Waited over half an hour for a booked facial without anyone bothering to give me an update. When I asked at reception how much longer I felt like they really couldn't care. I'm fine with waiting, it happens all the time - things happen, but at least have the courtesy to let you know they haven't forgotten about you. Ended up cancelling and going to Mornington at a later date - they were excellent

Lovely lovely lovely experience at Endota Spa Moorooduc. We had the couple's indulgence from Eden and Jess. These two ladies did not stop for two hours and partner and I think this is the best pampering session we've had, and we are lucky enough to have had plenty. Started off with a foot spa, followed by a lovely full body hot stone massage, and finally finishing with a facial and head massage.

Really horrendous experience. Just an all round awful massage, for nearly $300. Lectured by therapist, light and ineffective massage, repetitive in some areas and missed others, requests ignored, important preferences not asked, uncomfortable and painful facial. Let spa and head office know, they couldn’t have cared less. Please don’t waste your money!

Zhanna was amazing! Thank you for making me feel so relaxed and refreshed. My Endota rejuvenation package was total bliss, such a relaxing atmosphere, fabulous massage and treatments, and I was made to feel comfortable throughout. I would recommend Zhanna and Endota Spa, Moorooduc, 100%.

Sneaky hidden charges. They quoted me on the phone $130 and charged an extra $15 on the day. I realised when I got home and emailed them that night as to why and no response And the facial was very average, so I’m quite annoyed to have a average facial and be over charged on top

I have been to a few endota spas and this is by far the best one. I had a facial session with 2 of my girlfriends this weekend and had the most relaxing and peaceful time there. Thank you Beck you were so amazing and sweet. Look forward to going back again soon. ❤

I have been coming here for a fair while and find comfort in knowing most of the staff have worked at this spa for many years. The customer service is magnificent and the girls always go above and beyond. The atmosphere always feels relaxing and inviting.

Great ambience, felt at peace in the waiting room and during my treatment. The staff are very professional and take care and effort with the treatments. I'll definitely be back.
