We went to watch Aquaman 3D. The movie theather is nice and big and I enjoyed my time there. We had some problems before we got in. My wife wanted a small container of popcorn and I did not want any but the lady told us they don't sell small ones. We noticed later that there were smaller ones in the next counter. She also brought us two containers instead of what we ordered but I had already paid and did not want to make a scene about this so I had to eat popcorn even when I did not want any. Always check what's in the bill before you pay. You never know what they include there.

The 3D movie experience in their VIP screen room is cosy and nice. Loved the sound and reclining seats as we got lost in our sci-fi movie. There was plenty of leg space behind our sitting spot and the screening room was not crowded with seats. Felt intimate. Like your in a room with good buddies all around. It gets packed over the weekend so it's good to book your movie in good time. Oh. The caramel popcorn is really tasty. Lots of sugar . So get some .

The Westgate Cinema is quite a vibe. Its packed most times with people of all races. Service is a bit slow because of the large audience and cinephiles. The VIP Lounge is intimate for movie viewing. It has reclining seats as well. The sound is nice but could be better. An Atmos system would suffice. 3D experience? IMAX still wins on that. Actually haven't yet found a better 3D experience than IMAX. Oh I should add that they don't pick up calls.

The movie manager asked me to pay twice for my tickets because their PDQ machine was not working correctly - despite me showing them the message from my bank saying the payment got approved. They promised to proceed with the reimbursement the day after, and three days after I am still waiing to be reimbursed. We also missed the first 10 minutes of the movie while they were trying to solve the problem on their machine. Very unprofessional

The redone cinema space is great! Comfortable seats. Great variety of snacks and drinks to choose from. The AC seemed to have been on 'Max' during the movie so I'd recommend you carry a sweater or a cover up to keep warm if you get cold easily. The only con was the ticketing service was considerably slow but then again we went to watch a movie during Indian festival week; so maybe they were overwhelmed by the numbers‍♀️.

I went to see a 2D movie recently and had a wonderful time. It's great to be able to go to the movies again after that long global hiatus. Amazing some of the things that we take for granted. The picture and sound quality was good. The theatre wasn't crowded so there was plenty of choice on seating while still maintaining social distancing. The facilities were clean and in good condition. Nothing to complain about.

Westgate cinema offers a wide range of movies from both Hollywood and Bollywood they have all latest movies running and are very professional compared to the anga theatre in diamond plaza 2. They also have late night and morning shoes and ladies shows on Wednesday and they offer movies at an affordable rate hence the experience is amazing at a cheap price.

Always loved Westgate even way before the incident, good cinema definitely no. 1 on my list. Clean. Good place to bring your kids. Accessible parking for wheelchair and even entrances. For the gamers also it's a place for them the only problem is that they are out of date on the types of controllers and stuff like that. Overall, a good mall

Westgate Cinema is a nice place to watch movies. I had a great time, and the place is spacious enough to just chilly as you wait for movies, something that most cinemas don't have. I watched The Multiverse of Madness, and it was affordable compared to other cinemas. It's a place I'd love watching movies at, again and again.

The Cinema shows good movies. The non VIP theatre seats are all broken and need to be fixed. The carpets smell of dropped cola drinks. The only elevator for disabled guest some time does not work and can get stalled in the middle. This is a huge issue as people on wheelchair can get stuck if the elevator does not work.

Usually flooded by diverse groups of people. Teens,kids and adults. My movie experience at westage cinema was all that I expected. I didn't experience any difficulties. You can pay via mpesa, cash or credit card. Snacks are available. Plenty of waiting bay area. Washrooms are spacious and plenty. Generally A1.

There's a separate ticket desk but remember, if you're buying snacks, you can get your tickets from the concession stand at the same time. It's a life saver when the lines are particularly long. Theatre can get chilly, so if you're with a young one or if you're a person who gets colder easily, pack a sweater!

Multiple Screening Rooms and Easy Online Booking Experience. Try to get there ahead of time if you want to order snacks before the movie as there are relatively long lines. Even if you don't manage to do that, you can make the order through your phone during the movie. Morning screenings tend to be cheaper.

This was our first trip to a theater in Nairobi. It was what I expected. Fairly good priced tickets and food. The theater itself was average. The sound didnt fit well with the movie so that made it hard to follow the movie. Average experience, average food, good prices.

Best cinema , may cost 50-100 lsh more than rest but the experience is better than others. But what forced me for 4 stars is thatvthey dont give complete chocolate popcoen they give mix of them. Yes the food stuff is very very expensive 400 ksh for simple popcorn.

The best time to go for a movie is late at night. It was beautiful (less crowds all over the mall). Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures. But the Cinema was sure packed because Wakanda was showing. The price for the 2D view was about Kes. 700.

Very slow and terrible customer service. The gentleman who issued the tickets had us feeling like we were bothering him by us asking which seats were empty...etc. The line to get the snacks was soo long that people opted to leave midway .

The 3D experience was rather good, to say the least. The place was cozy, but quite squeezed. The lines were actually long and quite annoying considering that it was 9pm. Good customer service. Tickets were fairly priced so I'd recommend.

Great cinema experience, watched Shang Chi in 3D, excellent sound and visuals. They had various snacks for sale to enjoy while watching the movie and the toilets, though Limited in number for a 6 hall movie place, were absolutely clean.

The place is easy to locate once inside Westgate mall. Conveniently located near the kids club playing area.. Popcorn is quite expensive compared to other cinemas Kids enjoyed the enchanto movie..spacious and well ventilated

Westgate cinema is clean and well maintained. The attendants and assistants are always ready and willing to answer your questions. We went for a 3D morning show and were pleased with the quality and welcome at that hour.

Timely premiers and everything you'd want out of a movie-going experience. Overall a really good time. However get there a little early as the counters are a little understaffed, and carry a sweater, it can get nippy.

The sound is good and serves to validate the extra charge. Slightly more expensive than Junction but worth it. Westgate mall remains as confusing as ever but it's nice for date night. Watch a movie and grab a coffee.

Thou the theater was nearly empty for 2 reasons one was of Sunday morning and secondly was Indian movie without any action scenes. And the story and it's concept was deep and rather philosophical.

Huge queues, and then you’re finally coming to a cashier, they don’t even have caramel popcorn. Also, queues for people who want to buy ticket and for people buying snacks should not be combined.

Not fully state of the art but it gets the job done. The service is good and pricing is OK. The seating is very comfortable and offers good space. One of my favorites places to watch a. Movie.

Great theatre,very comfortable .If you plan to go there on a weekend, ensure you get there early to buy your tickets the queue is usually long and you might lose a few minutes of your movie

I find the cinema too small, you can hear the other movies going on in the cinema halls next to you... they need to work on their sound proofing. They have great caramel popcorn though!

Things to note about the movie theatre, it's not 3D, not Dolby Atmos, and...the VIP cinema has very few non- Indian movies screening in the evening. Otherwise, not a bad experience.

The theater was a bit small, but since not to many people attend, its OK. The popcorn is fresh but they need to have a with butter option. Sound and picture were good quality.

Fancy set up, modern and inviting if you compare with town setups! Perhaps more spacing in the seats would've helped with getting your toes not stepped on... Wear good shoes!

The experience was nice. One con was the aisle being only on one side which forces you to make your way along the row if your seat is at the far end.

It's a great place. There is a play area for kids, food courts, Cinema and shopping areas. It's not so crowded so that's a great thing.
