Store was messy, cluttered, bathroom very unsanitary. Missing a lot of inventory and while they had 2 security guards the staff continued to blame / refer to the petty theft crisis in San Francisco as a reason why they lacked inventory./online inventory incorrect vs store.. staff was moderately helpful/ customer service motivated. Location is ideal for SF residents as the shopping plaza is served by multiple bus lines and 4he parking is free in the attached lot/ garage.
