Hi. No complains. I must give credit to the sales staff on the floor. Absolutely helpful. This Sunday when I was shopping there were no trolleys. Just told one of the guys on the floor. Within 2mins he brought the trolley to me. Wish I had his name. But it was a tall Black guy. Cashiers not so friendly. Otherwise all good. Thank you. The one male guy right in the front counter. Colored guy is a real gentleman. I can't say the sane with the others.

You're security lady is utterly rude and disrespectful and your staff needs to be trained on how to remove tags from clothing properly so myself and my colleague don't get falsely accused of stealing ! Not to mention your manager did not even bother to apologise after your cashier explained that she forgot to remove the tag. Disgusting.

The woolworths is a frustrated. Shelves for every empty or stock expire the next day. I spoke to management, but you can clearly see why there is no stock, as I am still waiting for my phone calls.No trollies in store and no customers. Should you ask staff, they just ignore you. Can we please have another manager at bluff woolworths!!!

A smallish Woolworths branch with a selection of food items. The displays are well managed and the shelves are well-stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful when we were looking for items not on the shelves. Would recommend this as a quick food market but not for monthly groceries (particularly if you need some specialist items).

So I was let down for my daughter's 3rd birthday cake today and had to find plan B... Since the theme was rainbow unicorn I remembered that woolies has the rainbow sprinkles cake so I rushed over to get 1 and there it was, the last 1... Also the cashier was super friendly and the store is always in superb shape

Really didn't appreciate having my goods placed in plastic bags when is taken my own reusable shopping bag. When I said I didn't want the plastic bag I was told that because it was a clothing bag it was free but the price is not the point! Please respect shoppers wishes to not be part of the plastic problem.

Great and efficient service. I was exchanging items bought online with no hassles!! I also was buying Women's day gifts & was assisted by a cashier at till point and she even went to isles with me to shown me other offers I had not seen on special. They also offered us FREE gift wrapping service..

The store olis nice and convinient for a bluff residence. Woolworths Food in the store offers great value for mi ey on food and drink. I would say that the store could offer more on men's wear as it's small compared to what it was in previous years and has much less selection.

Most important is that the prices are competitive with the other stores in the mall, they have small promotions of the basics which is good. Shop is clean neat and tidy. The vegetable prices can improve slightly which would bring more customers

The Bluff Woolies has friendly staff and a wide range of clothing and foot items. It obviously isn't as extensive as the larger stores, like the Pavilion, but it keeps up to the traditional Woolies standards beautifully!

They didn't have what I was looking for and just disappointed in the whole food department as the environment is not very inviting and besides most items were not available not like most other Woolworths food stores.

Tiny but well stocked and always clean and organised. The staff is helpful and although I wish it had as great a selection as other stores and some vegetarian options but I understand since there is limited space.

Just been to Woolworths Bluff. Quick in and out. Sanitising going on at door. All precautions taken. Safe and not filled with people shoulder to shoulder. Even queues are demarcated clearly. Fast service.

Busy little mall with free parking. Will find most known stores and checkers. Parking can be a problem when it's busy as it is limited. Otherwise a convenient shopping stop near the beach. Percy Martin

Pleasant however staff and customers need to us masks correctly for all our protection. ie you protect me and I protect you but we can only protect each other if we both wear our masks correctly .

It seems the slowest cashiers in the food section of all the woolworths can be found at this branch. They do their job at a snails pace maybe consider putting them on early pension

It's a clean store, but it's small. They don't have a different sizes with clothes and some clothes you won't find in this store but you will at other Woolworths stores.

Food market is always insufficiently stocked; need to go out to other stores just to get our weekly supplies. They should consider expanding their food market.

Store did not open on time. Staff had to do a dance regime first. Thereafter staff chatting and laughing at the food market. Also, very limited stock of items

This is one of my favourite woolies. It is far smaller than your usual. the staff are super friendly and usually have everything you need.

Fresh veggies don't keep their freshness for more than 3/4 days. This is such a waste. At one stage their freshness lasted up to 2 weeks.

Good variety of food on display but no convenient foods, other than pies, available like wraps, sandwiches or salads. A bit disappointed.

Not a very large store when compared to others so your selection is fairly limited . However the Woolies quality and service is in tact.
