After working a long shift being in the medical field I thought I would order takeaway and get it delivered!!! BIGGEST MISTAKE DOING SO WITH WOKI KITCHEN!!!! I placed my order online and received the below message??? So I tried calling numerous times to no avail as I didn’t want to be ripped off I drove to the restaurant and spoke to a man who needs a lesson in customer service as he was not willing to listen. All I asked was for my order but told me I needed to repay again if I wanted the food and have to wait until next week for my original refund. He told me they do not have enough delivery drivers so they should tell me before without charging for a service they knew that couldn’t be provided. Then went on rudely to say read the terms and conditions online! I went home and did so and in the terms and conditions there was no mention of payments taken out if no delivery drivers are unavailable So I called him and mentioned this and all he could say was That he must of misread the terms and conditions? And will not provide the food. He was very rude and couldn’t care less to be honest! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Normally very good food and service but completely disregarding of a customers complaint Contacted Woki Kitchen after ordering a full family dinner - as I have done approximately twice a month for years . After picking up my food and getting home , my family started serving themselves when I noticed that the BEEF AND BLACK BEANS SAUCE, had hardly any beef in it I contacted Woki Kitchen straight away thinking that it was just a mistake and that they would offer to fix it and I was told that the chef weighs everything and that there absolutely couldn’t have been a mistake made. The manager of Woki Kitchen stated that they weren’t willing to make an exception with one customer, so obviously they aren’t accountable for the food they produce and hand out to the public Has anyone else had this experience with this restaurant? Needless to say that I will not be ordering any more food from a restaurant that holds itself higher than their customers satisfaction This time it was just about a lack of beef in a dish, next time who knows

Very disappointed with tonight's meal. Whilst it was hot and fresh, the fried rice was tasteless, the spring rolls slimy on the inside, and the portion size for the price is horrendous! My husband got pork in teriyaki sauce with veg and whilst it tasted good, the container wasn't even half full even though mine with my General Tso's chicken was completely full. He was very disappointed and left hungry when he'd finished it. Four bites for $18. Same with his calamari, such a tiny portion for the price and he said they were bland. Whilst my chicken was amazing, based on the portion size alone we most likely won't be ordering from Woki again. Over $70 for a tiny amount of food. Very sad as this order was celebrating a special occasion.

Best local Asian-Chinese/Malaysian food there is! Staff are just fantastic! Prices are good, can't go wrong! I'd recommend trying their cheese wontons. But anything you get you'll enjoy! Dine in, take away and delivery options available. Also on door dash and menu log. Not sure about uber, don't use it. But its probably there too.

Disgusting behaviour from staff. I ordered non battered sweet and sour pork as I'm allergic to batter. They delivered battered sweet and sour pork. I called and told them what happened and they agreed to deliver the correct order. I got a call 10mins later from them telling me they were charging me for the correction. I spoke to the manager who was more interested in getting his $7 rather than hearing his customee issue. He continued speak over the top of me and raised his voice. I am disgusted by this behaviour over a $7 meal which technically would cost less for them to remake. Never order from here not worth the haggling over lost money.

Gave Woki a go for a quick work lunch today and it was pretty good. Dim sims were great, chicken curry puffs were crispy and so tasty and the lemon chicken had great flavour. The rice was a bit bland but it had lots a good ingredients just tiny pieces so you didn't really get the flavour impact. I ordered online for pick up and it was ready quickly with good communication. Prices were reasonable and the lady that served me was friendly. Will definitely try this place again in the future.

Absolutely appaling customer service my mum rang up and ordered her meals from here and was told a hour for delivery she rang up after the hour and asked where her order was to be told it was cancelled and it wouldn't be coming. My mum has cancer and struggles to eat and when she feels like something like take away we get it. The people in this shop were so rude to her and mean she was actually in tears. I'm sorry but there is no need to speak to your customers like this. My mum has always been a customer of there's and I'm very angry at the way my mum was treated.

I've ordered from here about 5x. I thought great I've finally found a decent Asian restaurant with great tasting food. How wrong was I. I bought food from there yesterday Nov 3 2021 and it was absolutely disgusting. I ordered honey pepper beef and the beef was so tough and chewy and the taste was horrible. I can't explain the taste of it. But it definitely wasn't fresh beef. I was so disappointed. Because every time I've got it from there. It's been delicious. But after last night. I'll never go there again

A little shop that cooks yummm food! Pricing very good, delicious food. I had ordered delivery in the past and was quite happy so l ended up going to the actual shop. Ordered salt and pepper fried chicken wings, malaysian curry chicken and singapore noodles. Everything was delishes! I will be a faithful customer amd try other dishes as well. Thank you!

I must admit I was a little apprehensive when the new owners Alvin and Ivy took over Woki Kitchen, especially given my illness doesn’t allow me to eat certain foods but, I was more than just pleasantly surprised, I was really really impressed. Not only are Alvin and Ivy the nicest people you will ever meet but the food is absolutely delicious and nothing (not even my specific order) is too much trouble. Give them a go, I’m sure you’ll love it as much as I and many others do.

Best chinese take away I have ever had! I will always return here, even if I have to travel. Food is always hot and fresh, very delicious, staff are super friendly and everything is reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this place. Even if it means travelling.

We ordered through menulog as it was one of the only places that delivered Chinese around our area. We waited an hour before calling to see what was going on only to be told our order hadn't even been started. We were told it would be another half hour by the rude staff member. All up 2 hours of waiting we expected fresh food only to receive it cold and under cooked. We do not recommend this place. Poor service, terrible food and rude staff total waste of money!

Very disappointed, used to be great value for money, now the serving sizes are smaller and it is not cheap. I don't know why they have to charge so much for smaller quantities, I won't be back. The food does still taste great but you need double the amount to fill you up. Plus the waiting times are ridiculous, they either need to get rid of their delivery companies or employ more staff.

I firstly ordered on menu log but then being very happy with it I've gone back myself. Very affordable. Fresh and tasty. The pork In plum sauce is amazing I don't usually eat other pork.the rice is good although could have extras in it, still very tasty. Beef and black bean is also great. Will recommend and be returning.

Was surprised with how amazing the food was, coming from an Asian backround I’m very picky with where to eat that serves Asian food. Restaurant was clean and service was your typical local Asian lol not complaining, only thing I didn’t like was it’s located in a dark street at night it’s abit creepy but overall I would def go again and again

Woki kitchen has beautiful Chinese food and the best fried rice as lots of Chinese pork in it and so tasty!!! We ate in tonight and food came out lightening speed. The only downside was it was soooooo cold inside! Very reasonably priced and friendly service. We are returning customers and they've never missed a beat!

We usually order from here weekly and the food is generally but tonight our fried rice tasted like disgusting water. Don't know if it was the been shoots or what water they used to cook the rice but it wasn't nice at all. Left a real bad after taste in your mouth. Tonights meal is GROSS because of the fried rice.

Used to be Great Chinese food Meal today was not hot vegetables must have only been cooked for a second as were almost raw. Fried rice pretty much tasteless. Wouldn't bother to buy again.

Come here often when I'm visiting my friends that live around the area. We love grabbing take away home to eat over a movie on a Friday night. Food is consistently great, portions are fair and the owners are superrrr friendly. What more could you ask for from a takeaway shop in the suberbs?

I fined the special fried rice taste soggy and is never hot all the way though it's been microwaved its not freshly cooked the honey chicken is nice some times but that can.also taste like it's been pre heated l.wont be going back any more it's not worth my.money.hoping to get better food

Lunch special is delicious and amazing value. $9.50 for one of these tubs of main and fried rice. We had lemon chicken, beef with black bean sauce and beef Sichuan sauce. Definitely recommend for a quick and tasty lunch. Dim sims not pictures were also so good, fresh and crispy fried.

Ordered a dessert here on the way home, tidy little place to eat out on the corner of a quiet street. Too good to be hidden they do delivery online as well which is nice also got lots of parks opposite the premise. Worth a visit in my opinion, food is above average also which is nice.

Tried this place tonight and was very impressed with their exceptionally friendly service & delicious food. Nothing quite like a fragrant and warming curry laksa on a cold winters night. My family were also very satisfied with their meals. Will definitely visit again!

We ordered the sweet and sour pork and got maybe 5 bits of meat the rest was vegetables the sauce had so much vierger in it was gross We also got some mixed vegetables and 90% of it was broccoli i paid $80 for rubbish food once bitten twice shy never again

Hell. Yes. The food is priced incredibly reasonably, the place is clean (we picked up for takeaway), busy, which was a good sign. No leftovers. Five very well fed people for about $70 including a drink. Big fan. Will recommend.

Excellent and super friendly service! Food was great except for the special fried rice which tasted old and was abit hard and concurrently gave us food poisoning.

I don't live in the area anymore but loved them when I did so have recently been back twice when passing through an old favorite great food! Ill be back again!
