It's a beautiful library on the inside. The Branch Manager Dewana was not helpful or resourceful, and the office was so very unkempt & cluttered. Those points contributed to difficulty in accessing the library's resources. What a waste due to mismanagement.

Great helpful staff at the front desk and clean library. The librarian (older fragile lady with mask) is always giving someone a hard time. She is very passive aggressive when she’s out of her office so it’s best to ask another employee for help.

This is a clean, well-lit, friendly library with a good number of computers for patrons to use. It's easy to find street parking ( I was able to park right in front). They have a LOT of mass market fiction from authors that crank out a lot

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The environment is calm and quiet. The whole library is clean. They have a cleaning service that helps keep it clean. They also have a good selection of books.

West pullman is way better than pullman, Ms,henderson the child librarian is awesome,.. she so kind,, this is alot dif than the pullman location. Please stick to West Pullman, i love it there.

Library Clerk told me that "that this is a All Black Library", "No white people allowed". This was on 119th and Halsted Ave.
