Zoo info tech থেকে আমি ১৫ তারিখ সকালে নেটফ্লিক্স এর একটা প্যাকেজ কিনি বিকাশ পেমেন্ট এর মাধ্যমে। এর আগে সবসময় Daraz থেকে কিনতাম নেটফ্লিক্স এর প্যাকেজ। এখন যেহেতু, Daraz এ এসব প্যাকেজ আর এভেইলেবল না। তাই, বাধ্য হয়ে Zoo info tech এর website থেকে কিনি। সারাদিনেও যখন আমি আমার নেটফ্লিক্স পাইনাই। তখন, আমি উনাদের website এ যে helpline এর নাম্বার দেয়া আছে, ওইটায় কল দেই। উনারা আবার অন্য একটা নাম্বার দিয়ে বললো, যে ওই নাম্বার এ কল দেন। অন্য নাম্বার এ কল দিলে এক লোক রিসিভ করে বললো, এই নাম্বারে whatsapp এ নক দেন। ৩০ মিনিটের মধ্যেই পেয়ে যাবেন। দিলাম.... ২ ঘন্টা চলে গেছে, উনি message ই seen করেনা। অথচ, অনলাইনে আছে দেখাচ্ছে। অনেক্ষন পরে রিপ্লাই দিয়ে বলতেছে, আপনি কখন যেনো প্যাকেজ কিনছিলেন? আমি একটু পরেই রিপ্লাই দিয়ে বললাম, যে আজকে সকালে। এই যে বললাম.... ওই দিন পুরা গেলো। কালকের দিন গেলো.... আজকেও seen করেনাই। Worst service ever.... অথচ, ওদের Reviews দেখি সব positive. এটা কিভাবে সম্ভব!!
