I contacted them because I heard alot of positive feedback from them I thought they are different from local agents who only care about their profile and never cares about people going for Umrah with their families. I ask them for hotel recommendation and they said hotels are 4 star but it was very disappointing to know they are same local agents under hood of a group name they work with same local agents to book rooms for you don’t trust their statements with infant I had very worst experience even I had to left my hotel Ramadah Dar Al Fayzeen one day before due to smell and it was n’t a 4 star as they committed. It does n’t matter how much responsive they are what matter is if they be able to resolve it but how they can do anything if they already have settle down everything and have their profit with them already.

Worst experience ever......Rude and arrogant coordinator ( Mr. Faisal Raheem) his attitude was disrespectful towards aazmeen ....Azizia building was as good as labor camp, fixtures and furniture's were broken. They claimed that they will be providing us VVIP package but it came out as a total disaster.

We opted for Al-Khair Hajj journey for this year. Wonderful people, amazing services. They went above and beyond to make this journey as smooth as possible for us . I am so glad we chose them. The coordinators are always just a call away. I would highly recommend these guys.
