on line, but only two in store. Asked associate if other stores might have different choices and was told they don't have the capability to see other store inventories. Tried searching on line, but you have to change your home store, then re-search each time. Finally ended up just calling. After talking with the 5th tire center, their associate was kind enough to tell me that all tire centers within my city would have the same inventory choices. Although i could get a much cheaper tire online, i ended up having to pay almost 30% more because i couldn't wait for 3 or 4 days for it to be delivered (iI had a bolt in my tire). Much more expensive than anticipated, and overall frustrating experience. Staff at local store were nice, just felt like a bait and switch situation.

Always closing earlier then indicated. A rude person on the PA saying the store is closed and they won't accept any more sales at the register 20 or 30 minutes before it actually is time. Every time I come here, I kick myself for not going to the one by cottonwood. Usually I have to stop my shopping because of all the announcements and I just go to another Walmart. Customers match the personality of the workers.... Employees and the asset people are extremely rude. Perhaps this is their intention, to dissuade shopping towards the end of the night...? Idk and I hate it here. I'll probably come back though because it's Walmart and I know I'm probably having a better day then the people who are rude anyways.... Google keeps asking me so there's the truth.

Sadly it is understandable why there is a need to lock certain items in displays but if you are going to do it then make sure you have the manpower to help, in a timely manner, the customers who are looking to purchase one of those products. If not, then don’t carry those products any longer because the whole point of Walmart is convenience. It used to be convenience and cost but the cost savings isn’t their any longer. It is just convenience. You’ll get customers who’ll just go elsewhere to get the product like myself today. I went into Walmart to buy multiple items and because after 15 mins of waiting for an employee to come get something out of the display, I walked out and just went across the street and purchased the products from the Home Depot!

  • Brenda Lauts

The employees were all friendly and great but it was so HOT in there, it had to have been at least 80 if not 85, it made it uncomfortable to shop. We decided to get what we needed from the home, clothing, and electronics section and do our grocery shopping elsewhere because of the heat. I was wearing a dress I bought in Vietnam, made of light silk, designed to take the heat, and I was pouring sweat as was my husband and all the employees. We asked if the AC was broken and they said no, and didn’t complain a bit about the heat, but we could see the sweat on their foreheads, just like ours. Great service, bad AC, please make sure to make it cool in the store for a better shopping experience for all.

Auto service department damaged my rv by not having the exit door opened high enough. Manager verified the incident from the surveillance video but declined to climb to the roof to take pictures herself. She told me to get a repair estimate which I did from Rocky Mountain RV. I returned today to give the estimate. The process of making a claim is not good for a customer. I filled my information on managers tablet and then she disappeared. I waited for half an hour before I had to leave to meet my own customers. I asked the lady behind the desk to tell the manager to call if she needs something from me. I’m happy to change the review and Star rating based on how this evolves.

Go to Costco. Trust me. The convenience is not worth it. Get a Costco membership and buy your meat at Nelson's and never look back. The straw that broke the camels back was when a very strange employee probably high on drugs approached my grandfather, who is 82, and started singing some random song. Then compared his "war on the streets" to my grandfather having been in the Vietnam War. After years of horrendous customer service and non responsive management and having to wait 30 minutes just to grab some soap or a razor.... I said to hell with it! This place feels like MDC commisary line. From the people to the atmosphere to the quality of goods.

Worst store for grocery pick up. Every time i say its been a few months a year I will give it a chance- nope still the same, went to get my groceries 10 min before my time from 7 pm-8 pm kept calling to check in and got VM. At 8:02 pm a girl answered to tell me they are closed. I told her I have been calling for the list 10 min and you guys don't answer, her response was, she didn't have any missed calls. I said i can show you all the calls on my phone and she said all groceries were locked up to back tomorrow. Like I am available all day for this reason I scheduled at this time. So upset and I feel it's tim to stop finally shopping there.

  • Jeremy Zamora

I wish they had more cashiers. I went, and there were no cashiers. They really support the self checkout here as they have the biggest self checkout centers I've seen in the state. Also I refuse to wait in a line to check my ticket on the way out the door. This is one reason I think they need more cashiers. People in this town tend to push their cart annoying close to you even when there is 3 feet of space on the other side of the walkway. It's kind of weird if you've moved here from more humble towns in New Mexico... Lol. But because it's wholesale and cheaper you have to shop here.

  • steve trujillo

The other Walmart didn't have time for me to have my tires balanced so I came here. After about 2 hours and watching the tire guy beat on my tire and his machine with a ball peen hammer l got the manager to find out why. I was told my rim was bent. When I bought the Walmart tires about a month ago there was no trouble. Walmart is getting less and less dependable for good service. Manager was less than helpful. I am going to think twice before making anything but food purchases in the future. This is not the first time or first store that I have had trouble with the auto service.

  • C. FM

If you have any other options, go someplace else. This was a huge waste of our time. It was a surprisingly strange Walmart. I'm a full-time traveler so I have been to a lot of Walmarts in a lot of states but while this one looked full size from the outside it was missing a lot of real basic stuff on the inside. So much so that when we got back out to our car we found ourselves looking back to make sure we had an accidentally gone to one of their little places. Nope. It was a regular, full size Walmart. It just didn't have a lot of stuff in it. So weird. Go someplace else.

Pickup the trash in the parking lot! Clean the inside as that’s got almost as bad as outside. Also, when my wife chooses not to use the bagging station cause of spilled liquid; don’t question her for a receipt like she stole something while she is walking out. When she tells you she didn’t use the bagging station because it’s so dirty and needs to be cleaned… CERTAINLY, never go further and respond to her by saying “All stores are like that”… customer service here is a joke. Go to a couple local shops instead of supporting those who don’t appreciate your business.

  • Nick King Sandman

Prices have gone up so ridiculously 60 eggs is almost $15 14 something I can't believe that ridiculous ridiculous lots of other prices on lots of other things too I won't buy things I used to anymore can afford to. Now it’s $20 for 60 eggs and that’s as good as the deal gets if you buy anything unless it’s kind of a rip off know it is a rip off None of my business as of March 8 or ninth I got 60 more eggs and it was only $12 but the last 60 I got was 19 pretty much 20 bucks so the price seems to have gone down a little

  • Mary Chavez

So I had a return, a throw, it was small I returned it with my receipt and was told I could only recieve a gift card. When asked why no one could give a reason. Talked with store manager and that's like talking to a high-school kidd. What's really going on walmart do you really need the 16.91 that bad? Are you that hard up that you have to keep people at your store, and can't give them back their money? What's really going on? I kept my reciept to remind me why I hate Walmart

  • RobDigital

I remember when walmart employees would say I'm sorry, but I can get someone who could help. Now, they are too worried about doing as little as possible and being paid more for it. Bad enough, I pay to use scan and go just to not have to deal with their poor adidtudes. Unfortunately, this time, I was buying electronics and had to pay in the electronics department. And what do you know? The first person I asked for help was like I'm on break you'll need to find someone else."

  • Jose Romero

It's Walmart. If you don't like the people that shop there, go to Target. If you don't like the long lines, go to Albertson's. If you want to be able to buy pretty much any food you need, an oil change, a pair of pants, a 60" tv, shotgun shells, astroglide, curtain rods, a wedding band set and a twerking Valentine's Day teddy bear all while wearing your pajamas and house slippers then this is the place for you! See you there!

  • Corey Clendening

Don't come here for something as simple as an oil change unless you have a few hours to spare..... I've never seen something so simple be overcomplicated and mismanaged. Steer away from the tire and lube here, it's hard enough to find what you need in stock on the shelves. Can't recommend this place in any way. Seems as if the store director here has special privileges from the area manager and can get away with anything.

  • Victor Manuel Gutierrez

here we go again on another shopping season!, walmart is a head of the game with merchandise from china to the Moon ( we are helping build their dream space Station while we are entertain with media streaming , plastics in 3D to fulfill the dopamine impulse of our basic concept of Holidays! let’s start with the Turkeys wrap up for thanksgiving that we are at least united to celebrate our next economic accomplishments

  • Adrian Gurule

I’d like to give a special shout-out to Victoria, a so called “coach” in customer service. An employee who profiles customers and acts like a complete ***** to customers. Very great service she provides. Asked for the manager and she claimed she was the store manager. When I asked someone else they told me a different name. Wow an employee who also lied. She’s blonde and has blue hair dye, avoid her at all costs!!

  • G B

Worst Walmart!!! No carts ever!!! I mentioned this to staff, only to have them shrug indifferently and tell me to talk to management. The next staff person I mentioned this to told me what they actually need to do is hire more cart pushers. NO! Having just walked through the entire parking lot and finally had to ask a guy if he minded if I wait for him to unload his. THEY NEED TO BUY MORE CARTS!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Sabrina Lopez

Worst Walmart here have to go for convenience. Scanned receipt their registered didn't scan one thing so the lady took everything would have been fine. She went her way out arguing there was more things unscanned which was a lie it was all on paper. Worker flipping us off while with our kids because we pointed out we don't steal. They don't like to be told they are wrong. Not even worth a star.

  • Countryredneck75

I went shopping this morning and the item I bought was under a price tag that was cheaper than what it rung up. I told the 1 elderly lady she acted like she didn't know how do fix it so I went to another quick check out, the lady was rude saying no people put in the wrong tag. I told her there was 10 under so finally she fixed it. This walmart need to go through a major major change

  • Carlos Rodriguez

I had ordered a cake on November 15th, for my son's birthday party on November 22. I went to pick up the cake the employee told me that there was no documentation for my son's birthday cake. I had family and friends over to celebrate my son's birthday and no cake, so I had to buy a half sheet cake from the display. This is the first time that Walmart has disappointed me.

  • Celina Blanco

The manager "J" is rude and inefficient. They had an entire shelf of tvs labeled $268 which rang up at $398. Even though J acknowledged it was negligence on the workers part and there would be disciplinary action he refused to honor the clearly advertised price instead offering a 10% discount. Hopefully the store manager is more help when I contact him tomorrow.

  • Jolene215 A

Not enough cashiers opened, and not enough self check out stands. Went in for a few amenities for the road, and the lines were long with ppl having loaded carts. Employees were attentive. I was trying to find I29, and a lovely woman employee helped me locate it. When it came to check out, all could have gone faster and smoother if they opened more registers.

  • Anntoinette Apodaca

Hate this place! People in the store stealing in front of you, walking out with handfuls of items. Self checkout lanes only and lines were ridiculous. I put my stuff back and went elsewhere. Went to the parking lot and people all over looking in vehicles asking for money. Will not go back even when it's down the road form me, not worth the headache.

  • Asia Explorers and Adventurers M and J

This particular Walmart has very rude employees and some of the supervisors along the same line. If someone from higher up would either retrain or fire the people who hate their job.. maybe the store would do a whole lot better. This particular store is always low on stock and most of the carts are like broken. Please fix them!!!

  • Korina Smith

I don't know if it is because they are short staffed but the workers there seem to feel irritated when you need assistance. Security guards are very friendly and very astute. Cashiers are a little slow. But they could be new. They are always out of stuff that we are looking for but then again that is not really their fault.

  • Rhett McDonough

This Walmart is always congested and one way in and out. Los Lunas only has one exit and it is located off the freeway. Traffic backs up on a regular basis with all the semis for the distribution center and can be a headache. If you are looking for quick in and out come on odd hours or go to Belen, this one is terrible!

  • LoveNest Tree Service

Poor service, you do all the work checking yourself out, but they wanna check your cart and receipt like you are a criminal. If you don't trust me, hire cashiers. I hate self checkout anyways. Would much rather have someone bag and scan my stuff, so just trust me, or hire someone, lazy worthless company anyways.

  • Ariele Pacheco

This Walmart has always been a positive shopping experience. It's clean and organized, and everything is always in stocks. The lines are not outrageous and the staff I've encountered were pretty friendly. Especially our cashier. He was a younger individual who was very friendly and brought a great positive vibe.

  • James Carroll

Did scan and go, but it was more important to get a head start on closing the store so no self-serve checkouts were open. No cashier said i could do, scan and go at a cashier maned register. Horrible service AGAIN by Walmart, the price leader in increasing prices the dropping them and calling it a roll back.

  • Casey Cundall

Horribly staffed, frequently doesn't have shopping carts at the front and you have to go find one in the parking lot because they have nobody getting carts, long checkout lines, had an appointment to get tires changed at the auto center at 10AM, but their employee didn't clock in until 11AM. Bad Management.

  • Lisa Duran

I don’t like that they close at 9pm and they are rude about it. If you are not in line by 8:58 then you can not check out. That is such bad customer service! Walmart is going down hill no wonder why more and more people are shoplifting. They are making them pay the only way they know how. Their checkbook!

  • Fay M

I had to stop for an oil change while we were on vacation. My truck said I needed the engine oil changed now, even though I wasn't at the miles indicated on my window reminder? We were 500 miles away from home & I didn't have any idea where to go, so I saw Wal-Mart & gave them a try. They did a great job

  • Unknown Person

You need to stop having your “employees” stop using family bathroom !!! I ain’t sending my underage son into men bathroom by himself since he hates going into women with me !!! You need to tell your employee to stop using the family bathroom or I will put a sign up for employee not to use tht restroom

  • R Stov

Unbelievable. The employee here asked rudely if I had bought my sodas after she watched me ring them up. If you don't trust your shoppers then don't make a self checkout. To be honest...if you're going to make self checkout, then get rid of all the self checkout employees.... what is their purpose?

  • Tasha Gómez

Dirty, Steph doesn't know where things are when they should. Stafford lies to heavily on their phones they are short rude aside from a few. And what's with the self checkout do we even get a discount or do we get paid for bagging our own stuff? Isn't this white bag and save went out of Business?

  • Akash Bacher

Quite nice, lot of self service registers. If you are like me who isn't too comfortable with that, Walmart employees were there to help. Guy at the Roast chicken section was nice and helpful. So was the lady who helped me at the ladies section fruit of the looms. Nice selection

  • claire barkley

Their auto center completely messed up my car I went in for an oil change on 1-1-23 and now my car won’t start it’s overheating mind you I had no issues with my car before taking it here. There is no oil or coolant in my car This needs to be fixed immediately!

  • Stanzig

I'm usually in and out with what I purchase here. Sometimes they have in stock what I need but they usually don't. They need more cashier lanes open because it is a bother standing in a ten person line when there's only 3 cashiers open and 4 self scans open.

  • Crystal Chronis

This Walmart SUCKS. They're always out of everything. No green onions, no cilantro. A week ago I went and they were out of bananas. Today I went and every single bag of green beans I looked at was full of mold. Don't bother doing grocery shopping here.

  • Guy DuGan II (Desert G)

Can't stand being judged and looked at as a criminal just becuase the way I dress .. very judgemental staff here... I've never once in my life have been arrested or stole from one person... Im a legit paying customer and I'm fed up with being judged...

  • Melinda Foy

I love this store but there is no AMC Perfectly Popcorn. It sold out by day 2 on shelves. It's all over Twitter and people are looking for this popcorn. Please please put out in boxes. AMC shareholders will buy them by the box. #AMCPerfectlyPopcorn

  • Londie Blondie

I went in and was happy to see the lines weren't as bad as it used to be, and the shelves were back to normal, and people were happy, and life was moving forward .Check out was friendly and was able to get everything I needed .Thank you, Walmart!

  • virginia garcia

Some of your employees would rather talk then help the customers. They tell you they dont understand English, give you a dirty look, then turn around and go back to their conversation. Teach them English or find people who do speak or understand.

  • Karen Mann

This location is NOT my favorite. Bare shelves, low inventory, not enough security or floor staff. Long register wait lines. If I want a good WalMart experience have to drive across town. Poor management and post COVID rebound for this location.

  • Chris Watchman (Mama_B3ar37)

Today is 06/05/2021, Three years ago I gave this particular store 5 stars. They quality of service is still amazing. I wanted to complain, but actually. The employees are very busy but always talk with me in kind tones with polite manners.

  • Willa Brady

This Walmart is great. Friendly, clean and helpful. I want to call out an exemplary employee. His name is Zac I believe he's an assistant manager. He helped me get my Family Mobile phone migrated over from T Mobile to Verizon when there

  • Not really Important

I come here to steal. I like the laid back security, and the general layout of this one makes it a nice n easy to walk out with a full cart of electronics. If asked for a receipt I just simply say I stole it and keep it pushin. …

  • Jesse Kershner

The worker in the home didn't know what he was doing or nothing about the department he was in and couldn't didn't want to call someone to even helped him try and sell me the girl that I wanted other than that the shopping was fine

  • Beverly Aragon

I am very sad Walmart closed I am a elderly woman and I cannot walk to to back surgery so now I don't have a store to go to or get my medication I don't know why Walmart shut down I miss them so much Central San Mateo

  • Mr. Nobody

Still the same.. Self checkout still there, security's posted by the door checking receipts. People minding their own businesses. Only thing I noticed are the prices on food and household items have gone up by 10%.

  • Hector Moreno

Worst Walmart ever. What the heck if up with this place? Super hot inside, made it very uncomfortable to shop. Employees need to be retraine. Either that of replace the management staff. Horrible Horrible Walmart.

  • Marion Barnes

It would be nice if customer service was open as long as the store was. Working graveyards, their hours don't work with mine, and when one of their products is defective, I have to stay up just to get it replaced.

  • pamela chavez

Horrible because the manager would not take back spoiled food that I even had a receipt for !!!Also I got that Walmart delivery app / pick up and they couldn't even help me with that either IM DONE WITH WALMART

  • Laura Michel

Haven’t had a good experience here the past 4 visits. They took forever to update their hours both on maps and their app and it would always be closed. Now they start turning people away before closing time.

  • DeeAndra Winchester

Always great items that majority doesn't carry. Definitely quality space in shopping. Friendly workers that always help when needed. The store is always clean & well kept. Subway attachment is a plus too.

  • Felix Jacquez

Quick stop to pick up a fan for work. I had to get my wife to focus a few times, but we only walked out with a couple of extra things. Clean and organized store, with friendly service. …

  • John Fischer

What I wanted was in the store. Better yet, the huge parking lot solar array . I hear Walmart is really committed to affordable green energy, and they are showing it in truth or consequences.

  • Andrea Gabaldon

I feel horrible for these employees!!! It's too hot in that store!!!! Why??? They are all very sweet but the customers and especially employees do not deserve this!! Please fix this ASAP!!!

  • jack allread

It was ok. They seem to have a lot of stuff, but not what they had the last time I was there. But I found something I was willing to try. The staff were helpful and friendly! Recommended

  • Carolyn T

Self-serve and only 3 cashiers lines were down the isles. I usually shop at a different one and will NOT shop at this one again. No consideration for their customers and their time.

  • Jan Sonshine

I This store was my go to place for many things. Unfortunately it seems they need stocking help and are discontinuing to carry large 2.5 gallon bottles of spring water, important.

  • Marcelina Romero

This location wasn't packed with a lot of customers and I didn't have to wait in line to check out there were plenty of open available registers so that was a good thing.

  • Lisa Krueger

Made an online order got it same day. Soon as I pulled up and entered my space number they came out within 2 minutes. Really fast and I was in my way. Wonderful service!

  • Vicktoria Flores

This Walmart was extremely clean there were no long lines everyone was willing to help and who is a very good because there was no no long lines a transfer is in mind

  • Nanci Hanover

One customer service rep very helpful. Restroom cleaner doesn't understand that an elderly person with a bladder issue needs to use restroom NOW. Need to educate!

  • Kristina IT EN

Helpful employees here! The checkout line moved quickly. The checkout register rang up a wrong price and the worker was able to quickly verify and fix the issue.

  • El Duende

Ghetto experience, I wouldn't be surprised if they close this place down in the future. Everytime I've been, my head is on a swivel in the parking lot.

  • Rohit R

Very big Walmart containing almost everything including clothes, shoes, bakery, groceries, kids toys, automobile oil, camping equipment and what not.

  • Cindy M

While visiting this store this morning I was impressed by the cleanliness of the store and the helpfulness of the employees. What a fantastic crew!

Walmart is the absolute worst for customer service, prompt or timely help. Employees are lazy as can be. Do not ever shop here if you need anything

  • Manuela Andrade

They deliver and it didn't took much but the first time the car came in broken and they just did return and I ordered again and it was just right.

  • Jonas Salazar

Great walmart. I have been helped extra by many associates, one of whom named Steven, who went to the back to get me fresh bread. Thank you guys!

  • Wes Coast

Clean store, pharmacy is increadable. Check out is poor, cashiers talking with other staff which makes me feel un important to their pay checks.

  • Jarion Allen

Hubby had to stop because his mother wanted him to get a couple of juices for breakfast and some bread and some worms so they could go fishing☺️

  • shonie me

Very well kept, clean, and organized. I love how fast they did my oil change. This is always my stop whenever I drive thru Albuquerque...

  • Matt Montano

Sketchy location brings sketchy characters, but overall decent experience to get in and out. Security presence, but just on their phone.

  • Rhonda Wagoner-Alison

Everything in disarray,no helpful employees. Also argumentative employees.(still the same & out of most pastas , also essential stuff)

  • Lulu Molina

Do you guys not know what AC? Horrible I feel bad for employees working in that heat. And why are you still closing at 9pm? Ridiculous

  • Maria herrera

I like this walmart because I always find what I'm looking for and a I do groceries and other stuff like shoes or clothes …

  • RUDY MIRANDA

It’s a zoo, no karts, trash everywhere, rude employees. Employees must’ve learned from management, because they were rude too. …

  • Christine Marquez

Always busy and shelves are hit and miss with what you need. Parking is also a mess and no shopping carts available in the store.

  • Vanessa Cleaver

This is the largest Walmart I've ever been in. They had typical Walmart things, a large selection, and a sweet clearance section!

  • David and Janeen Bates

The mens T-shirt section was a joke. They had the shirts locked up but the locks were broken and they had almost no shirt’s left

  • Spiral Tote

Lots of products everywhere and not enough hands to get it taken care of. This spot is out of fresh bouquet of flowers. …

  • Diana Sanderson

I'm sorry to say, they have really let this store go down. It's clean just the selections are lacking in a lot of sections

  • Alex Kolkena

All in all, it’s a pretty dang good Walmart. The beverage section is well-stocked and they have a good variety of sauces.

  • jennifer archuleta

This walmart is always my go to walmart. Always pretty well stocked. And always have cashiers available to check you out.

  • Ryan Harris

It's Walmart less personal help you just have to learn how to scan your own stuff it's the way of the future get ready

  • Dee Lee

This is by far the worst place to go ever. The employees look like they are prisoners. The theft had reached a new low

  • Terry Kominiak

Got everything we needed - one stop shopping. Our check out person was friendly. Just a great all-around experience!

  • zylny gutierrez

This place is better on merchandise then other location ,is very busy clean and more comfortable to shop in there ,

  • Gaetana Wolff

The deliveries are always on time and happy people deliver them. I don’t like to drive, so this is perfect for me.

  • Fela Brannen

The store is small and not crowded, you can basically find what you're needing. Employees are very friendly.

  • Tammy Edgerton

Good prices and great things to buy I'm glad I got the grill because a couple days my stove wasn't working
