This auto center should not even have a 1 star it should have a minus 5 stars It is incredible the bad service that this Walmart location has, starting from the person who greets you at the counter with tremendous rudeness and no interest in helping the customer, then the person outside who receives your car, the most rude person I have ever seen. The employees in general are very poorly treated, they do not have good customer service. I had an appointment for 12 noon which I arrived super punctually at 11:30 and I spent almost the entire afternoon waiting, horrible, everyone in general and not to mention the store. a huge queue because there is no cashier to serve them the worst in general I want to emphasize and I repeat again, the complete work team is not professional, all with very bad manners, bad character, they treat you as if you were trash and the one who receives the cars who checks you in is the worst, the complete work team lacks complete professionalism. They should take action with them in every way, starting with teaching them good manners, serving customers well, treating them with respect. The worst thing is, I don't recommend that store, not to buy water. auto car center employees in general the worst thing is if they sold them on a black Friday for a penny no one would buy them let alone recommend them the worst in every way the worst in every way

Wal Mart has forgotten customers service. I understand the need to reinforce issue with theft but when your a hard working person who's declined a service because you can not walk out of health and beauty when I have hundreds of time and someone stands in front of you and says you can't take this without paying. That sounds like your calling me a thief . There are genuine good hard working people that shop in your stores. If you want to provide a service then provide it all the time not whenever you feel like it. Why should I swipe my card twice I should be able to finish shopping. 1 offer a container for my items which never happened 2. Offer to leave them at cudtomer service which again was not offered. I felt like I did something wrong. Which mad me very mad and had exchange of words . No one likes to get off work go into a store where everyone's rude and treats you badly it was an insult. If customer service had been offered correctly I would not have been asked to leave over hair spray and shampoo. So I say to Walmart your profiling customers based on how you feel for the day ! As the cashier stated to me we are cracking down!!! Had I been offered those two things the interaction would have gone wrong. Walmart you failed..

There’s so many employees wandering around and so much random stuff in the lanes, it’s infuriating trying to get around people. Never go here if you’re in any kind of rush at all, Walmart has turned into absolute garbage. Raising prices while actively making the store worse is pathetic. Also- half the prices are incorrect anyways, constantly thrown off at checkout when the price is higher than it said on the shelf. Extremely disappointed, frustrated, and just tired of it. Might as well just start ordering delivery, or go literally anywhere else.

The cashier at the Money Service Dept. Had a severe, severe nasty cough that alarmed everyone in line. I spoke to another employee and requested that she put on a mask. She refused and and employee left. I stopped another employee and requested a Supervisor. When Tommy, the supervisor arrived, I explained the situation to him and requested that she put on a mask, with so many senior citizens in line. He refused to address the problem. Told me that I could return later when another employee was working this desk, then refused to give me his name. Thank God I could read his badge. The rudeness of the employee and supervisor was reprehensible and irresponsible of Walmart. I'll NEVER shop there again. The shame on how you disrespect the senior citizens is uncalled for. In this day of covid, seniors are more susceptible to viral infections and Walmart doesn't care about our safety. In fact, that employee should have not been able to come to work at all.

Staff do not know what they have. I asked about 5 people in or near the men's department about scrubs for men, like they have in the women's section. No one in the men's section knew and some gave wrong sections. A lady in the women's dept told me the scrubs in the women's were for men and women. How would a man know this without wasting time asking uneducated people? A couple women looked at me strange for even asking. I said men work in the medical field, there are male nurses. Perhaps I need to go to a different Walmart in the future. New update. Very few humans working and there were long lines at self check out. A lot of us had full carts which is way too much for self check out. The areas for putting your products is too tiny.

This Walmart is trash. No carts, the entire parking lot is full of them. For what they are charging for food they could probably hire some help. Store is always dirty, meat is consistently bad. Saw a roach in the produce section. No registers that take cash, well one. Worker thought it was funny when I asked if a certain register took cash, said no, laughed and turned around. Went to smart and final next door. Better prices, store was clean, employees were friendly and helpful. They actually have cashier's. If your shopping for food, ship the drama and go to smart and final.

Went for a simple buzz cut. The razor kept snagging on my hair. I think it needed to be sharpened. If that's the case, then I'm grateful that I didn't get cuts. Not much consideration about keeping the cuttings from getting in my eyes. After awhile I started to wish she was less thorough. Then she charged me for a shampoo. I didn't get a shampoo, but apparently it's part of the deal. Why wash hair when it's all coming off? I'm angry about having to pay for a wash. So I gave the minimum amount to tip. At least tell customers what they're going to be charged for beforehand.

Walmart has fired most of the Cashier's, and has the customers bagging up groceries, and checking themselves out. When I asked what happened too the cashier's. The lady bagging said, we aren't cashier's anymore, we are check out assistance. Walmart has set it up, for free labor by firing the cashier's and making the customers do their work. There should be a boycott, based on them removing cashier's, and replacing it with self service without a discount. There should be a choice. Actually no give these people back those jobs, or hire some cashier's.

I go here several times a week. It's one of those stores where something always seems to be wrong. Usually it's some kind of problem with their payment systems, but it can be other things as well such as not being able to receive assistance getting an item from the locked cases. There have been times when I made multiple trips to try to get one item. I finally resorted to going back home and ordering the item to be delivered. Most of the time they are pretty helpful, but when they fail it's really frustrating.

you guys need to tell your employees at self checkout to back up while customers are trying to pay why as soon as I was paying this worker came up to the self checkout between me and MY children grabbed my receipt that my child was reaching to grab while I was grabbing my change and rated a 5 start rating on the machine, last I checked that's for the customers, I had another employee helping me she had nothing to do with my experience but wants to put 5 stars and step between me and my kids just to do so

The most ghetto Walmart I’ve ever been to from the manager to their associates. I will be contacting corporate! Not only did i get overly charged but according the manager “he couldn’t help” then as were walking away he didn’t notice my older daughter was with me & she heard him talking to another associate about how annoying i was being & i wouldn’t shut up mind you i just wanted my money back that they’re stealing / stoled !!! How did he gain that manager position it is mind blowing!

Do not try to call them every single one of these employees is not only too incompetent to awnser a phone but when they do it’s very unprofessional and disrespectful. Also you’re expecting be sent to one place and a completely different area in the store awnsers the phone and then when you’re transferred nobody wandered the phone. I asked to speak to a manager and got hung up on EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL WALMART. Especially being such a huge franchise

If i can give 0 stars I would , I wasn’t giving any refunds at the customer service for returning an item that wasn’t meant to be used and strongly was not giving me proper help on returning anything even though the item wasn’t used. the person who helped me was the manager Tommy at the customer service and yet he refused to gaved me his name and told us never to come back again … I hope this comment gets read and not treat customers in that type of manner

Drove 30 mins here for a curbside pick up. Waited 40 mins, called for help no one picked up, chatted to support and was told to go to customer service for pick up and they will bring it out. Customer service person was hella rude. Without me saying anything she jus told me to keep waiting. Been waiting 40 mins NO ONE literally NO ASSOCIATE CAME OUT. All the cars just waiting there and some even before I got there. Please go to other location if possible

First time comming here. I had to have some work done on my work truck. Located in the Westland Fair, they are open twenty four hours. Even though it is ten days before Christmas it was very clean and well kept. I was able to find everything I needed and they had tons of things to choose from. The staff were great and very friendly and helpful. He checkout lines weren't long and I was able to get just about everything I needed for Christmas.

Very incompetent workers. We wanted to buy a grill which we did but no one knew how to get anyone to get the grill off the floor to be paid for they called security who does not work for walmart use a pallet jack which I am sure there not supposed to. We get to register we where using a Walmart credit card but the virtual one and no one knew how to do that so Walmart not only loose out on interest but no one in the store is trained

Went in for my weekly shopping . This is my local store. But , it wasn't a good experience at all . Employees/ Management Not on the same page when it comes to pricing and discounts. One person says a certain price the other says something different. Especially on damage items. If I was in another area for example Summerlin / Henderson. It wouldn't been No problem. Especially waiting to speak with a Supervisor for a hour. Sad...

I went to this place to buy a few things. I saw a drink for the price of .88 and when I was doing self checkout the price was higher .I called the personnel and she told me that this Walmart DOESN'T change prices and I was in disbelief. I asked the manager and she told me the same thing. Why on earth do they think they are. I work hard to earn my money and they want to charge me more because they feel like it. Unbelievable

I've been coming to this Walmart for years, and have watched it progressively get worse and worse. Employees look dead inside, are rude, and unhelpful. The only highlight of this place is Rhonda at Money Services, she is an absolute delight, and the only reason any of my experiences here haven't been totally terrible. How this location has a cumulative of 4 stars astounds me, as so many reviews are one star.

This is a very clean Walmart. This is my first visit to this location and so far so good however what happened to the smiling faces. But everything else went well . Money center had only one employee working with 20 people in line. It took over 30 minutes which is not right. Where is the help please. But they sent someone when a customer asked . Thanks walmart 5 stars. Way to comeback and fix the situation.

I'm so sick and tired of going to your establishments and having to run your check out machines and I've never had no training on them.. then when I'm walking out you have people checking to make sure I did them right from now on I will never allow you to check my work and I will walk out and make a scene every time you do not pay me for running your cashier machines therefore you can't check my work....

Went in just to use the restroom and was pleasantly surprised by what I experienced. A completely clean, fresh smelling restroom with no graffiti, and full double ply toilet paper. I mean, I expected the usual, but for a men's room to feel like I was at a doctor's office lobby, that's something to shout about. BTW, shopping was good. After that experience, I had to buy something to help them keep it up.

Called to speak to a pharmacist, there were 2 calls ahead, after 30 mins on hold I gave up. We wanted to make sure they carried what we were looking for before driving out there. We had already checked w/other pharmacies (drove there) but they didn’t carry it. Now we have to drive out again & hopefully they have it. It’s true when people say “good luck “ when calling Walmart pharmacies.

Stopped in here today and had a pleasant experience at this Walmart. Better than a lot of the other locations in Las Vegas, thats for sure. We got a pretty big haul, and everything was relatively easy to find. Only complaint is that the woman at the self check out was watching us extremely closely, it honestly made us a bit uncomfortable. The woman checking receipts was kind, though.

I had my handicapped hanging on my RM & was given a ticket what a mess and still fined a percentage and the time it took on hold ! In conversation and had to show proof of income .poor security every woman man for themselves in that parking lot ! But then agan a customer came in ur store brandishing a gun against rival . Its just a bad Omen about that store .

Why only 2 stars, they're ripping off the consumer, by not matching tag amounts to the product. Total misrepresentation and fraud People wake up and use the Walmart scanner, fir every item making sure it's the right price. They're making millions of dollars from our laziness not checking and fighting to make sure that we don't get ripped off!!!

Was waiting in line for over 30 minutes since 5 PM, 5:33 pm. They come up to me and say that they’re no longer going to take any more cars. Even tho they had us switching lines and waiting they come after to tell us they won’t serve us. Honestly they was just being lazy and didn’t wanna do anymore cars even this they’re open till 7 pm

This was the worst shipping experience this year. I was waiting for 10 minutes for an employee to open a baby formula lock. Then I went to customer service for some help. Finally they opened it. Then I was told they would not give it to me, I have to wait in the line of customer service to pick it up. At least it was not expensive.

They are cheap. No, not in the "afforable" way, but in the "we can't pay employees enough money to staff the store" way. They can't do basic tasks like returns to a CC because they can't get workers to come in for pennies, so they shut down early. Manager was especially rude about it. Couldnt be bothered. Utter garbage.

I get that Walmart has decided to lock certain products. Theft has made it a necessity. Unfortunately, the process of getting what I needed was inefficient. There seemed to be only one person for multiple aisles of locked items. It was more convenient to leave and go to CVS, where what I needed wasn't locked.

My first time being to a Walmart store, it's huge!!! Many choices on everything from groceries, clothing, toys, medications, electronics and even licensed guns!!! It's a one way stop shopping for everything you need. By the way, the prices are fair and some are really cheap comparing to other supermarkets.

Today I came to buy a vacuum and the display was showing $79,00 and when I scan the vacuum it was showing $99. I requested the manager (Amanda) to resolve the problem, she definitely doesn’t know what she is doing as a manager. She gave a horrible atitude and a really bad customer service.

Auto Care department sucks ! Made me wait 2 hours to tell me they couldn’t service my tires . They could have told me that to beging with . Before charging me . Then had to wait another hour for my refund . 3 HOURS waste !!!

Clean well stocked store. Some prices seemed a bit higher for products found at our local store. Staff was interactive and friendly. Enough lanes were open to assist. Seemed as if all were self checkout.
