They dont treat you as another transaction, they treat you as a friend, and they truly listen to what you’re saying. There are 2 things that are lasting me forever, one is the gold, they have such amazing variety of jewelry, and all of them are great at helping you choose the right piece. They don’t rush you, they don’t push you to buy the most expensive nor do they care whether you spend $50 dollars or $10,000, they care about you! And making sure you’re happy! I was referred them by another company. The person who referred me said they were on the spot service and it should take more than 10 minutes to fix the ring that needed repair. I got there, asked for help. Immediately the guy was off putting with a "why are you here" mentality, and seemed to be looking for any reason to dismiss me. I showed him the ring and then he commenced to telling me they weren't taking repair business, that they are booked out a month etc. No smiles no compassion just eff you we aren't willing to help you attitude. So here's the problems I am having. 1. Why wouldn't you let me book a month out? 2. Why couldn't you fix a ring that takes 10 minutes? Because it was an $8 job??? 3. Why so defensive and sketchy on initial meet? If you are intimidated by tall black men you should shut down your business..... I love going to small business to get service but this is the exact reason why people don't. Attitude/picky about work/rude with no remorse.... 0 Stars in customer service.

Scammers . Came here for 10+ years my family and I have bought over $1mil in gold and always recommend to friends and family NO MORE the last 3 years they went downhill . The two kids are extremely rude have absolutely no customer service skills. I got my rings sized here 6 months ago and they made it so thin it immediately broke , when I took it to them to repair and stated to them they had made it too think the lady wanted to say my ring was too thin already and they could not fix it now when they are the ones who thinned it in the first place , not to mention they charged me $30 for “gold” to add in order to make it bigger , and she wanted to say it was too thin when I had paid to add more gold . yet all they did was hammer it thin and keep my money and refuse to fix it once they messed it up beyond repair . Never coming back here again and I will make sure none of my family or friends come back either , you have lost our business for good . Scam scam scam don’t give them ur money

I am highly disappointed not only in the service but the attitudes of these individuals working at this place of business. Brought a ring in to be sized. Normally they charge me $8 for this and he told me it would be $15.00. I went ahead and left it to be sized and they said it would be ready the next day. My name and PHONE NUMBER were on the ticket and when I came back to pick up they had not sized it and it wasn't ready. When I asked why they hadn't sized it they said they didn't know what size to make. Well, the size info was on the ticket along with my phone number. They could have called me but instead he got huffy with me and told me to take my ring and didn't need my business. I did not appreciate their attitudes or the fact that they could have called me to ask what size but did not.

The jewelry quality is… AMAZING! I got my very 1st set (Chanel), and I fell in love! The next day, I went back to pick up my ring… and bought myself a bracelet with a cross on it. When I was a little girl walking into the facility of where they are located, I would always walk by the jewelry. And made a promise to myself that one day, I’ll come back and buy my very 1st jewelry from them. And 21 years later… I DID! I have gotten so many compliments on my set, and bracelet. I have Luciano to Thank for the recommendation, and also reminding me of Yvette’s Jewelry Shop. I shall be back for MORE! Hopefully this time a custom design for my business (CUTS X SASHAMARIE). I visited two jewelry stores this past Christmas Eve. Busiest day of the year for anyone. At Yvette’s jewelry store I was treated very well. The sales person was very patient with me. I was shopping for gifts for two people, she showed me different options and answered all my questions. Treated me with respect. I felt confident with my purchases. The other jewelry store I visited has no affiliation with the other. I am only bringing it up so people can see the difference between Yvettes and “big name” jewelry stores. The experience at the second store was terrible. I was rushed through my decision, I would have left I’d it weren’t my mom’s favorite store. Thank you for making my shopping experience great! My husband and son loved their gifts ☺️☺️

Incredible prices! I stumbled upon this jewelry gem in 2019 and cannot stress enough how happy I have been with them. It was difficult to find at first since it's inside of the food city, but don't let that detour you from using this jeweler. They offer same day services with an onsite jeweler with 20+ years of experience. I have had my ring resized there twice in the past year. The jeweler is more than happy to show you and read you the laser inscription on your stone if you want to get those details when you drop off and pick up your stone. I am so relieved I was able to find such a trustworthy and convenient jeweler since moving here from Minnesota and you cannot beat the price and quality from them!

I purchased a few gold chains and bracelets for my wife and daughters here before. we had a problem with one of the chains and drove from mesa to get it fixed and they told us that it was going to take 3 plus weeks for a 5 minute repair plus i was going to be charged even doe they claim to have a 2 year warranty. very disappointed with their service and attitude. they just lost our future business for a 5 minute repair. this place is just to overrated and overpriced plus will not honor their warranties. people just take your business elsewhere!

I love Yvette's Jewelry. My family has been buying jewlery for more than 15 years at Yvette's. We have not bought anywhere else ever since we found this place at the prior Food City. We thought we had lost such a fine jewelry store...turns out we only had to drive down the rode to Thomas. The customer service is great and the jewelry is beautiful. You will find watches, silver and gold jewelry and more! Their repair work is also very clean and quick. I have left jewlery and never had a problem; once had a necklace repaired that very same day!

Horrible service!!! Went in to get my ring and watch fixed and paid 16$ with my credit card. Later that night I found out they tried to steal 500$ from my credit card account. Don't go here or pay with your card because they will steal your money. Good thing my bank called me and canceled the transaction before processing. I do not trust them at all, they should be shut down for stealing from the customers.

With so much fake gold being sold out here you have to be careful, but I trust this family and will continue to support their business. Was excited to make the drive to visit since they always post on Instagram being friendly. Only to get there and feel like it was a hassle to be helped and feeling rushed. Young man was not friendly at all went a second time to pick up bracelets and same person helped it just made the whole shopping experience bad.I’m waiting on name plates and honestly I’m dreading going to pick them up.

I dropped off a very delicate necklace that needed to be fixed and I got it back looking brand new. Also picked up a new chain and pendant that I'm in love with!
