I go to Westfield to shop from the chemist, Sammy Florist ( he has beautiful flowers and makes magnificent bouquets) who I've known for years. I also stumbled on Purpink who have beautiful household items. I bought beautiful water bottles with inspirational messages that actually inspired me to drink my first 2 litres of water in one day! Thank you Joyce for ordering them for me.... You are a such an asset to Purpink!

Whenever you have a Quickmart inside a mall you're always guaranteed of good service! The mall is well spaced with ample parking but people like scrambling for the parking right outside the supermarket which creates a bit of a traffic jam. The mall is always very clean and never crowded, the shops have friendly prices and warm customer service.

They always have very fresh vegetables, all the staff that I encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Keep it up. You might have to get rid of the parking in front of the supermarket, because it causes jam on Gitanga road and you could be losing some clients, wholook for alternative routes to avoid your area.

This mall is located at gitanga Road on a busy road. The entrance is very shabby and extremely dirty. Lots of different shops located inside and at the entrance. The floors are extremely dangerous and slippery. They are made of glossy wall tiles. I only visit for the supermarket and photocopies

Located along main road....Very clean, no Covid19 restrictions, not crowded, fare prices. Being in a multi store building, you can get everything you need be it clothing, food, all kind of drinks, health services, Forex etc both cashless and cash services available

It is a mall with several shops, mostly going there for the Quickmart. The elevator to access the roof parking is not working since at least three years.... Would be good to have it fixed, especially when you are carrying your bags all the way up..

The Malll has great & complementary amenities, from a club to a Supermarket & a world class hospital & two eateries. Recently, I went to the Nairobi hospital branch there & did not pay for parking after, I feel this was a great consideration.

Quick mart is the main attraction here. A truly convenient store operating 24/7. The resultant traffic though is not great and the parking is really not structured. You can get a salon, chemist, butchery, boutiques and a supermarket.

Very well organized. Need a face mask to enter with limited parking space. I got my safaricom line here and the process was quite seamless. Also have lots of shops, restaurants and pharmacies here serving both Kenyan and exotic food

Inadequate parking in front of the mall creates a traffic mess on the access road as most shoppers are reluctant to use the rooftop parking (a lift would help as few want to carry shopping 2 floors up) . Shops are good though.

Good place to shop for everything. The only problem I had is that, the payment point at the cashier's is small and have few check out points, thus it's sometimes crowded with shoppers waiting in line to be served.

A standard mall with all the basic amenities. The quickmart is well equipped. The liquor stores are interesting, the salon and nail spas are adequate and there is a rooftop bar that's very interesting. Try it out.

There's ample parking space and the employees there are customer friendly. It's actually very easy and convenient to shop there. It's actually a good one stop shopping center with a wide variety of commodities.

A relatively new shopping mall, not very large but has just the right mix of service providers you need daily. The flagship tenant - Quick Matt supermarket has just the right mix of goods serving 24hrs.

Only interesting for the 24/7 Quickmartt, other shops are not interesting. Parking is an issue but the roof also has parking. Building is typically Chinese built, not a single line runs straight.

Java, Naivas, Kfc some banks, atms plus many other businesses on site. Very convenient stop especially for those traveling with kids. They get quite a number of options here. Clean lavatory too.

The place is all inclusive... supermarket, restaurants, chemist, shoe shops, clothes shops, utensils shop etc.... However they can do better when it comes to the stair case...

Westfield Mall is a very clean and nice mall, with many different stores and shops. I like the layout of the mall it's very pleasing to the eye. I enjoyed shopping there.

How about you work on having a back up generator for the mall? Why do tenants pay for service charge? If they don't, ask them to do and have the basics within the mall.

Many shops that provide various items. There is a supermarket (Quickmart) for groceries, restaurants, a pharmacy/chemist. It also has rooftop parking available.

Wide range of stores and an AAR Centre. However not disability friendly to access the top floor as it only has a staircase to access the said upper floor.

They need to finish construction, a lot is unfinished e.g. Lifts, proper guard rails, finish painting the buildings. The parking lot also needs markings.

There is a beautiful Chicken wings haven here that is just amazing. Great food, Great ambiance and great service. They serve alcoholic beverages too.

Traffic always an issue. Limited parking available. If you park upfront make sure you pay the city council parking fee or you get towed.

The ambiance is lit considerately located in Lavington suburbs, but now the problem is they don't have sufficient or no parking spaces
