Was happy with the Reception staff treated us well. The only thing is you pay to have your stuff stored yet your storage gets broken into and the person/persons have time to actually sort through your boxes to pick and choose what they want. My question there are cameras so why was there no footage. Lost alot of money because of that. Was promised the locks will be sorted and nothing was done. Will not refer a person there at all.

I have used XtraSpace for storage of my office furniture since 2009. Throughout this period I experienced the comfort of knowing that my goods were in a safe and secure environment. Clean, orderly and safe environment to visit and/or leave your valuables. I've been using their storage room for my excess goods since 2016 and I've had no issues, at all. Very helpful staff (even with churn of employees), prompt response to emails and on hand to assist on site. Highly recommend!!!

Xtraspace Robertsham is a secure place the staff is always friendly and willing to help with any problems that arise. coming in the morning Nkosi will always greet with a smile on his face he always ask how you doing i feel welcome everyday coming to work.
