You won't be treated right if you are not chinese. Yes I know its sad but this is the truth. Heard from a friend that they are open all night so gave this place a try. 1st visit got a okay massage, my 2nd visit got a really great massage so went there the next week but unfortunately the lady from my second visit wasn't working so had to get an awful massage from this lady (night time manager) I asked for 90 minutes, she said its $80, gave her $30 extra as tips even before I got the massage. So all including $110. As soon as she started the massage I knew I had made a bad decision. She started video chatting with someone on the phone while she was giving me massage with only one hand. Someone was calling her constantly and after 10mins she left the room to greet some other customers and taking them to other rooms, when she came back she called someone again to video chat. I was feeling so annoyed I decided to stop her and leave. I told her to keep $30 for this 20mins she wasted and give the rest of the money back, she gave me $90 back but had the audacity to ask for tips. When I refused she became rude. Not coming back thanks.

This is my second time getting a massage here and the first time was good i got a foot massage and my husband got a back massage. However the second time we got a back massage the guy went way too hard even though i have asked him to go softer more than 5 times and expressed pain throughout my massage this person did not listen at all. He put all of his weight into my hand hitting a nerve sending shocks and leaving my hand numb and that is when i asked for him to stop which is when he started going softer. I do not understand why he couldnt have done this in the first place. After pulling my hand away, him and the other masseur who was doing my husband started chatting and laughing. I do not speak mandarin so i do not know what was being said but to hear laughter after being injured by a person whos supposed to be doing the opposite does not feel good. For reference i get massaged frequently and i get hard massages but this guy was putting his heart and soul into hurting me

The front staff was kind and welcoming, but the massage was only average. I found it a bit strange that the one hour body massage only included the back half of my body, and that I was required to wear shorts they provided, but I suppose different places do things differently. My main issue with this place happened soon after I entered the massage room. As I started getting undressed I looked to the right of me through a small square opening in the glass door to see some guy, presumably a foot masseuse staring daggers at me. I know I'm not the friendliest looking Hispanic guy but nothing I did warranted me being looked at like this. My next issue came at around the 40 minute mark when the calmness was disturbed by a bunch of people talking loudly in the next room. I come to these places to relax after a stressful workout; but the sum of what happened here made that difficult. I felt unwelcome there. I don't know if I'll be back.

This is a okay massage place but it is always packed with random people just hanging out and they can be sometimes rude and aggressive. While there I witnessed the lady at the desk being incredibly rude and disrespectful to a customer who decided to leave because the clear door gives absolutely no privacy and with a ton of people outside in the hallway. the desk lady assumed because of their race that they were looking for something nefarious and treated them with such rudeness and disrespect.

I came with my sister in law and we both got a 30 min foot massage and 1 hour body massage for $70 before tip. This is a 100% no frills massage parlor - people will be talking, including your masseuse - don’t be expecting an experience at the Mandarin Oriental. BUT I came for the massage. Absolutely loved it! 4 stars just because I would prefer a little less talking (lol).
