The place is nice of you get a decent room But if you didnt check your room before you get it you're in big trouble. Here are the checklists when you're getting a room Drawers of cupboard and table sometimes they are broken Toilet if the cover is closed open and see it Refrigerator Water speed in toilets and shower room They are trying to fix water problems since ages and they cut the water supply almost twice a week 'Check the speed of the fan' They installed a new fan but didn't connect the circuit properly And they don't want to solve it they think it is a new fan and problem is solved. So never count on them for technical things. I had a issue the technical guys here don't know much of the stuff. They are very poor in terms of electrical knowledge Check the storage cabinets aswell Resident assistants and office staff are amazing Available round the clock thats the only good thing Will be great of you get a good room. Get your own tissues!!!!! But the rents are pretty cheap around campus You can find them in websites like Flatmate Gumtree Domain I would recomoned that

I’d suggest an alternative for anyone considering living here! Staff were reasonable, but accommodation was not the best. I lived in a small studio which was dated, full of marks and stains on the floor and walls, it had a horrible stained mattress which as like sleeping on concrete. It also had water damages walls in the bathroom and mould in the bathroom cupboard which had started spreading to everything else. Food would go mouldy in a matter of days after opening or being cooked. When I reported this issue, it was never fixed and I was told by maintenance that it was because I had the place closed up and it needed to be ventilated regularly. I was also told that the water damaged walls in the bathroom was because of a pipe that broke a few months before I moved in. Recently I have moved out. It took 6 weeks to get my deposit back, when I started calling to follow up on where it was I was told different things on every phone call. I would SERIOUSLY consider an alternative rather the CLV and I would NEVER live there again or recommend to anyone!

Excellent value and perfectly comfortable for our family of 5. The facilities were clean and well presented and the staff were super attentive. I don't know if we stayed at an unusually quiet time, but we didn't have any issues with noise or other disturbances - in fact, the location was close enough to be exceptionally convenient to where we needed to go (including a short walk to shops and restaurants), but away from "civilisation" enough to be remarkably peaceful. Great paths for walking, etc. Considering that the cheapest hotel in the area was nearly twice the price but without the convenience of a full kitchen, two bathrooms, separate bedrooms and onsite laundry, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much! :)

Apart from ease of location the apartments in western Sydney University village were extremely suitable for our requirements for 8 people. It was basic accommodation but clean and well set out with everything required in the apartments. Towels were excellent, kitchen clean and well equipped. 2 bathrooms with 5 bedrooms very convenient. Parking excellent. Staff very helpful. Part of our party were extremely late arriving due to flight delays but staff excellent. Only comments - bit difficult to find if you don't know the area a little. GPS no use. Only other comment - beds need better pillows and an extra blanket would have been great. Thanks WSU - would recommend this place.

We flew down to Sydney from Maroochydore in Queensland and stayed at Penrith. The Apartment was suitable for what we required for the 4 people, it was a bit difficult to find. It had 2 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. a good layout/set up and the price was really good and within our budget, the only complaint i had was that the cleaners or cleaning contractor had not cleaned to any of the rooms and apartment prior to our stay. no toilet paper, hand towels in the bathrooms and all the dishes and knives, forks, spoons etc were dirty and a lot of plates, bowls, cups and things were missing,. Other than that it met our requirements for the time we were staying at Penrith.

Well designed walkable layout of the campus, impressive modern technological facilities available such as the CIE, excellent library with a diverse coverage, friendly laboratory technicians and teaching staff, extensive parking available, I'd only question the location of the campus as it's a far travel for both majority of the teaching staff and students, additionally, the public transportation access is average given the positioning on the greater network and frequency of services in conjunction with timetable alignment of the university bus.

UNI STUEDNTS BEWARE this university will charge you for units on your HELP/HECS debt that you never even enrolled for and will ignored all complaints. They abuse the trust of students and the tax office and should be brought to justice. They also don't follow several legal protocols advised under the University Act 2003 DON'T GO HERE. If you do make and have a HELP/HECS debt make sure you check that every unit you are being charged for you have actually enrolled and attended as they charge 1k+ for each unit. BEWARE

Be aware they are private company. They do not have anything to do with the university. They are rude. They are money hungry. They do not understand, they are ghosts and invisible. They are just terrible. Keep awy and be safe. They do not understand respect and they are scary like halloween witchs. Hate this place and their staffs. I wonder why university let them to run without any management and dal with studnts. Why Google is askng me to give them star? They don't even deserve my comment.

I had 10 students, 5 each staying in 5-bedroom apartments. They all loved it and said if we go back in two years for another competition (a distinct possibility for many of them) they would like to stay there again! The full-kitchen, two bathrooms, and spacious living room were just what we wanted. It was much better than a hotel (and much cheaper too)!

Absolutely pathetic. The whole place is slightly untidy but what makes it awful is the new management people. Disrespectful, greedy staff. They will charge you double for everything. They won't hear anything you have to say by saying "they're busy". I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO LIVE HERE. Save your money and go live somewhere in Penrith.

  • Samantha Clark

Great University campus, very well maintained. The tree out the front of the uni are beautiful year round, with pink blossoms in spring, bright green leaves in summer, and red and golden hues in autumn. Food can get quite expensive on campus, but they have microwaves where you can heat food up. My home campus but also my favourite.

  • Sheree Cohen-Tjung

I go to Hillsong church at the uni. Church is awesome. I love my church. Our services meet at 9 and 11 am and 6:00 pm. During the week is Sisterhood and also Connect Meetings at various places. Presently our church appears to have more than 1000 people attending on Sundays. See you there!

No one informed me part of Tafe is closed off at the disabled car park entry and I walked around aimlessly for ages looking for an elevator, only to be told it was out of order, so I had no choice and was forced to climb 2 sets of rather steep metal stairs.

  • Rebecca Murphy

Nice quiet, affordable and clean place to stay when I'm umpiring netball at Jamison Park. I catch public transport there because they charge you parking. It's quite a way to the village but that's why it's quiet. I packed my own food from home.

  • Darya Darya

Awful, The new management is terrible. The rules and regulations are not obeyed based on the written contract. Avoid this place. It is also a private accommodation and you are not secured by the University .

  • Keegan Davey

greedy, rude, no privacy, no rights as an occupant and completely incompetent, wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Felt like I was on house arrest the entire time with their curphews and restrictive rules.

  • Kathlyn Gameau

Had everything I needed, clean room and facilities. Only thing missing was a tea towel although there was a dish trainer

2 stars just for what it was before the downfall. Was really good when I moved there in 2014. Helpful staff but their management went from the best to the worst. Would never recommend it anymore.

  • Earth to Rosita

I absolutely adore this university. Great staff, amazing facilities, great educators most of which truly care about their students. Would be great, however, if the parking prices were reduced.

  • Tariqul Nayeem Rafsan

Worst management I've ever dealt with. Will penalised for just about anything they can think of. Rent is way too high compared to the size of the rooms and other facilities.

  • Rowan Berry

Great uni. Plenty of parking. Wide variety of courses. Some lecturers show extreme favoritism, but you would get that anywhere. They are still helpful though

  • Thomas Edmondson

New management (CLV) were awful. So many limitations when I lived there and then when I moved off instead of sending letters to return they threw them out.

  • Paul Hamilton

Nice campus, the entire campus has been redone and is very upmarket. There is also a shuttle to the train station, or about a 25 minute walk.

  • Mark Minnis

It's a nice campus, lots of construction at the moment. Coffee isn't great. Library is great, but beanbags need replacing.

  • J J

I find it to have better parking than Parramatta. Campbelltown may have more parking but their library is average.

  • Mike Sidhom

Amazing university. Top of the line facilities and everything is clean and up to date. Highly recommend !

  • Scott Pendlebury
