I have been going to this spa for many years. Today was by far the worst and most unprofessional experience I have had and I won’t be going back. I booked my appointment online, received both an email and text confirmation for the time. When I arrived at the salon I had to fill out a new client card, despite the fact that I have been there many times. It was then 10 minutes past my treatment time and I was told that my actual appointment time was an hour later than I had booked. It was inferred that I was incorrect, despite showing the email booking. Once I demonstrated that I did not arrive at an incorrect time, the young female decided to tell me that it wasn’t their fault and that they have terrible online booking software which they have received many complaints about. She then stated again that head office won’t fix it, and it’s not their fault. It’s the system’s fault. I was told to come back in an hour, which I did. I was then made to justify my appointment time again. The ‘manager’ said she was sorry for my experience and that their online booking system is rubbish. I had a salon staff member approach me for the treatment and call me by another name. Turns out it wasn’t the right person. The treatment itself, when it finally occurred, was underwhelming and disappointing. I had already described my massage preferences in my client card but was asked again and had to repeat all of the questions at the start of the treatment. The therapist was young, and felt very inexperienced. The tranquil experience I had come to know, was not at all tranquil or pleasant. And as I was departing and ensuring payment for my treatment, I was again called someone else’s name and being charged for someone else’s account. This was an absolute rubbish, unprofessional and ridiculous experience. Never again, you’ve lost my business.

Sheree at Endota Berwick gave me a Pregnancy massage at 34 weeks pregnant today. I can not recommend her enough! She treated me like an absolute queen made sure I was so comfortable and went above and beyond for me and making sure Bub was in safe hands. I have a 14 month old at home and can quite honestly say that I have not been that relaxed in that long as we all know how stressful raising a baby can be and for my 1 hour massage and 30 minute facial, every single bit of stress was left at the door. If you are planning to get a pregnancy massage I highly recommend you ask for Sheree as she is the best! Endota you should feel proud and lucky to have her apart of your team!! Received a gift card from a friend last year. Decided to pamper myself and went for a deep recovery massage. Reception was friendly and sent me to the lounge area to sit down after checking that I am fully vac and checked in. My therapist was with me even before I could check out the nice lounge. I filled up a form so they could know if I had a medical condition etc. Was brought to my private room. Therapist Alicia explained detailedly what to expect after collecting some information to ensure my treatment is what I expected. The massage was great and I totally relaxed during the session. Reception then ask if there’s anything that they could helped and wish me well for the day. Definitely a place to go and gift cards for friend would be great.

I bought my Partner a voucher for Christmas 2022 and due to an operation she had on her arm in March, she was only able to use the massage voucher today. She was really looking forward to the booking and was all paid for via the Christmas present Massage voucher $130 to be told today she had to pay a further $5 as it has gone up since the start of the year? I felt very embarrassed given it was a Christmas present and also due to principal. Also wondering why I even purchased the voucher for prices not honouring the cost of gift voucher? I really hope as a business you can reflect and respect/ honour future purchases as you are reversing the positivity and rejuvenating processes implemented in your services.

Went for a remedial massage but couldn’t claim it with my health insurance because the therapist wasn’t registered. Made sure I booked future appointments with a registered therapist and was then told by my health fund that my last therapist had not renewed her registration that month so I would not get a rebate. Went in store to raise the issue but the issue was never followed up. Called and left a message a week later and still no response. Contacted Endota Spa customer support via email and still no response. They don’t have a Hicaps machine and I always have issues claiming so I won’t be going back.

It was a beautiful place, very relaxing but before I knew it it was over…I got a facial package, and the girl would put it on my face for a few seconds then would clean it quickly, and again would put some cream on my face then quickly wiped it off. Not even a subtle little soft massage on my face just place and wipe. Part of it was a foot massage, which was barely that the girl just moisturized my legs basically. Very disappointed and now I have a $100 gift card from work for this place and I feel like it’s just such a waste of money for literally someone touching my face and that’s it !

My initial visit to Endota marked my introduction to the realm of massage. I began my regular massage routine four months ago, receiving massages on a weekly basis. Among these experiences, this particular one stood out as exceptional. It was during this session with Teille that I felt she had an adept ability to identify and address my areas of discomfort. I would rate every aspect of my visit, from the cleanliness and ambiance to the service itself, at a remarkable 100%. It exceeded my expectations. See you next week Teille. Thanks:)

Thank you Molly. You are the best. The Surrender Package hot stone massage and facial that you recommended was exactly what I needed. My back and shoulders are loose and relaxed and free of tightness and the facial was the best I have had. My skin is smooth and feeling toned. A lovely quiet environment with warm massage bed and blankets to totally relax your body and mind. Endota Berwick was a fantastic experience.

Endota spa is a beautiful , clean place & the staff are all lovely people . Had a great facial with Mikayla . She was very experienced & a lovely caring lady . $30 to reschedule (Not cancel) because of a sick family members and they have lost our business, understand for a straight cancellation but when nothing can be done and we offered to reschedule to a time that suites them and are still charged seems a bit like they're cash grabbing for an already overpriced service. Good luck remaining in business with these policies. 100% would not recommend

I had an intense new age facial with Roshelle this morning and I can’t praise her enough. Usually when I get any beauty service done I keep to myself but with Roshelle she made me feel so comfortable and I felt I could ask her anything. She was professional, welcoming, kind and the facial was amazing. My face feels super soft and I couldn’t recommend her and the facial enough. :)

I had a lovely experience with Endota Berwick today, my therapist Claire was so nice and professional, every treatment was nothing but perfect, I really felt loosen up greatly after the 2 hours session, including foot spa and scrub, full body scrub and massage, and a lovely facial in the end. The environment was so clean and calm, I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you Endota.

I would recommend Pia (Remedial Therapist) as she is absolutely skilled at what she does, provide excellent care and she was genuinely friendly. She was detailed with the process and provide me tips on how to improve my tighten shoulders. I have been to various Endota Spa and had different remedial therapists, but I would have to say she has done the best. Thank you!

As a couple that was gifted a spa treatment my fiancé and I went to Endota spa not knowing what to expect or what was going to happen. We had the most relaxing experience and in no way felt exposed or uncomfortable we were fully relaxed and immersed in the tranquil music and lighting and our masseuse were amazing. We will be back

If you want to experience 5 star massage and spa you must visit Endota Spa Berwick. The staff are well trained and knowledgeable. The place is very cozy and welcoming. After my massage I don’t want to move anymore, meaning Im got so relaxed and pampered. Definitely will come here again. Overall experience 10 out of 10

I used the gift voucher I got and the massage and hot stone was over before it really began the body scrub and facial was good but to be honest I thought my experience would have been better

Booked on line and when it came up confirmed I travelled 50 minutes to Berwick to have my treatment only to be told that unless I had entered my credit card details the booking would not have been held - even though I chose to Pay at Spa. Needless to say I will not waste my time with Endota Spa again!!!!

My first time experience getting a facial and having it done at Endota Spa today was super relaxing and professional. This place is amazing. So relaxing, they listen to how you want to be treated ( I don't like any talking, just soft music and relaxing time to not think about anything) You just smell divine after leaving here, and feel like your floating on a cloud. One of my favourite all time places!

Pure bliss! From the moment I walked in until I left I was happy. The staff are lovely and the packages divine. There is plenty of free car parking just across the street so no worries there either. If you are stressed or just need pampering this is the place to go. Highly recommended.

Never disappointed when I go to have my clinal peel at Endota Berwick. The first time I went, my therapist Dom guided me through the process. She was fabulous. Now I go every month to have my clinal peel with Dom. I have nothing but great experiences when I go.

I have a wonderful consultant that just understands what I need. Her experience and skills always relieve stress induced by constant muscle tension and relieve sinus issues and tension headaches. highly recommended. relaxing atmosphere and wonderful results.

Booked the grounding experience. Worst ‘pedicure’ I have ever had. Wasn’t asked to remove shellac prior to appointment, removal took so long I didn’t receive a foot massage or foot mask. Finished with patchy nail polish and cuts all over my toes.

Great massage. Although after spending $130 for a 1 hour custom full body massage my face and front legs were missed. Also not to say the massage finished 7 minutes early. Pretty dissapointed. Not sure if i will go back.

This is my favourite Endota spa and luckily my local. The staff here are so lovely and extremely helpful. The prices are a bit high but the experience you get at this spa makes it worth it.
