Although the store is usually well stocked and I have only had 1 poor interaction with the customer services staff, I would recommend that people not eat at the cafe. I ordered a burger and chips, went into the store to do my shopping and returned close to 30min later and the food was not ready, I waited an additional 15min and when the box was placed at the pass, went over to check it. There were all of 6 chips and they were cold to the touch, not warm, not tepid but cold. It appears as if the leftover chips from a previous order were dumped into the box. There were only 4 tables occupied and 2 people waiting for coffee. There were 4 employees in the kitchen, including the manager, 3 of whom were making coffee.

Always a pleasant shopping experience. Staff are most helpful and shelves were well stocked with good, visible shelf talkers. Was able to get all the specials I had earmarked. I can see that Woolies is trying very hard to be price competitive with daily essentials so us common folk would actually consider buying food stuff from them and then the occasional winter slippers and sleepwear for mum, in celebration of Mother's day .

They are particularly sellfish when it comes to their burgers patty as well as the club sandwich for a combine price of 210 zar it's really not worth it Woolworths you can afford to give a better portion on your food at least a double Patty as well as a little bit more chicken on your chicken sandwich steers offers King steers burger chips and a Coke 115 not worth the price I'm sorry

Very convenient because they open at 8:00am. It was the only store opened in the complex and I managed to buy myself a warm jacket after I had forgotten to take one from home during a cold morning. Deeply disappointed as they didn’t have soy milk for our lovely cappuccino and they charged us for Almond milk. Ridiculous if you charge a customer for something you don’t stock but is in your menu. Quite upset with the service from our waitress who wasn’t even kind or courteous about the situation. I expect more more from a Woolworths.

Always purchase from Woolworths Woodmead as it is close to home, have to recommend and compliment the Woolworths Cafe, friendly waiters, delicious carrot cake and the best Chai latte around. Sometimes we only go to Woolworths to purchase the Chai latte's. Keep up the excellent service and great quality.

This store still preserves the Woolworths culture, they could teach the East Rand Mall branch what customer service is and how it's done. That branch is worse than a spaza shop at a train station. I don't mind driving all the way from the east to Woodmead for a pleasant experience. Big ups

Great produce, their service is excellent. I had a lady help me on the confectionery side, was looking for a rainbow cake and she went out of her way to send someone to look at the back for me. I appreciate the great customer service and the neatness. keep it up

What an amazing shopping experience from one of the sales person at the flower stand. He gave me a great lessons on different flowers and meaning. But I was highly disappointed to wait that long at the till with only 2 cashiers but 5 till points.....

I love this particular store for many reasons: there's always ample parking near the entrance, its spacious and isn't super busy - which means less queuing. The food section has been redone and always has everything you could be looking

Staff is helpful and patient. It was almost closing time when we popped in for a quick meal option. They directed us to where we would find the mince and patiently waited for us to select the packs we want and made our way to the tills.

Food outlet has very limited stock. The coffee shop is good. Clothing options are good but don't expect too much. Limited options are available and if you are looking for something which is an general item then this place is good.

Always clean, staff are friendly and shelves are well-stocked. The queue at the pay-point can be long but moves quickly. The Cappuccino at the sit-down restaurant area tastes great - the barista is very friendly.

When I was seated at the Woolworths Cafe I was presented with a lovely short menu and a well decorated dinning area, I enjoyed such a lovely meal while being hosted by Woolworths.

Always nice to browse a Woolworths store. Their cafe has the most delightful cakes and snacks to choose from. I absolutely adore their yoghurts and who can beat dinosaur soaps!!

Our server Joseph was excellent. Being at the end of the day meant some stock was finished but he made every effort to ensure we still had a good meal. The food was delicious.

Got this wonderful body shaper, perfect for Pole Fitness. I searched for so long, and Woolies had stock and had my exact size. Never been more pleased with their clothing!

Clean. Good variety of products in store, especially the food market. However, the tellers at the food market are short-staffed so do expect a long queue on busy days.

Besides the people on the flow being concerned about working which excludes serving clients on the floor, it remains one of the few preferred outlets.

Got what I went for at a relative price. Shops here close by 6pm or even 5pm so the workers literally chase people out. Even switch off the lights.
