we specifically remember putting down 2 droe wors sticks and some other items for purchase. we drove off only to realize that only 1 droe wors stick was in the bag. I went to check the receipt to ensure they didn't charge for the seconds droe wors stick, only to discover that we'd only been given HALF of the receipt. When you get a receipt, it's supposed to contain a list of the items you purchased and paid for. this entire list was missing and the receipt we did have had no description of items purchased on it so you cannot actually see what you were charged for n their system. I now firmly believe that we were ripped off by the cashier there and possibly had our money stolen, so I will be filing a complaint with that branch manager. Everyone, I suggest you do not visit this store

I no longer frequent this store as some of the cashiers refuse to wear a properly fitting mask. When I informed the one cashier that Covid 19 is an airborne disease and that droplets expelled from one's nose can remain in the air for over 15 minutes, she told me that she would not be sneezing that day! She also informed me that she had to have her nose open so that she could breathe as she has sinus problems. This is a tiny, food store. Non-compliance is unacceptable.

Way too much liberty being taken with prices at this shop - Just creepy, especially when compared to larger Woolies convenience shops, at Engen branches in town. To make thing worse, all prices have been hiked by yet another 10 to 20% in the past month - Probably due to VAT going up by 1%. Unless it's a major emergency (SUPER late snack, no toothpaste or toilet paper), preferably stay clear of this branch for anything else. Your wallet might even thank you.

The staff is very friendly and the coffee is awesome but it is a concern that when we stop there around 04:30 the food has not been prepared - pies, breakfast buns, ect. We stop there about 2 to 3 times a week there for coffee and either a pie or a breakfast bun or both (breakfast and lunch). Once again this morning there was nothing and there was another client looking for food from your shop not from Woolworths ☹☹

Love this place because of Woolworths foodstop. They are open 24/7 a day. Is save to shop late. They got almost every food item that you can find in a big Woolies. And it is not so crowded. It is small though
