I bought a few things today from iStore Tyger Valley. As i walked in i immediately got assisted and they were quit busy. Everything i wanted they had in stock, which is pretty rare to find at other stores. The pregnant lady who helped me did a good job and she actually looked very happy to help. Great job iStore Tyger valley.

I have never given a one star review before but this was shocking. Told me to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to assist which I was happy to do. I was kept waiting over 40 minutes for a quote. Just for them to tell me when they were ready that it’s R600 to just give a quote. Extremely obnoxious and poor service.

Rather make the drive to the Canal Walk outlet. Service is extremely poor in this one. We submitted documentation and were told we’d get a response in 72 hours.
