When we applied for our rental we stated 6 months though were forced into 12 months. We were ensured breaking lease if ever needed was a simple task. Though that is far from the truth. We gave a month notice though the property wasn't advertised until we vacated, which the same photos were used. We advised that we were in financial hardship due to a family member dying and needing to attend the funeral interstate and not being able to work. As well as the reason for moving was to help ageing family members. There was absolutely no compassion from Shaun and proceeded to call me a few hours after the passing of said family member, which is inappropriate. There is no reason the property couldn't have been on the market when we advised and inspections have taken place whilst we were on premises. The only communication they stated was they 'technically don't have to'. We have now lost over $2000, for what? We are in a rental crisis, new tenants could have moved in days later. Which would have been helpful not only to us but the new tenants. Though instead it seems real estate agents love a power trip.

We moved our the management of our investment property over to We Connect a few years ago after a horrendous experience with another agent. Since then we haven't looked back. Natalie, Haley and Vashti have been a godsend to us. They have managed our property for us and now have managed its sale. Through our tenancy we had the most delightful experience Shaun and the team at We Connect Property. Agents were always prompt for routine inspections and happy to discuss any concerns. Wasn't happy with process. Natalie can come across as arrogant. Definitely gets back up when you ask questions about expectations. Nice at the initial beginning but definitely felt it was just for a sale and end sale price could have been marketed better compared to how other agents were advertising. Update: I left a review, you don't need to investigate because of a review you can't connect to a sale and you don't like what's been said. I've noticed it's thank you for good feedback, defensive of people who are not happy. Yes there was a sale, on the verge of changing agents and the house sells for a lower price. Why would I touch base when initial responses were already rude (in my opinion). Just a company I wouldn't use ever or recommend. Each to their own.

Shaun & Kate sourced a tenant & managed a rental property for me over the last year.
