The staff at the library were extremely helpful. 45mins of Internet usage for scanning documents and emailing was free. Limited street parking only. There was a drop in STEM workshop which they host every Wed, unfortunately I couldn't stay, but I will definitely check it out another week. They walked me through the BCC Library App. You get access to free streaming services, including movies, series, music, podcasts, and audio and e-books.

It's a great library. Caters for parents and their babies quiet a lot (story times etc), which is fantastic, my 1 & 2 year old love it. Every time I have gone there it's been extremely quiet, so, I'm unsure about the reviews that are complaining. Unfortunately we have a lot of soft judgemental "adults" in our suburb that need to suck it up and stop complaining. If it's too loud stay home or invest in headphones.

You come here to study and have to go to a corner to get a from the noise of the singing babies and kids. Libraries are supposed to be quiet! Not happy. All the council rates us residents pay goes to making libraries loud with screaming children!

I am so impressed by the staff , helping me sort out a problem with my laptop . The library was not very busy is why they helped me ,plus they gave me the times for their test days and times . Thank you Zillmere Library . …

Always a good experience. Staff are always helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Easy to access items and never have to wait long for a computer as visitors are very considerate of others.

Excellent multimedia access. Not the widest range of books, but for 80c, you can place any book on the database on hold. The only thing that could improve the experience would be a coffee shop either in or next to the library.

Most helpful and wonderful staff, I have had to use the computing facilities a lot, great books, could use a bigger selection of Adult graphic novels. Sorry to all the ladies there, but Beverly is the best xx

Great library. Been going here since I was a child. Good selection of books and DVDs and the staff are all friendly, welcoming and help out as much as they can.

It's a lovely place. Just a bummer that the Covid had disrupted everything. The staff member was very helpful which I truly appreciated.

Lovely, small, quiet library. Plenty of events on every week for kids and adults. Friendly staff who will help you as much as they can.

It's handed for me to get to places I go to pretty quickly. By push bike. Plus most shops I need are quite close as well.
