What is Woolworths covering up? It's been over a month now. Numerous promises, numerous phone calls and emails, and Woolworths refuses to tell us what substance was in an ice tea that my daughter consumed. Reported to two managers at Watercrest who promised to call us back with feedback. Watercrest waiting for H/O, H/O waiting for the sample to be tested. And we have a 16 y/o who still doesn't know what she consumed. Woolworths have intentionally made the complaints process tedious and impossible to get honest feedback. Hoping customers will just give up. So now we have to resort to complaining on public forums because we have exhausted every possible Woolworths channel. So now we just have to assume that this is a cover up and Woolworths know what was in the bottle, and know it is libellous- which is why they refuse to tell us. We will wait for a reply while we start the legal process.

I found them lacking the basic polite service which is found at all outlets of woolworths. There was an amount outstanding since april ladt year which i knew nothing about. I have had this account for 30/40 years and would say my credit rating should be excellent. I have not received a statement for over a year and have been told i a handed over and my account closrd. If this is the way they treat there loyal good paying customers i don't think i will be shopping there again.

On the food side the selection of Gluten Free and Dairy products is very limited. In spite of meeting with the food manager I wasn't encouraged. They have a full page advert showing Dairy free alternatives but they are not available in Watercrest. I did send an email to Customer Services previously, but the response was lukewarm. The store isn't catalogued to carry these items. The food/grocery side is very small but well supported by locals.

Guard at the door was cheerful. The floor plan is well organised. A large selection of child and teen clothing. One of only two staff members that I saw on the floor did not make eye contact, greet or offer assistance. I would surmise that assisting customers is secondary to wandering aimlessly about. Woolworths, up your game with training staff to greet, engage and advise; I walked out with nothing and my money in my pocket.

DATED to reflect once again poor service: Sunday long que but a few staff are served before customers, 3 cashiers available at the time leaving 2 to operate tills.....Pathetic, possibly thee worst of all Woolworths, long ques and just 3 cashiers, seems to be the norm as it's not 1st time being to this store, as a rule I go elsewhere rather than shop here.......

They don't carry any school clothing, so at the beginning of the year I had to go to Pavilion Woolworths to get my sons plain white school shirts. There are no plain school socks either for boys or girls. Food selection often out of stock, feels like the store is not equipped to handle the volume of customers. The location and staff are really great though.

Woolworths is always great but this is by far my favourite store. The staff just make it that much better.....A special mention to the security guy at the entrance who is always so friendly and polite. Always greets everyone with a huge smile and a good morning/afternoon. Special mention to the ladies in the deli section who are always so pleasant.

The stock of fruit and vegetables are limited. There is a limited choice of fruit juices and smoothies. They do not stock kefir like the other branches. There are no halaal options for people with dietary needs except the frozen leg of lamb .My only positive comment is the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff were talking to each other, ignored me when I called to one lady. Each time I needed assistance I went to find a lady to help me, they were bunched together talking to one another. The pay queue moved quickly. After paying for my few groceries the lady behind the till starting picking her nails.

A typical Woolworths. Good variety of fresh veg and fruit. Deli limited to precooked whole chickens and pies. Glaring absence of fresh bakes, croissants and sandwiches. Till points should be better managed to avoid round-the-shop queuing and cater better for 10 items or less purchases.

The store is beautiful but the cashiers are unfriendly and rude . I have been here many times. I adore the managers and supervisor on the food section. I can’t get over how unfriendly the cashiers are. Teach them to offer service with a smile Woolies Watercrest please .

This is a nice store. Staff are very friendly & everything is laid out well. I was surprised to see that the sale items are in good order on the sales floor & everything is on the right hangers it really makes browsing through the sale much more enjoyable - well done!

Yeah ... I was shopping at woolw food section this past Wed morning ... was very happy with what I wanted and found all I needed in the forty mins I was there. Woolworths are always great with their offers ... looking forward to all the Christmas fare!!

Security guards at the entrance are amazing, friendly and welcoming until you get into the store. Food section is always a mess and the staff are so unfriendly when approached for help had a few unfriendly encounter in the store with staff

Really convenient location, but have found the stock levels in the food division is always low, with multiple items being out of stock. Have also found prices marked incorrectly, requiring us to get them rectified. 5/5 if these improve.

Unfriendly staff. Products advertised as "on promotion" in store, do not scan as such at the cashier. This branch can learn lots from The Pavilion Woolworths branch in terms of providing the Woolworths experience to their shoppers.

The food store is poorly stocked, and never seems to have the full range of products that Lily's Quarter does. I more often than not just travel the 8km to Hillcrest rather than deal with the frustration of Woolworths Watercrest.

Need more stock of dairy free options. Loads advertised in paper but hardly any available in this store. Also often only has a few tellers open so queue can be long . Other than this I enjoy shopping here for a select few items.

I was looking for a plant as a gift but was very dissapointed by the condition of them, some were broken some dying of thirst and pushed really close together causing damage. Unusual for WW. Everything else was good.

The store is always neat and clean, and most of the cashiers and floor staff are very friendly, but a select few let the team down with a very obvious disinterest in customer service and general lack of care.

Quality of food not what it used to be. Women's clothing is awful. Why are they always unpacking things and blocking isles when the store has been open for two or more hours. Not my favourite store anymore.

Frustrating to find things needs decent signage inside. Could not find anything for boys 9-15 no one available to ask. Get visible signs. Gave up went where I could find what I was looking for

For some strange reason the roast chickens here seem to be nicer than other stores and the lady who is behind the counter is particularly chatty and friendly. Nice store, great staff

Good range. They do not stock Collection or Trenery range. The food store is also lacks range but is as always clean and great quality. Would be great to have a Cafe there as well.

Products were as always good but I am not a fan of trolleys for restocking of fresh produce sitting in the aisles and blocking the space and not being able to get to the produce

Good selection of olive oils, and most other items you may be shopping for, including ready-cooked chickens and pies, and a wide selection of wines in bottles and box casks.

Just about the only place I can go where clothes fit me! I like their range and the quality is always good. Staff are pleasant and plenty of parking in the shopping centre.

This is in my opinion the best Woolies i have been to. They have everything available, shelves are always fully stocked and the service is impeccable. Well done people!!!

This place has saved us many times especially with having little kids. Can be a bit busy during peak hours so preferably go in the mornings or before 3pm.

Often find the Woolies at Watercrest mall is out of stock on numerous items. Rather disappointing. Their stock selection is so rather poor.

Everything about this store turns shopping into a pleasure, although there are times when the queue at the tills are irritating.
