Very unprofessional. (If I could 0 stars)On my way for my appointment 10 minutes before my arrival time,receptionist rung me to inform me that the therapist had called in sick. She then informed me that I was to be rescheduled. Not understanding that I travelled an hour away (yes my choice) she then proceeded to inform me 12pm. I then left a voice message to cancel the appointment because the more I thought of it the rescheduled 10 minutes before my appointment (heads up endota you could have done better shuffling) THEN! 10 minutes later another girl / receptionist then informed me that I was LATE! For my appointment?! I said well,what's going on? As someone just rung me to reschedule now you're ringing me to say I'm late?! Come on endota please communicate effectively with your team..... I arrive (already upset due to the stuff around,I shouldn't have agreed to have go back, after the debacle) the receptionist informed me that because I WAS LATE.... that my 60minute massage had then become "custom" massage to 45mins I was very compliant and understanding. Massage was lovely. Then I also had booked in for a pedicure. But they couldn't perform that straight after my massage as I had to wait for another therapist. I waited 30 minutes. I was still polite and understanding. Then another therapist took me for my pedicure (I had gel nails on) they didn't have the equipment to do gel nor remove and then they can comprise by doing a facial and leg massage. I just said look there's been a lot of miss understanding here, even before I even stepped into the clinic. I said I'll be finished and I'll head to reception. The staff were all very young and weren't very confident in their approach or understanding. A fill in receptionist kept on sighing when she was at front desk ( I could hear here from the waiting room) otherwise the gave me 20% off the massage and apologized. I just felt that in James street endota should have more mature / experienced staff members to handle these situations. I will not be recommending endota at all. Very sour taste in my mouth. Extremely disappointed is just the start to how the whole experience was held.

Booked >6 weeks ago. Was rung today to cancel my appointment - and offered an earlier appointment that day. After a discussion, we agreed that we would "leave my appointment as it is" and that they would call me back if they couldn't reschedule other people. I had explained that, as a full time healthcare worker, I can't 'just come a couple of hours earlier" and my appointment was booked at 1800 weeks ago as it's hard to find a time that they are open and available when I'm not at work. I've arrived - as agreed - to find out that I was not called back and they have not rescheduled other clients. I understand that people become unwell. But it's highly unprofessional to a) assume your clients are free to attend at your convenience during working hours and b) fail to call back as promised. I note that I would be charged a 50% fee for this behaviour. There was no offer to recompense me for my time travelling here, unless I book in for another date when they would "upgrade" my treatment.

I had the hydro microdermabrasion treatment. The inital machine used did not have suction, water just trickled down my face. The second machine the therapist used was better but still not enough suction to provide sufficient exfoliation. The 45 min treatment started late and finished on time. During this time the therapist changed the machine over and massaged my head for 10 minutes. Not much time spent on the actual microdermabrasion. I have had microdermabrasions previously through different beauty clinics that were much better quality. I spoke to the beauty therapist after the treatment about these concerns. No appropriate explanation, other then it was a new machine or compensation given the issues identified with the treatment.

I love this place and have always had a great experience with the treatments. I'm only rating them one star as I had a voucher and an appointment scheduled that unfortunately I had to cancel outside of the 24hrs policy so they took half of the voucher amount. This is absolutely ridiculous and the fact that I wanted to reschedule and there was no compromise. Unfortunately this has absolutely put me off from going back to endota which is such a shame, I always ask my husband/family members to get me vouchers as I love it. There are plenty of other places I can take my money. Thanks for nothing endota I will not be purchasing anything from you for anyone ever again.

Sadly the worst spray tan ever. The technique the therapist used was totally different to all others - not methodical at all and as I was drying I could see gaps on my skin. I had to ask her back to fix then she proceeded to do extra onto my arms saying it would be more natural. I ended up with an inconsistent tan everywhere, my arms and hands looked ridiculous and between my legs was not even done. I left a message the following morning seeking help as I was heading to a special event the next day but nobody got back to me. I have been to endota many times over many years and I understand mistakes happen but the lack of customer service wasn't great.

I had Jen for my surrender package which was supposed to be 75 minutes, which was finished in 65 minutes and was horribly told by the staff that it was meant to be inclusive of consultation. The technician literally went away for 10 minutes to consult a manager, which is not my problem. And then I was told that they had to cut it short because there was another client waiting. If you advertise for 75 minutes, I expect full 75 minutes of a treatment like any other spa would do. They said the “manager” would reach out to me but no one has yet, it’s been over a month.

I had to book a long way in advance and was disappointed when my appointment was cancelled due to the therapist being unwell. I understand that happens and is outside of your control and it was great that you offered a 15% discount be applied to the treatment for rescheduling. Generally I had a good experience at my rescheduled appointment, however, the promised discount was not applied - I did receive a complementary $15 treatment but 15% of $285 is $42.75, so was disappointed that you didn't deliver what was promised as the compensation for re-booking.

Booked in for a 75 minute package, arrived early and completed paper work. Massage didnt start till 2:15 and my package was done by 3:10 all the time before and after was spent going over products i was suggested to use, which made what was supposed to be a very relaxing time very unrelaxing towards the end. I marked on my paper work i didnt want information and i find the over selling very uncomfortable and i dont feel like i got my value from the package. Wont be reattending

I have just had the most beautiful facial. I have been working 60 hr weeks for the past year and self care has hone completely out the window, I just haven't had the time for it, an 8 hour sleep is self care. So going in today and being treated so beautifully by the girls in a calm and relaxing space was just awesome. My facial was a lovely experience and now my face feels amazing. My feet were aching and I also had them massaged which was very happy. Thank you girls x

I would highly recommend Cintia, I’ve got a facial from her which was amazing, she made me feel relaxed and my skin was glowing. I could feel that she is so professional and really loves what she is doing. On her suggestion I bought some products, my personal favorite is the Purify Cleansing gel, I fall in love with this product, its smells is amazing And deeply cleanse my face. Since I am using them my face is brighter and moisturized

I would highly recommend Endota Spa Fortitude Valley and Simone to any friend, as both the atmosphere and the treatments are the very best here. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality and professionalism at this place, and how happy I am with my experience here. I do feel that the treatments improve my skin's condition, and I get a personalised care each time I visit.

We attended Endota Spa on James Street for a spa party on the 30/6/18. The experience from start to finish was enjoyable and we would highly recommend this venue to groups looking for a relaxing afternoon. We would like to thanks the therapists involved for taking the time to address individual concerns and also their high level of professionalism.

For anyone who hasn't experience Endota Spa I highly encourage you to book in. From the initial booking to end of my facial - I could not fault Endota in any way. Caleb was my therapist and you can really experience his passion for what he does through his extremely attentive nature and gentle touch. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I am a senior beauty therapist and had deep recovery massage with my partner, the place is small but quiet, essential oil smelled really nice but massage was just average or it was even ticklish, one hour treatment includes clothes off and on time as well, Paid $125 for 50min massage was not really worth it. The best part was 3min back scrub

I had the custom massage today and Kayla was incredibly attentive to what I asked for and gave such a lovely massage. I appreciated that there was no pushiness in discussing products which I have had previously at other establishments. She was genuine and exceptionally skilled in what she does! :) Will be coming back to endota for sure!

I loved the facial I got from Cintia. She is very professional and knowledgeable. My skin looks wonderful, and I think this is one of the best facials I've ever had! I will definately go back to see her. Also, she helped me choose some of the endota organics products. I love the vitamin treatment oil and the charcoal detox mask.

Most amazing experience I’ve had at a spa. Kayla is a wizard at facials and went above and beyond to make it a special experience and clearly loves what she does. A fabulous massage at Endota Spa. I chose the organic 60 mins massage which was blissful. Beautiful decor and a very calm feel to the space. My masseur, Cynthia took the time to understand the sort I treatment I was wanting and offered a selection of essentials oil for me to choose from. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience really lovely staff, only minor critique is the after sell. I understand will be part of their job and they were really chill about it but after such a lovely experience having products pushed on you is just a lil iffy. However still amazing place would recommend

Massage was great but definitely not an hour - more like 40 mins. This was disappointing. I went in at about 11.10 and was out by 12, with at least 10 mins of “consultation” and waiting while I was in the room also.
