I'm a former competitive/sponsored athlete from America. I travel for a living. I've been to a lot of gyms. This is the best gym I've ever been to. gym is well equipped, that part is true. What’s also true from other reviews is that staff is really unpleasant. I tried the gym anyway but on my second visit my clothes from hanger got stolen so overall I wouldn’t recommend or if you plan to visit make sure you lock all your stuff properly.

The gym is well equipped, but the locker rooms and the shower are off-putting. As mentioned in many other reviews, the personnel is rather unfriendly. Customer service is very lacking: there are always some odd rules, and it feels like they're doing everything to ensure you don't come back.

Personnel is unfriendly and men locker room is too small. Often in the evening time u dont even have free benches in the locker room so u need to change clothes standing. Also locker room and toilets are not really clean. Ventilation works poorly not enough fresh air

No paper towels in the bathroom ever. Rude staff - outside drinks “can spill” so they are not allowed, but you can by any other BCAA drink in a can at their desk.. and I guess those don’t spill. Good luck with using the toilet should you ever need tissue..

I am not sure why the poor ratings - this gym has great facilities, clean and adequate equipment for use. Air-conditioning a great reprieve from the relentless summer heat. Lady at the reception was lovely and helpful - would definitely come again …

The worst gym I've been to. The locker room is absolutely disgusting with ancient lock cabinets, the staff is rude and often not at the counter, and the overall vibe of the place is shady and uneasy. Avoid at all cost, there are much better gyms.
