Short version: will come here again. The owner and an employee named Cam are incredible people and the service is fantastic. The long version: As the wife of a local small business owner, I know a thing or two about what customer expectations mean to a company and how relevant Google reviews are when searching for a place to spend hard earned money. Our family consists of 7 people plus a dog and our lovely washing machine decided to sputter for a few weeks leaving me to figure out what to do about the ginormous cotton and polyester piles screaming at me every weekend. I was desperate and embarrassed. Today I had had enough. I checked out the local laundromats and this one came up first with 5.0 stars. This one also ended up being the one I had seen on Facebook. I’ve been to laundromats throughout all stages of my life, but none of them come close to the experience I had here. No judgement, greeted with friendliness, and it was so clean!! Come to find out the owner of this location was the one who assisted me in getting my bags of laundry inside AND let me know the rest of the process. I opted to have them do same day wash, dry, and fold service. Leaving my clothes, I felt confident they would do a great job (spoiler alert- they did). I ended up coming back quite a bit early and the folding wasn’t done (remember there were multiple large bags). No worries for me. I was assisted by a gentleman named Cam who was so respectful and nice to talk to and extremely helpful. Between him and the owner, if our machine ever breaks down again I know where to go. My clothes look great and I didn’t have to do much except drop them off and pick them up. Oh, and even if you stay and choose to hang out, the cable plays awesome movies and did I mention how clean it is? If I could, I’d give this place and employees 10 stars. Congratulations for making it to the end of my review. Now you know where to go next time you need a laundromat.

I would say this is the best laundromat experience I've ever had. The place is spotless from the laundry area to the bathroom. Wendy, who works there is always a pleasure to deal with. She gave me a full rundown of how the machines work and is always walking around cleaning to keep the place tidy. I recently tried the laundry drop off service with her and all my clothes were returned to me clean and very well folded, I would definitely recommend that service as well. The machines are all brand new and high end. They have some huge machines which is great for me as I don't normally separate colors, so I can just do one massive load. Lastly, the wifi there is excellent I always bring my laptop to get stuff done and its actually faster than my home internet. Overall this place is excellent.

Front attendant was very friendly and helpful. There is also a full time attendant for cleaning facility. Entire store/machines/restrooms are very clean. We used the largest washer and it is $7.00 per load (large blankets are no issues), and the largest dryer was $.25 per 10 minutes (we spent $1.25). There was also a sign if you are in a rush, they will do laundry for you...not sure what the cost would be, but nice to have that as an option. I have been using laundromats for over 30 years and this is hands down the nicest one I have ever seen. The owner put some thought in this establishment...keep this business plan and I predict you will be very successful!!

Holy moly this is the cleanest and most well kept laundromat I've ever been in. The electronic card you get issue is new to me, as I've always used quarters, but it's super convenient as you buy dryers in 6 minute increments. The card is slightly slow to read when you add time, but at this point I'm just grasping for something to be negative about. The place even smells clean. The woman working here was very helpful when she saw me walk in and look confused on how to start. She pointed me to the card machine and helped me through it. 5 stars service, cleanliness and ease of use.

I haven’t been to a laundromat since I was 6, but with my apartment washer being broken the last 3 weeks I decided it was time to get some laundry done and happened to find this place. Amazing experience even though I walked in with not a clue of where to start! The attendant was great. I didn’t catch her name, but she had long brown/blonde hair and a dog named Cassie. She walked me through how much I should preload the card with for the amount of laundry I brought and which machine I should use/how to use it.

Worst place to come wash your clothes every time day or night their is always something up with these machines either not enough soap or too much clothes with this dirty water in my clothes and having too smell dirty laundry still is horrible I don't recommend anyone to use this place they just want your money they always tell me only fill halfway really for $2.75 a washer it better take more clothes I'm out of here I'll never come back. Don't come here unless you want to get taken for your.

I must be honest, l was NOT looking forward to having to launder 12 heavy moving blankets from past experiences at Laundry Mats. I Googled for the nearest location to me. I was led to WavMAX Laundry. I was welcomed by a smiling face and the MOST helpful attendant by the name of Missy. She was soooo very helpful to me. Also, very attentive to making sure the machines were clean and ready for the next use. This place is highly recommended. Keep up the good work

This laundromat was a breath of fresh air! I stopped in to have a bunch of clothes washed and folded. They said 2 hours. I was around the corner at about an hour and 20 mins and decided to check in .. my clothes were done. Not only were they clean but they smelled great .. they put every shirt on a hanger and all my dress pants as well. I asked to have my jeans folded and sure enough they were .. friendly service, clean facility, quick service .. i was obviously pretty impressed

Probably the cleanest and best kept laundromat that I've ever been too! While it can get pretty busy here in the peak times, it's a breeze to wash lots of laundry when it's quiet. Machines, floors, and surfaces are always clean. The attendant is always walking around and tidying up and since they are so attentive, I feel comfortable leaving my clothes there while I run quick errands in the neighborhood. I won't go to any other laundromat and am so happy I found this place.

Passing thru San Antonio and stopped to do laundry here. They have a ridiculous system setup purely for their benefit. Instead of coin operated machines they have a card system that you load cash onto. Yeah cool no quarters but now the money left on the card stays there as they don't refund you the balance. PLUS THEY CHARGE YOU $1 FOR THE CARD! Just kinda sleazy and I feel like as someone who is passing thru I was taken advantage of. The place was clean.

Hello there, just wanted to say that I stopped by this morning without having any knowledge about this place, and Cam provided me with an excellent tour along with lots of guidance in using these new machines, as this was my first time being here. I almost walked away, but with Cam’s help, he made it so easy and I stayed. I have to emphasize that this location has a tremendous, and valuable asset here. So impressed by this place! The cleanest laundry washing facility that I have ever been to. The staff was amazing, helpful. As a busy single parent laundry backs up quickly and was a little embarrassed to drop of almost 40# of laundry for same day wash and fold at 9am on a Monday morning— not only was my order ready early it was folded neatly and separated with hangables on hangers!!! Best price in town for the wash and fold service— highly recommend!

Ok, yeah they do have a very clean Laundry room but I gave them three (3) chances to wash, dry and fold my clothes for my and each time a few of my clothes items were missing. Like my Polo hoody and my Nikke Sports wear. It's like they pick out the most expensive things to take or lose. Naw man the truth is like all things there's the good the bad and the ugly, don't be fooled by the good looks of the place and remember, looks can be deceiving

Very impressed and happy with this place good prices great quality and fast washers and driers and i like the card system i can do my whole load in one machine and quickly. Plenty of places to sit and even nice music and snacks my only complaint is the seating is kinda hard/uncomfortable but thats no big deal very clean and nice staff overall i highly recommend! Also the wash and fold is very convenient done well and fairly priced.

This laundromat is very nice, this was actually our 3rd stop when we were trying to find a place to wash our clothes and we've been going back ever since. The biggest washers they have hold 9 loads and are $7.50 and the dryers are 25¢ for 6 minutes so its pretty affordable plus they keep the location as clean as they can. I would recommend going early morning just cause usually not many people are there at that time.

The Laundry Mat was clean, machines look new and functioned well. The Attendant was very friendly and helpful. The machines use cards so I didn't have to carry and deal with all those quarters. NO PANHANDLERS were present on the premises and only customers were allowed on the premises and had use of the bathrooms. Laundry supplies were available at a reasonable costs in case one runs out or forgot to bring them.

I cannot even say enough good things about this place. It was clean, well lit, and the employee was so welcoming, attentive and soooooo helpful. It kills me that I can't remember her name right now but man she was a welcome shinning star. It's such a toss up because I feel like I want to keep this paradise to myself but at the same time I want it to succeed so I'm putting my word out there.

Used to be a clean place, floors sticky, had to leave a pair of underwear in the floor when it fell from the washer cause it was so filthy. Never will come back because it’s not clean on tables and layers of dust on top of machines. Had five dollars left on merchant card so I kept redeeming on dryer because of merchant scam system- u lose what u don’t use (on card).

Very nice and clean laundry mat, the staff member Missy was super helpful and kind and there is always a staff member on site to help out. Their card system worked flawlessly. They have a bill changer if you bring cash, it broke my $20 into 3 $5's and 5 $1's, so you can choose what you want to load on it. All the machines where working as well.

I have been using their wash and fold service during my move to San Antonio. It is very reasonably priced and super convenient. The customer service is on point and they always get my laundry done sooner than needed. It makes my weekend much easier to drop my clothes off early Saturday and pick up any time Sunday. Thank you all so much!

I love the management and the cleanliness! You can leave your clothes without worrying about anyone stealing them! Theres actually a service that allows you to leave your clothes to be washed by the employees! Love it! Downside is the big industrial washers are 5.50 a wash and the big dryers are 25cents per 6 mins!!!

Washer broke and was dreading having to use a laundry mat but this place is amazing. Extremely clean and the staff is very helpful. Within seconds of walking in the staff greeted me and were explaining how to load a card with funds and how to use the machines. Thank you for such great customer service!

Wave Max Laundry is a massive laundry mat! They have plenty of space and it's extremely clean! They also have a service that can wash and fold the clothes for you, which has really come in handy since sometimes the chores can get overwhelming to do. The workers are also extremely nice and helpful!

Was so happy to see this new Laundry place. It's new, clean and what I like most about it is there is someone there to help. The other one in the area is nasty and I wouldn't go there by myself. This new one was so needed and hope the customers appreciate it. It has large washers and dryers too!

Ok this is the second time I used the wash drop off the young man was quite friendly and professional but whenI got my clothes home and saw that my dresses and long gowns were folded and not on hangers I was not happy common since should have kicked ! in no one puts dresses in draws

I had tons of laundry to do and because they were all comforters and rugs I had to go to a Landry mat. Wow I save this on line and this is the best and cleanest I’ve ever seen in SA!! The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. Come down and do your laundry in peace!

First time ever to this laundromat and I must say it is the BEST! Very clean and the machines actually work! The attendant was very helpful and showed me how to use the washers. Was able to do all my laundry in very little time! Will definitely coming back if needed!

They washers and dryers are great - Electrolux brand - and have a variety of machine sizes. I had 2 King size comforters which easily fit in one of their largest washers and dryers. The facilities were very clean and the attendant was friendly and helpful!

WaveMAX Laundry was nice and clean! The staff was exceptional! They greeted me when I walked in helped me figure out how things worked more than once and told me thank you when I left. I will return there whenever I need to use a larger washer and dryer.

This is one of the best washing places I've been to while being here in San Antonio. THE Staff is very helpful and so nice. They keep everything clean and sanitized.The prices are very good also. I'd recommend this if you are looking for a place to wash.

Extraordinary service from a professional and friendly staff. The store was spotless and well organized. I utilized their wash-dry-fold service. It couldn't have been done any better, and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely be back.

The parking lot is super dark but the place is relatively clean. There is an attendant on duty all day n night and other than that it's a laundry place. All the machines go round and round round and rounds, the suds in the soap go pop pop pop

With the amount of machines they have, there is never a problem getting one I need to do the job. My only complaint is it's too Hot in there. Who would design a Laundromat Store front full of widow/glass, Especially when you get 85% sun All

I love this laundromat. The washers are new, efficient and fast. The place is very clean. The washers and driers are operated with a prepaid card that you can reload on the site. The staff is very friendly and hardworking. I love this place.

Friendly staff and they have big machines that do multiple loads at once! Dryers are only .25 cents for every 5 minutes and a washer for a five load washer was $5. Great place to go if you need to use a laundromat

Super clean, safe, and with air conditioning:) The attendant was super polite and helpful in showing me how to get a card and placing detergent in washer. If I have large bed covers to wash and dry I will return.

Busy place but I didn't have any problems finding machines. The parking is the worst tho. They really need to fill in those pot holes and restripe it. Maybe then people won't take up 2 spaces for 1 vehicle.

Nice and clean place..but I didn't like the card thing so having to pay for a card to then put extra money and use card instead of coin Just wasn't for me. Won't go again. Plus machines are more expensive

I visit Wave Max to wash my huge blankets. I have always had great experience here. Clean every time and never had issues with the machines. There’s always a staff member here to assist if needed.

Took three "mink" blankets from Korea to be washed. This place has extra large washers and dryers that made it quick and painless. The guy working was extremely helpful and nice. I will be back!

Best laundromat ever! Super clean and the workers here are very friendly and helpful, they accept credit/debit which is a huge plus than having to dig for quarters. Highly recommend this place

I love this place when I have to go to the laundry mat. They have snacks and everything lol. The only thing I would add is more of the huge washing machines. Very well lit and nice and clean.

Attendent was a little rude. We got there at 855 pm. She kept saying we close at 10pm not 10:15 so basically hurry up. I didn't feel welcomed at all. First time there experience was horrible

Excellent customer service and exceptionally clean place. Sanitizer available and staff cleaning after every use. Highly recommend doing your laundry here. You are in and out within an hour.

Really clean. Everything is new. Easy to use pay system with bill changer turns big bills to ones. Has snacks for sale and a restroom also an atm.

Came here to do what I thought was 4 loads. Ended up getting it all done in 2 loads in 1 hour. Easy convenient and the staff is extremely helpful.
