Kirps is such a motivating PT. Knows how to push you to your maximum level even when you feel like giving up and at the same time make you feel super comfortable. Wanted to work on my form and tailored a plan that fits me and my schedule with personalised goal. A very very happy trainee :)

I would highly recommend Woodcutter Fitness. Kirps took time to listen to what I wanted to achieve and devised a programme of exercises around this. Each session, he has been very motivational, encouraging me to do new exercises and push myself harder.
