A dozen customers waiting at tills. 2 cashiers who occasionally look up. No smile. Carry on working leisurely. I asked for mana on duty and waited...and waited. I phoned branch from within store and got put through to a NON management member. I told him ali want to meet with management. Was told he is in food section. I said please tell him that I will meet him by the supermarket entrance, and waited...and waited. A young white gentleman dressed in Woolworth garb saw me and walked away but no manager appeared. I'd Woolworth even reads this will be something. I am a customer. I will tell more customers about my experience. This was not the first time and from experience probably not my last. It was a giant in customer service. WAS!!!

Was impressed by the lady at the till who was serving me , she welcomed with a smile she went and collect popcorns for when l told her l couldn’t find them , she asked if she can and look them for me with a smile and she was so quick to came back , she scanned the prize and told me first before she could carry on with all my goodies Keep shunning girl

A bit smaller store than most not much variety with clothing most of the time sizes are lacking . Especially bigger boys sizes are hard to get . Not much staff on sales floor so you have to wait or look around for help. The food store is adequate but for your favourites try buying off weekend chances are you will not get it on weekends.

I love shopping a Woolworths Westwood mall. The staff are friendly. The shelves are always well stocked and the buyers cater exactly to my needs. However they are not following the growing trend of banning plastic bags. Woolworths kloof only sells paper bags. Please can you ban plastic bags Woolworths?

Extremely slow service, I’ve never waited so long just to pay for one item. Only 3 cashiers work (one of which serves card payment, so if you’re paying cash you’ll have to wait), the rest are for decoration, even with such an amount of unemployed people in the area. Overall, I don’t recommend.

Woolworths stores are always amazing when it comes to cleanliness and the shopping environment is tops. The way they treat us as customers is awesome and there is no words to describe the experience. Woolworths always tries to make all customers feel comfortable and confident when shopping.

I had a lovely experience , met a wonderful lady , Roshni is a specialist on skin conditions . She helped me choose some good products for my skin and it's doing very well . I hope her bosses appreciate her and promote her, she definitely deserves a good bonus .

Very helpful staff members keep up the great work..store is clean and tidy. Has home and beauty as well which is really convenient for a one stop shopping experience. Only downside is the men's shoe section. Not a full range. It should be revamped and expanded !

Was neat and clean. Service at the pay count needs more attention. Staff was more concerned with hiding around the corner on the phone with a supposedly cutosmer. This was very frustrating while precious minutes run out waiting for authorising amy transaction.

Got there around 11.30. Fridge stocks very low. When I queried about more lamb packs, I was informed by a gentleman packing the fridges that they had done so in the morning and that there was no restocking. Very disappointed. Also variety poor.

Please stock up the shelves with many sold out items that were not available. The management should visit the Lifestyle Woolworth Store in Ballito(always very well stocked) for keeping up to the standards expected from the Woolworth Stores.

A bit crowded and not fully stocked, some empty shelves and many staff walking around doing nothing that could be stocking up shelves. Be careful of expiry dates on items you purchase as some of them expire on the day you purchase the item

My spouse purchases from this store regularly (without me) , i recently found that she purchased small 6 pack coloured speck chocolate eggs which contained Gluten from Beef and 1 of 2 of their house brand mayonnaise had expired a few days

Could not pay for my items in the groceries section...had to join the queue in the clothing section. We are all aware of the loadshedding schedule so there should be no excuses for not having enough cashiers on a Friday afternoon.

Compare to other Woolworths stores,they are far behind other,but is based on their products,I visited there more often,they must be good competitors, by worshiping management and staff members to keep them active and up-to-date.

My favourite shop, not crowded, easily accessible, I've now taught my sons (6 & 7) to go and buy their lunch box fruits while I wait by the door. All simple because everything is vissible there.

Love this Woolworths. It's quiet and open and warm atmosphere. Great food section. They have a very small selection of pre cooled meals, but their fresh foods and meat are always well stocked

This is by far my favourite woolies store. It is not the biggest and sometimes has limited variety as well as stock however it's never over crowded and always has just what I am looking for.
