Update: absolute rip off! Found out was not only not supposed to be charged for something, double charged my Cc. When confronted, idiot staff couldn’t understand the simple calculations and phones several other stores who couldn’t get it right. No manager and was there 3 hours not to get my money back. Probably going to open a police case for the bank to rerun my funds! Be aware. You will get ripped off. Nice big store-some sections need a bit of a clean out to avoid looking cluttered-but otherwise, has a good range of products. Price range is on the high side, but it’s convenient. Staff were warm and friendly and knew what they were doing and went out of their way to assist in finding extra stock-so well done. Overall a thumbs up, even though they didn’t have one item on our list.

All @home shops are immaculately presented and there was no exception with this store however I did find that their selection was a tad limited as compared to other @home stores. Its still worth a visit nevertheless since however small @home doesn't disappoint

So happy with @home Rosebank. The Cashier forgot to place an item in my bag at the store. And I only realized this when I got back home. After giving them a call to explain this, the manageress went above and beyond and delivered it herself! Thank you so much.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful. From the welcome I got the moment I entered to helping me locate all that I needed. The cashiers also go the extra mile. An enjoyable shopping experience!

Terrible service, I had to wait so long to be assisted whilst the person were busy cleaning up a section which they could have gotten back to after being served.

Visited the store this morning. They don't even have basic things like gift cards. Best to try another branch if want you convenience.
