Too good enjoyed alot . Sunset view is superb.Witton Lake is a picturesque lake located in the north of Birmingham, UK. As a large language model, I cannot personally visit the location, but I can provide a general review based on information available online. Witton Lake is a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts, especially those interested in walking, running, or cycling. The lake is surrounded by a well-maintained, flat path, making it ideal for a leisurely stroll or jog. The path also provides a perfect opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery and wildlife that surrounds the lake. The lake itself is relatively large, and the water is generally clean and clear. Anglers will find that the lake is well-stocked with a variety of fish, making it an excellent spot for a day of fishing. In addition to its natural beauty, Witton Lake also has several amenities for visitors to enjoy. There is a small cafe located near the lake, which serves a range of snacks and drinks, making it the perfect spot for a quick break. Additionally, there are several benches and picnic tables located around the lake, providing a place to relax and take in the views. Overall, Witton Lake is an excellent destination for anyone looking for a peaceful outdoor experience. Whether you're looking for a scenic walk, a place to fish, or a spot to enjoy a picnic, this lake has something for everyone. Its convenient location and range of amenities make it a popular destination for locals and visitors alike.

It used to be a beautiful park now it's full of rubbish and all the paths by the lakes are overgrown. The crime rate in this park is beyond a joke. If you have children and do t want them mugged, tell them not to walk through here alone. To think people in the 50s used to come to this park as a holiday break. It would have a boat house , play areas, model yachts, and many more events here. Now it's just a dive for drunks and druggies

This is my local park. It has 2 lakes, some trees, a ping pong table, benches & precious little else. Compare with Brookvale Park across the A4040 which has a play area, basketball & 5 a side court, and distance markings along the path so you know how far you have run. I'd like to see some workout equipment in Witton Lakes Park, heavy duty stuff like you see in parks in the Ukraine so anyone can come & get fit.

Lovely oasis to visit in the middle of busy roads, for strolling, sitting or running. There is a picnic area but a bit shaded in my view. The water is well maintained, some rubbish at the edge of water due to be fished out. Its quite peaceful to just sit and watch the animals. Running the lake's circumference is quite easy and the path is clean well maintained.

Beautiful place full of wonder and fun, my favourite part of the park is the man who sits on the bench shouting at the Ducks, I also like the teenage gangs and their devil dogs who prey on anyone different to them, if you think this place is bad then don't even think about visiting Brookvale Park.

Good Park with Lake and ducks ...but not one of the cleanest park in Erdington....People leave their dog poo behind not picking it up at all. You will definitely step on one if not careful while enjoying your time in park. Overall park need maintenance and cleaning.

Love it. Good for a nice strole. Eben better when the weather is nice. Even better if you are a dog owner. I'm not, but I always see dogs going on walks in this park (with owners obviously lol) I can see why as it's a nice decent, walk around the lake.

  • Mary Collins

Love this little park, which I've been coming to for 40+ years... There's always something interesting to see - the different colours of the trees, the ducks and swans and the many people and dogs passing through. Accessible and popular all year round!

  • Khalila Darrell

It is a very nice area to walk about with the family. Lots of open grass spaces plus a lake to walk around. At times the lake can look really mucky, but it does clear up. There is a table tennis table there but you will need your own racket and ball.

  • Stevo

Used to be a nice walk when it was looked after went the other day what a mess looks a bit better now you can see the lake from the bridge god knows what going to happen next if no one bothers at all I remember the good old lakes from the 1960s

Lovely lakes to go around the Evenings are a lot better less people, no disabled parking spaces the car park itself is not ideal for anyone with wheelchairs it's on a slope & driving out of carpark is a pain, Now the lake has volunteers

  • Valerie Duffy

It's a great place to walk your dog. Clean & naturally maintained. Pathways are even and in good condition for bike riders. Popular place with joggers. There are several entrances. There's seating & picnic tables. No public toilets.

Lovely to walk around here, there is always someone with a cheery 'Hello' it's just the right amount of walking to wake you up or refresh your day. The only downside are the bits of rubbish that are stuck around the waters edge

  • J K
