Full range of clothing sizes. Boots, not so much. I bought some nice raingear for work, had a pleasant experience, and wanted to go back to replace my aging beat-up steeltoes with composites. I was treated cordially but for every boot I chose, the worker was obliged to come back and tell me: "Sorry, the smallest size we carry is men's 8". Men's 7 corresponds to women's size 9, the most common size in NA. I must conclude that it's just not feasible for them to carry work boots in women's sizes and that's both sad and frustrating. I wanted to give them money. Also, I wanted a pair of boots. I guess we're both unhappy with the interaction. EDIT: Thanks folks. It was a soggy day at work with more on the way and I was in dire straits, so I stopped by on the way home. A rubber waterproof steeltoe/composite boot, in men's 7 or women's 9? I was brought out three options, tried them on, and walked out with my fave on my feet. I'm so glad that I can count on dry feet for the rest of the winter and glad for staff that could sift through options and help me find something that worked well. That was a tricky thing that I had to get before tomorrow, and I did. Thanks for that.

Where do I begin? Quite simple. I just recently experienced exemplary customer service at this store. I’ve been in the customer service industry for many years in many different capacities and various vocations, so I’ve experienced the full spectrum from good to bad. I could go into much more detail about this positive experience, but it would be even far more long-winded than I’m already going to be in this review .. Bottom line is Stephanie is competent, knowledgeable, and extremely professional, and seems to me inevitable she will be moving up in the ranks, and justifiably so. Also, I understand why Jeremy is in management. Trust me when I state here, they were attentive to detail, and they went above and beyond for me when they didn’t have to. Great employees always start with great ownership/-management, and that is resounding and reflected with clarity at this store. I will be shopping here for any of my workwear needs from here on, no matter where I reside locally, and I recommend any of you reading this review do the same. ..

Staff are super helpful. Changing rooms available. Has a half door that goes from about 1 1/2 ft off the ground to shoulder height. Lots of sizes, brands options and price points. Been going to whistle workwear for years. Service has been consistent and great. The people here know their stuff. From boots to rain gear. Aisles can be a bit narrow. Wasn't a problem as other customers were polite if I needed to pass by. While most of the options are sized for 'mens' bodies, they do their best to stock for women's too. Been going to W.W. for at least 15 years, back before when I was my AMAB self. Was a bit nervous going in looking different. Wasn't a problem at this store. A customer was a customer. I really appreciated it. Happy to keep getting my rain gear, workwear and boots here. When asking the staff for help, they were respectful, kind and helpful. Helping me figure out what worked and what didn't. LGBTQIA friendly.

I bought a pair of Keen boots here for something like $165... 5 months later they started splitting behind the steel toe. When I brought them in to see if they would be covered by warranty I was told that I was beyond the 6 month period by a few days so I was out of luck (even though they had been split out for some time by the time I got around to trying to return them.) Eventually I went to Outdoor Outfitters looking for somethng other than Keen but out of curiousity asked how long the warranty on Keens was for.... One Year! Whistlework just has there own shorter warranty... they could have at least told me to go to the Keen website where they will stand behind their boots (listed by the way at $150 online.) Whistle Workwear is over priced and doesnt stand behind their products Outdoor Outfitters is just up the street

Whistle Workwear was amazing as usual!! My husband and I found great deals on work pants for him and got a couple pairs and he was also in need of a new waterproof hooded lightweight jacket. We werent able to find exactly what we were looking for with that (but only because my husband is soo picky, NOT because of Whistle Workwear!) But we did find something that would work! I honestly thought they would be too expensive amd I'd have to go somewhere else, but I was WRONG! Great deals and people! Thanks!

I was extremely impressed with this store! Very well organized and the workers were helpful and knew where things were and how to help me. Especially impressed that they had a pretty good female selection—that is tough to find for their stock types! I was trying to get composite toed shoes rather than steel toed and they had good options for all shoe types. Also ended up leaving with a Carhartt flannel because they had such a nice display.

Great selection of men's work boots. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I tried on at least 5 pairs of boots and the staff was very accommodating. Also I had to exchange sizes after one day of wearing the boots I had purchased and did not receive any hassle. Only criticism is that the do not have a large selection of women's boots. Otherwise I'd recommend the store to anyone looking for work gear.

Bought a rain jacket in puyallup, work supplies rain gear, went to return jacket, wouldn't refund actual amount because taxes are different in the two cities. Dumbest thing I've ever heard. I've purchased stuff in Washington and returned them in oregon. They gave me what I paid including taxes back. I call BS. Never going back and not recommending to any of my union brothers.

  • Jason Emm

The gentleman who helped me fund the right work boots was very professional and accommodating. I must have tried on 15 diffrent boots and he didn't hesitate at all. Kept a possitive attitude although I'm sure he wasn't happy he had to go back and forth as well as put all those boots back. Thank you for helping Me find the best boots ive ever had.

  • Miranda Witherspoon

I've always received excellent customer service (whether asking about the best allweather wear or steel toed boots) when I visit and today was no different! I had misplaced a receipt I needed for my accounting department, I called and Jeremy was such a huge help! I was already and happy customer but today I became a loyal customer for life!

The best place to buy work clothes and boots. I have bought myself and all my employees here for 3 years. The best prices for high quality boots. Customer Service is on point. They seem to have free random stuff when you buy boots over $100. I just got a free Timberland flask with the boots I got today. I normally get free heavy duty socks.

  • Julia Marquand

Nice big shop, but women’s selection is straight up embarrassing. They literally had 2 warm jackets in the same style in the women’s section, the men’s section had an entire wall, well over 100 jackets. Women are 17% of construction in this state and and 36% of flaggers, there is no excuse for this. Staff was nice though.

I think this store in the SODO/Georgetown area of Seattle is the newest store in the chain. It was well stocked, considering it was right after Christmas. As has been my experience with Whistle Workwear the staff is knowledgeable, and polite, providing good customer service. The fact they do alterations is a big plus too

  • Stacy Stones

Excellent customer service! I went here today, and I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome when I walked in the door. The person working in shoes was very friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions and getting me what I needed. The store looked great too.

  • Washington Stadunks

Everything for the outdoor enthusiast and hard working man or woman. Carhartt, Dickies grundens and more. Outfit top name brands from head to toe, for men women and kids. Lunch bags, purses Stanley thermos bottles, it was awesome! Like a grown up candy store for clothes!

Don't go here. The will not honor Keene boot warenty. My boots less then 60 days old less weekends the have failed poor materials and workmanship. The store manager was harrassin and pretty much a Punk. Don't go here they are a rip off operation.

  • Bonnie Jean Cacek

  • Timothy Anderson

Outstanding service, I came in and tried figuring out the best insole for my boots on my own and failed of course, however I was immediately guided in the right direction by a great employee. Great customer service will keep me coming back!

  • Chris Brenan

Stopped in for first time to buy some work boots. Bought Timberlands I wanted at a competitive price. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Prices I saw on Carhartt pants looked good too. Would absolutely go again if I was close enough.

I came in to the store Monday afternoon after getting off work in serch of boots and they had exactly what I wanted. A young lady by the name Agustina helped me she had excellent communication skills , real patient , great helper.

  • C S

Relatively good selection, but spent several minutes wandering the store to determine they didn't have what I was looking for, while only 1 of 3 staff on duty were attending to customers. The other two studiously avoided contact.

  • Charles Oslakovic

I love the store and the products. However the lady that work with me did not know one thing about customer service. I had to interrupt your conversation with friends to get the size shoes I needed. It's all good though.

  • JackieG

Great customer service. Although we got there within 30 minutes of closing, they didn't seem pushy to get us out. They were helpful in getting the sizes we needed and were still pleasant about it. Definitely recommend!

  • Sea Coast

Service was great, selection was pretty good. I think I’ve found a reliable place to get socks that are actually my size. 12-13. They did not have many boots in my size but I did find a pair I love.
